Your Mind, Your Body, Your Choice: It's YOUR Life...what are you going to do with it?

We sometimes put up with abuse from those that are supposed to love and protect us. How much are you willing to deal with, and when you hit that threshold, how do you deal with the person and situation?

What happens when you blame all of your negative endings on others? When do you start to make the necessary changes to make your life better? The start for me was when I was labeled, 'unstable'.

When you yell, who really hears you?

Have you ever had a rumor start about you that passed like wildfire? Have you ever joined in gossip??? Well...both are wrong.

Each one of us should be in control of our minds and bodies, so what is really causing your anxiety?

Often times, I see passed over post from people doing positive things that should get hundreds of likes, but only receive a handful. Are you supportive of your friends endeavors, or jealous?

Do you have a hard time forgiving? I do! This discussion covers why I have difficulties forgiving and how I am moving forward.

Sometimes, we are judged or judge others based solely on what we would (or wouldn't) do.

How do you know when your sad days are more than just a situation or a moment?

There are times when a question posed to me, makes me feel as if I have a two-hundred pound weight that has been dropped on my shoulders...the heaviness in answering simple questions can and usually does - cause bigger issues.

We have fallen away from the 'village' mentality and our children are suffering. We leave it up to the parents to raise their children as decent, strong individuals, but how can the parent do that when they are broken themselves?

So many people need validation from others before they can live their lives the way they want; No one can be a better you than you.

Sometimes, we have to take drastic steps to release people that mean us no good from our lives forever. That may mean, having a funeral and mourning their death...even though they are still living.

Forgiving, healing and visiting your pain, then helping others that are currently going through what you survived.

Sometimes, we go through life and others feel as though it is their job to remind us of what we used to do or, how we use to be and that’s how they will identify us…it’s annoying!

I couldn't sleep last night...this podcast was greatly on my mind. I received an inbox message (seems as though all of my podcast start this way) about a young man that has always been aware of his adoption, but when he really knew what the word 'adoption' meant....his feelings and thoughts changed. Listen in.

I received an inbox message on Facebook from a parent that mistakenly gave 100% custody to his babies mother. The mother quickly removed him 100% from the child's life, speaking negativity about him to the child. The child is now grown and will not accept the father into his life....listen in.

Covering an inbox message I received from a gentleman expressing how his girlfriend from decades ago abortion is affecting him now.

I'm going back to what started all of this for me. The idea of this podcast was the idea of the company COO I currently work for. After reading my first book, he thought there should be a platform for people to speak about their adoption, abortion, not wanting to have kids or, being forced to give up a child situations. Who do you blame for the choices you've made in your life that didn't go the way you expected? My list of the guilty is quite long.This is my story....
