I'm a big fan of the TV show cheers. I will sometimes watch the entire run of 10 seasons back to back to back to back. And there's something about a place where everybody knows your name: a neighborhood bar, a restaurant, a cozy feel. Well, there's good news. If you want a break in the modeling industry, you no longer have to be a size zero. That's so 1970s. The modeling industry is changing, and they're looking for regular people. A lot of that is driven by social media. You just don't trust something that's too glossy and perfect. The real estate market has had its challenges all over the country. It is not so much in North Texas, but certainly all over. It's been slow, at least slower than it was two years ago. My theory is that anytime the economy gets slow, it weeds out the people who watched Million Dollar Listing, saw the commissions, and thought it was that easy. I think you would all agree with me that we've got problems in our society that go way beyond who the president is. We all have a stress epidemic going on. I can't think of a more crowded market space than skincare. You go to any grocery store or pharmacy, and there are aisles and aisles of skincare products that are promising this and that. Often, you find yourself with 15 bottles on your sink that are all a part of your nighttime routine. Somebody who wants to change that is Adrienne McCurry with Mimosa Lane.

I am sixty years old and have no intention of ever getting old. I've been on an anti-aging program for about a decade, and I can honestly tell you, in my mind, I feel 22.
