I'm a big fan of the TV show cheers. I will sometimes watch the entire run of 10 seasons back to back to back to back. And there's something about a place where everybody knows your name: a neighborhood bar, a restaurant, a cozy feel. A couple who knows that well is Dennis Johnson and Sonja Singer, and they invested in a wonderful company called Bohemian Bull.

I know countless leaders leading big companies who may have yet to read a leadership book. Sometimes, even coaches need coaches. Somebody who knows well is Meg Rentschler, an executive and mentor coach.

Well, there's good news. If you want a break in the modeling industry, you no longer have to be a size zero. That's so 1970s. The modeling industry is changing, and they're looking for regular people. A lot of that is driven by social media. You just don't trust something that's too glossy and perfect. Terrance Stephens, a model, actor, and coach, will discuss this with us.

The real estate market has had its challenges all over the country. It is not so much in North Texas, but certainly all over. It's been slow, at least slower than it was two years ago. My theory is that anytime the economy gets slow, it weeds out the people who watched Million Dollar Listing, saw the commissions, and thought it was that easy. So, as some realtors leave the market, the strong survive. My next guest is such a person, Kim Maher is with The Magic Train.
