What is up, everyone? This week, I am joined by one of my favorite Mastermind members that we get a chance to work with and he is Ziad Dahdul! Ziad grew up in Southern California playing basketball and baseball competitively. His passion for sports is what drove him to become a physical therapist and work with athletes of all types. He's worked with local high school and collegiate teams on the importance of injury prevention and taking a proactive approach to health. As a physical therapist, he has experience working in basketball, baseball, football, softball, soccer, tennis, and golf. He's also worked extensively with runners and barbell athletes. Ziad has a passion for working with those rehabbing from ACL reconstructions and overhead athletes. He has researched and worked extensively with high school and college athletes post ACL reconstruction, allowing them to return to their sports at the highest level. He has also worked with overhead athletes (baseball/softball, swimming, volleyball) from the youth to professional levels. Enjoy!

This past weekend, we hosted Toko Nguyen from Institute for Athlete Regeneration. Toko's organization put on a sports manual therapy course and it was awesome! Overwhelmingly, we have seen 2 main reasons why people are opening cash practices. 1. They are frustrated that they can't use their skill set the way they want to. 2. They can't make over 100k without working home health, PRN, being a clinic director or working multiple jobs. Ultimately, these two reasons lead to what we think is the biggest reason people continue to run their businesses.....Freedom. Freedom to win. Freedom to fail.
