"Tori And Lokita" had its world premiere at last year's Cannes Film Festival, where writers and directors Jean-Pierre & Luc Dardenne (the Dardenne Brothers) received a Special 75th-anniversary prize for their contributions towards the cinematic medium. The winners of two Palme d'Or awards, the Belgian brothers remain a pillar of cinematic excellence crafting stories of ordinary people going through societal struggles in an ever-changing world. Their latest work is no different, and the two were kind enough to spend some time talking with me about the film, which you can listen to down below. Interview With "John Wick: Chapter 4" Editor Nathan Orloff

"John Wick: Chapter 4" has received the best reviews, audience reactions, and box office of the "John Wick" franchise. It makes it all the more impressive when you consider the latest film is nearly three hours long and could've gone wrong in so many ways in its final edit. Nathan Orloff ("Ghostbusters: Afterlife"), an openly gay film editor, brought a unique perspective to the "John Wick" franchise, which is known for its hyper-masculine themes and characters. His ability to connect with the material and understand the nuances of the action sequences made him an essential collaborator with director Chad Stahelski. He has contributed significantly to the film's success due to the handling of the pacing for such an epic action film, and he was kind enough to spend a few minutes chatting with me about his work on the film. Please check my interview with him below and enjoy! Thank you! Check out more on NextBestPicture.com Please subscribe on... "The Lost King" had its world premiere at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received positive reviews, and it is now being released in theaters in the U.S. by IFC Films. Interview With "Creed III" Cinematographer, Kramer Morgenthau

"Creed III" recently opened in theaters to the franchise's best box office opening and is continuing the "Creed" franchise in new and unexpected ways. One of those fresh approaches was through the film's cinematography. Michael B. Jordan, in his directorial debut, brought on "Creed II" director of photography Kramer Morgenthau to execute his vision for the third and most ambitious film in the franchise yet. That ambition came from the decision to shoot the boxing scenes using IMAX cameras, a first for any sports film, and depict the action in a style that resembled anime. "Creed III"

Jordan and the latest film in the "Creed" franchise, "Creed III" starring Michael B. Jordan, Tessa Thompson, Jonathan Majors, Wood Harris, Florian Munteanu & Phylicia Rashad. What did we think of Michael B. Jordan's directing, his decisions to shoot the boxing scenes with IMAX cameras, where this leaves the Adonis Creed character, the absence of Rocky, and of course, the almighty Jonathan Majors? Interviews With "All Quiet On The Western Front" Oscar-Nominated Cinematographer, Production Designer, Makeup & Sound Artists

Edward Berger's "All Quiet On The Western Front" is nominated for 9 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best International Feature, and Best Adapted Screenplay. The Netflix WWI film recently won 7 BAFTA awards, including Best Film, and has been a critical success since its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. We've been fortunate to interview many of the Film's cast and crew members this awards season, but for this time, we wanted to spotlight some of the below-the-line talents who are all nominated at this year's Oscars. First, we have Will Mavity'sinterviews with the BAFTA-winning cinematographer James Friend, then the BAFTA-winning sound designer Markus Stemler, followed by production designer Christian M. Goldbeck. Then to end things, we have Dan Bayer's interview with makeup artist Heike Merker. We hope you enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at one of the most technically well-crafted films of 2022. Interviews With "Babylon" Oscar-Nominated Composer Justin Hurwitz & Costume Designer Mary Zophres

Damien Chazelle's "Babylon" was one of 2022's largest and most ambitious films. It's fair to say it split everyone who saw it down the middle with their opinions. But an area most could agree on was the film's technical craft. Two frequent Chazelle collaborators, composer Justin Hurwitz and costume designer Mary Zophres were kind enough to spend some time going in-depth on their work for Chazelle's latest. First up is my interview with Hurwitz, where he breaks down the extensive layering of the score, how the film pushed him out of his comfort zone to try new things, if he's open to working with anyone outside Damien Chazelle, and more. Then we have Zoe Rose Bryant's interview with Mary Zophres, where she breaks down the film's elaborate costumes, working with all the different department heads on this massive project, her reaction to some of the criticisms thrown at the film's anachronisms, and more. You do not want to miss listening to these before the Oscars! Please take a listen to them down below and enjoy. Thank you! Check out more on NextBestPicture.com Please subscribe on... "Magic Mike's Last Dance"

For this week's main podcast review, I am joined by Dan Bayer & Tom O'Brien. This week we're reviewing the latest film from Steven Soderbergh, "Magic Mike's Last Dance," starring Channing Tatum & Salma Hayek Pinault. The third (and possibly final?) film in the "Magic Mike" trilogy, Soderbergh returns to direct after taking a break from "Magic Mike XXL," and the results have been a bit mixed from audiences and critics. What did we think of it, though? Tune in as we discuss the writing, performances, and, of course, the dancing as we strip down Soderbergh's latest. Thank you, and enjoy!
