Episode 166: Primordial Perception
This is the source of all dysfunction and suffering in the world: the mind is the illegitimate king. To reach your Alpha state, you must become the master of your mind. Brothers, the mind is not evil. It is not the source of the suffering. On the contrary, the mind is a gift from the source. It provides us with a link to our true self in an unconscious way. It allows us to experience the blessing of the human experience consciously. Since we live in an experience of duality, there must be contrast. But the comparisons we make using the mind are an illusion. There is only oneness. And that is what we have to train the brain to perceive. It is impossible to be in isolation. As humans, we are always in relation to something. That is to say that we exist in relationship to things, people, and ideas. Brothers, to experience that oneness, we have to detach from our conditioning. There are three ways to do that. Primordial perception, visual perception, and spiritual and vibrational perception. What do all of these have in common? They all require us to let the mind go free and to truly align with the present. The mind wants to be free. But it doesn\'t know how to be free! Once you have done the work and detached yourself from all the things that limit your freedom, there is the potential for continued conditioning at all times and in all places. We are luminous beings, and the body is a vehicle we use to experience the world around us. All the matter, all the stuff that we experience is a function of the mind. We are beings of pure light in relationship to the one. Once you learn to let go of all the conditioning, you can start to observe the mind from a distance. This has to be done through relationships because differentiation is the human journey. Now, primordial perception is best-experienced one-on-one, in small groups, or alone in the sounds of nature. It involves tapping into the perception that existed before the human mind differentiated from the rest of the natural world. It is the thing we share with the rest of the world around us. It is based on instinct and intuition. We are disconnected from that ability, but we can regain it through training our brains in relationship to others. The purpose of it is to let your mind become a passenger of consciousness so you can live the life you\'re meant to, instead of the life your mind is dictating to you based on your conditioning. Through your experimentation, you will learn the power of living in your Alpha state, through a deeper truth in the world. The bottom line? As always, elevate your alpha! Episode 165: 103 – Observation
Today, my brothers, we complete the third phase of our journey in the 1.0 Cognitive Mastery Curriculum by talking about observation; how the mind is meant to operate in its current function. If you haven’t listened to the previous episodes on awareness and detachment, the first two stages in the process of cognitive mastery, I encourage you to go back and do so now. Brothers, observation is how the mind is meant to operate in its current function. It is a passenger of consciousness. It is a messenger between the realm of vibration and the realm of form. It is impersonal and functions like a machine: input, output. What you put in is what you get out. This is why it is important to be aware without choice, because choice brings conflict. Only he who is confused chooses what he will do or won\'t do. He who is clear in his mind, detached from all conditioning, does not choose. He simply observes. Once you have freed your mind to pass back and forth between your true self and the world, my brothers, you are free to express your true self into the world from vibration to form. You can see the world as the perfect form of love, light, and wisdom that it is. But what comes next? How do you watch the mind fulfill its purpose without attaching to the stories of society, the stories of systems, governments, religions, friends, family, and other external illusions? It is through observation. Observation as a practice, however, is different depending on the person, and there isn’t just one way to observe the movement of the mind. In today’s episode, I introduce you to some of the ways that you can observe the mind without attaching to the conditioning field, to simply be aware of it as it passes through you so that you can engage with your truest self from moment to moment. I also offer you an explanation of how we are conditioned in our hero’s journey to be the hero, the victim, or the villain, but rarely, if ever, are we offered the option of being the guide, which can be the cause of great spiritual suffering to the one-in-five of us who are guides. Episode 164: 102 - Detachment
What is meant to be always comes along. It’s often the case that the longer you wait, the better the opportunities are that come your way. It’s easy to be blinded by the story we tell ourselves when we don’t have a mindset of abundant opportunity. Brothers, we’re all blinded by the wants and desires of the mind, when in reality, the universe wants to give us everything we need. The next level of cognitive mastery you will reach is detachment. Now, detachment is about letting go. It’s about detaching from your thoughts, beliefs, stories, expectations, and conditioning. Awareness is the first step, and detachment comes next. Brothers, most humans are comfortable in their suffering. They are either a victim of their own mind, or become a victim of addiction. The source of all suffering is the denial of the true self. When you detach from the truth of who you are and engage with stories of who you are not, you begin to suffer. We’ve all heard the platitude, discomfort is the price of growth. It’s often understood to mean that we should stay in our suffering in order to evolve. What if there was a different interpretation? What if you could lean into the discomfort of stepping into the unknown? Most people have settled into a heavily conditioned life. So much so that we no longer identify the conditions as what they are, and when we do, we consider them to be simply insurmountable. Once you leave the truths you once believed behind, you experience true discomfort which leads to growth. The path of self-discovery is not for everyone. But you wouldn’t be listening to this podcast if some part of you wasn’t seeking the truth. In the future, perhaps we will become a species that all live in harmony and freedom with one another. Until then, only a few will go on this particular journey. It’s not about religion, but rather, the path of enlightenment is about finding yourself within you. The alpha male is spiritual, but not religious. Moving between the realm of density and the realm of vibration can be exceptionally hard, especially as we age. Conditioning builds up over time and experience and disconnects one from the other, trapping you on either side. But finding harmony between these realms is so important to deliver the message from your vibrational self to your physical self. The first step is awareness, to realize that what you think is not who you are. Only once you’ve fostered awareness can you begin the process of detachment. You will be opposed. Episode 163: 101 - Awareness
The word \'awareness\' is often used in the popular lexicon, but how much do we really understand about what it means? These ideas of being awake or \'woke\', trendy terms that are thrown around, are different from being truly aware. In order to be properly aware, we need to understand the purpose and function of the mind, and today, brothers, we are starting this journey, as we unpack how we experience truth! Our conditioning lives in the mind and is determined by our experiences. The mind\'s conditioning thus blocks our access to the unfiltered truth, and becoming aware is then the pathway to discovery. We want to be able to set ourselves free from these confines through self-knowledge. Awareness is understanding how this conditioning blocks our access. This is a simple process, brothers, but it is not easy. What I am talking about here, is transcending the judgments of the mind, escaping the wheel of approval and condemnation. When we find this kind of awareness, it leads to learning and loving in all of our relationships. We are less concerned with comparisons and can begin to access the universal truth. Episode 162: Confusion Is A By-Product Of Conditioning
This episode serves as the foundation for the next six episodes of the show, broken up into two, three-part series! The first of these series focuses on developing cognitive mastery, which is essentially an overview of the 1.0 curriculum of the Academy. The second series will center on the emerging awareness configurations of the human being, so make sure to stay on track with all of this upcoming content. Today, as we enter into these topics, we build the basis of an explanation for why things are the way they are for you, and for the whole world. There is so much confusion in the world currently and this is mostly as a result of the transition we are making from a state of mental awareness to one of emotional awareness. Now, brothers, you have often heard me speaking about transcending our conditioning, but I am not here to tell you that your beta condition is bad. Let\'s be clear about that. It is the combination of the alpha and beta states that make up your life and experience. In order to really unpack this, we have to understand why the mind creates stories and false knowledge as a way to understand the external world. This is a method of protection, and this becomes your identity! And, most importantly, this is the seed of our confusion. It takes courage to confront this reality, and there are many traps that the mind sets in order to keep us in the state of confusion and conditioning that it governs. Remember, external conditions are not the remedy for our conditioning, and this is why when we turn outwards to fix what is inside, we come up short. We see this happening on many levels around us, and our leaders and gurus are just as confused as we are. Episode 161: Manifesting & Magnetizing Money
Today we are going to be doing a breakdown of the truth of abundance, and how your relationship to money is like your relationship to everything: solely dependent on your relationship to yourself! Episode 160: Fortitude vs. Faith
Hello brothers! Today I am doing something slightly different and sharing a personal story that I think is relatable and useful in important ways. Even if the particulars of the circumstances are not something you have experienced, the basics make it applicable and helpful to unpack. This is the story of some plots I wanted to buy in Tulum, Mexico, and what happened when things did not go as planned. This example can help us understand how to avoid giving authority to the mind, how to know which decisions to make, and most importantly, how to read the signs and act with faith and fortitude. We start off by differentiating between fortitude and faith, and why understanding their different roles is vital. Fortitude is about pushing back and onwards when we encounter difficulties or resistance. There are certain times when we should not compromise our vision or goal, and pushing back against a difficult circumstance will often bear fruit that makes the effort worth it, brothers. So how does faith fit into this then? Faith is the belief that an external future will be better than the mental projection of the internal future. For many of us, faith has a religious connotation, and I have spoken about faith at length on this podcast before, so you are encouraged to go back and listen to those episodes, if you have not already. As you will see in my example, there is a time to use faith, and the combination of fortitude and faith at the right time is what we should be aiming for. We cannot override all circumstances and using faith as a response, and knowing that the universe has something great for you, is the true power we possess! Episode 159: A New Take On The Model
If you’re a regular listener, you’ll know that I’ve spent the last few months exploring energy mechanics. During today’s conversation, I want to revisit some of the basics of what I teach to lay the foundations for the truth. Brothers, when we find neutral through cognitive mastery, we separate ourselves from the mind. It is powerful to find the place between the story and the thoughts in order to land in neutral through observation and separation. All other knowledge is built on the foundational universal truth that every circumstance and reality outside of you is neutral. Our thoughts create our feelings, our feelings drive our actions, and our actions determine our results, which are confirmation bias for our thoughts. The Model of Alignment helps us to make sense of this with five simple components: circumstance, thought, feeling, action, and result. If you’re a person who is harder on yourself than other people, I want you to understand that your actions are circumstances for others in the same way their actions and words are circumstances for you. It is important to understand that circumstances don’t change, and that they are perfect. Wherever you are is where you are supposed to be. Suffering comes when your conditioning doesn’t match your life, and the alignment models enables you to see what story you are telling yourself that doesn’t serve you. Your circumstances are perfect, but your story may need to change. Empower yourself to know that you are the one writing your story. You’re in control of the experiences that you determine to have in your life. Cognitive mastery and the intentional model have several uses, but they are not the end point. Episode 158: Cognitive Mastery First, Energy Mechanics Second
As we all know, suffering is a part of life. But, brothers, today I’m going to tell you something that you may not know; this is not the way it has to be, we didn’t come here to suffer and we’re not meant to suffer. Suffering is a beta state, and it arises because of one thing and one thing only; misalignment. When we’re fully aligned and living in our alpha state, we end our suffering. The purpose behind my work is to help you end your suffering by directing you towards elevating into your alpha state. To do this, brothers, you have to detach from your thoughts, because your thoughts are what are holding you back and causing the misalignment which, in turn, causes your suffering. The foundation upon which I build my teachings lies in the Four Noble Truths; one, that life is suffering and will remain so as long as one refuses to recognize its own nature, two; this suffering has a cause, three; this suffering has an end, four, we can know the end of suffering in our lifetime by following a path. Brothers, the path is to develop cognitive mastery, and that path is within your reach. You deserve a life free of suffering and I know that you can get there. Episode 157: Energy Mechanics Part 3
Welcome back all my amazing brothers! Today we are finishing up the three-part series on energy mechanics, and stepping deeper into what comes after the first layer of cognitive mastery. Where do we find ourselves when we go beyond the surface-level binary? This is where we end up when we follow the development of the framework for cognitive mastery, and we need that foundation in order to arrive at this point. Before we can really engage with the power of energy and the mechanics behind it, we need alignment, and so we have to start with the mind. There is a general and common misunderstanding about cause and effect in the material world. When we stay in this illusion, we are able to shift responsibility, using the mind\'s story to explain the effects that we see around us. However, brothers, this is not the truth! This is merely the mind and the stories it likes to tell us. We need to step out of this game, this view of cause and effect, and begin to understand the universal invisible energy that governs all planetary bodies. This brings us to the concept of energy centers, and where these hubs reside in physical forms. We should all want to discover our unique energy mechanics, and in order to do this, we need to unpack how love, identity, and direction create perfection in the energy centers in you, and me, and everything around us. This is pure life, it is what remains when we strip away the lies and stories that crowd our vision and this step is part of the ongoing evolution we are experiencing right now. Episode 156: Energy Mechanics, Part 2
Having just returned from the jungles of Mexico, where I feel closer to life itself than anywhere else, I feel more inspired than ever to dive back into energy mechanics. Picking up where I left off last episode, today, I continue talking about this invisible but all-consuming life force. While so many people out there continue to deny the existence of energy, there is too much evidence pointing to its existence. Not only this but there are plenty of other forces, like gravity and electricity, that we believe in even though we cannot see them. Why then do we continue to deny the existence of energy? This is because so many of us simply live in our minds and our bodies, not understanding that this is not the essence of who we are. These are just the vehicles we have been given, but we are so much more than just these physical bodies. I have lost track of the number of times I have spoken about cognitive mastery, but this is not the final destination to get into the core of your energy. It is just the beginning! Mastering your mind is simply a gateway into the lifelong journey of exploring the true nature of the self. Episode 155: Energy Mechanics
Brothers, don’t let the title of this episode put you off. This is not going to be a physics lecture about the energy measurements of moving and stable objects. Instead, I’m going to teach you about a lesser-known type of energy mechanics. Be prepared to have your mind blown in this one. To borrow the words of another brother, “You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop.” Although our experience of being human is separated into three separate entities; mind, body, and spirit, these are in fact all run by the energy mechanics of our spirit. You are not your mind; you are not your body. Your true self is the energy mechanics of your spirit. And, brothers, I’ve got even bigger news for you: Each of our individual spirit’s is connected and correlated to the universal spirit. We are all in the source, and the source is in all of us. This concept forms the basis of the content that you can expect in the 2.0 curriculum at the Academy. Brothers, this is the pathway to your Alpha state. Episode 154: The Nature Of Purpose
Today’s topic comes from a question posed by one of our brothers on Slack. It centers around how we think about the word ‘purpose’ and what changes when we define it as a noun or as a verb. I take you way beyond mind and cognitive mastery to let you know that within each human being is a framework that allows for an identity to form within a human lifetime. You’ll hear all about reliable and unreliable energy sources, how they differ from mentally constructed identity, and how each one works with the physical constructs of DNA. I unpack our primary identity in the oneness of everything and talk about what we are here for as humans: to participate, filter, and synthesize the energy of love as we float along a trajectory of personal and unique direction. If you have a reliable source of energy, you’re a teacher, and if you have an unreliable energy source, you’re a student. I unpack what this means, and outline what kind of guidance and awareness is necessary to determine your energy type. Perfection exists on either side of the binary. We have no choice in our direction, but we do have a choice in our cognition. You have to understand that love is the reason we’re here, my brothers, and that it has only one direction and no opposite, like gravity. I’ll touch on the questions that plague the minds of those with an unreliable energy source, and why, in order to know yourself, you must know your environment. I urge you to pursue a process of deconditioning to help you to see your energy source with clarity and emphasizes the role of teachers as love, reminding you that your purpose to be love and develop mental awareness. Episode 153: Intention vs. Expectation
Today’s episode is about expectation versus intention, and how society has done us a disservice by conflating the meaning of these two words to the point where even Google has the definition wrong. Expectation has become such a powerful force that it has overridden the value of intention, and in order to become our truest selves, we need to change this. Expectation and intention are not the same thing, brothers. After listening to this episode, you will understand why it is so important that we separate these terms and learn to live with intention, rather than expectation. Expectation comes from a place of lack, is results driven, and turns us into either people pleasers or manipulators. If we live with expectation, we are disconnected from the truth, which leads to cognitive spiritual suffering. On the other hand, when we live with intention, we are living authentically, though the primary principle, without judgement or control. This is the goal, brothers. In this episode, not only do I explain the theory behind the two opposing concepts of expectation and intention, but I also share with you a number of examples of how you can become more intentional in your day-to-day life, which is a fundamental part of your journey to reaching your alpha state. Episode 152: Selfishness vs. Selflessness
It’s hard to escape your conditioning, but that is the only way to see the truth. Today, I need you to let go of everything you’ve been taught to believe about selfishness and selflessness. At the core of this episode is a question: Are we, as individuals, the means of society, or are we the ends of society? What I mean by that, brothers, is, should we be sacrificing ourselves for the greater good of society, or does society exist so that we can achieve fulfillment? This question is such an important one because whichever one we believe to be true will give us an entirely different idea about how the world should be structured compared to someone who believes the opposite to be true. Tune in today to hear why I think the commonly used definitions for selfishness and selflessness are problematic. In this episode I share how we can reframe these concepts, and how doing so will allow us to shed our beta conditioning and truly embrace our alpha state. Brothers, what you are, the world is; the truth is within you and only within you, you will not find it by looking outside of yourself. That is why I cannot give you an answer to the question I have posed and I encourage you to look deeply within yourselves to find what resonates with you. I implore you to rid yourself of the opinions and influences of those around you, and decide how you want your life to look. Episode 151: Certainty vs. Uncertainty
Today we\'re going to talk about certainty. It\'s almost the great human condition to seek certainty or some fixed reality that can be relied on. The illusion that the moment is unsafe and uncertain creeps into the back of our minds and creates fear. The now is transient, the now is in flux, and that\'s dangerous. This is an illusion for most humans because, of course, the moment is certain. Today, brothers, we are going to talk about how the moment is what we have and the moment is where we find truth, but the mind rejects the moment and seeks certainty in the future or the past. This ties into the primary principle that everything is a story. Since our desire is to create certainty, we create a story in our minds that we bring into reality. We repeat that story so often and teach it to other generations and eventually, the story becomes a reality. We know that the more certain we are of our stories internally and collectively, the more we develop our rigid structure of the external world. Join me today as we examine certainty and what we can truly be certain of. We question if we can really be certain of the written past, or even our own direct experience when all we know is the stories we tell ourselves about the past and not the past itself. We talk about how uncertainty develops because there is a reliance on the certainty of that which is fundamentally uncertain, resulting in an underlying vibration of anxiety, doubt, and fear. We also discuss how by thinking that we can be certain of the future, this becomes another illusion that draws us into suffering. While certainty is not a necessity, nor even a possibility, brothers, today I want to offer that there is a place where we can find certainty. This is your inner authority and truth. This is your energy mechanics and alpha state. Episode 150: The Importance Of Presence
Today on The Alpha Male Coach Podcast we\'re going to talk about the importance of presence and being in the ‘now’. For many people, the past is a limiting force in their lives. Many humans are living a life where they are unconscious of how much they are allowing their past to affect them in the present. Of course, we know that the past doesn\'t really exist. Because it feels real, it drives that suffering so strongly. Today we are going to talk about how this illusion that creates suffering comes from the beta condition. The past and the future are constructs of our own minds. The construct of how we imagine time has to be in a capacity to serve us when we learn from our past and set goals for our future. It can also hinder us when the beta condition escapes from the ‘now’ for an illusion of expectation around comparison or drives us into unconscious repetitive limiting beliefs. Today I suggest that the beta condition is a function of escaping the ‘now’ and the mind can only be in the ‘now\' when the alpha state is elevated. The mind wants to search backwards and forwards to make meaning and to seek for problems through the comparison of time. This is its primary function. We will discuss how this leads to the functions of escape and belief and how there is no place for the ‘not self’ in the present. Who you are not, cannot exist in the moment. Today I will talk about the importance of being in the now and developing the skill of cognitive mastery to prevent misalignments between the mind and the moment that result in a form of suffering and escape. I will also talk about how the present moment is the doorway to self-discovery, and how we discover the truth of who we are in two forms, the conscious and unconscious self. There is no greater outcome for developing the skill of cognitive mastery than living in, existing with, expressing from, and being a part of the oneness of the present moment. Episode 149: Transformation
Welcome back, brothers, to The Alpha Male Coach podcast. In today’s episode, I’m going to be delving into the concept of transformation and the process of inner self-discovery. I will be sharing the concept of the momentous leap and how it applies to the self, transformation, and society. First, we must remember that everything is created from an idea, that it always comes from a concept, imagination, and inspiration. However, the only way we can communicate and manifest this idea is by using spoken or written language. This is why the concept of the story is essential for communication. Today, I’ll unpack why it is that we can only reach understanding and true communication when we meet on the same level at the same time. Listening is an art form, my brothers. When your real attention is being given to something and you are in a receptive state of mind, you can achieve understanding with clarity. Unfortunately, many of us listen through our own beta conditioning. This means we don’t listen with our belief system. Instead, we listen with prejudice through our conditioning. This causes confusion in many of us and we often turn to the beliefs of external authorities to alleviate that confusion. This is the trap that I will be addressing today, brothers, because when you repeat someone else’s ideas and somebody else’s truth, you cease to understand your own alpha state. By appealing to external authorities, what we are really looking for is escape from confusion. When we do this, the inner authority loses significance and it is the outer systems that gain power and importance, which ultimately creates more confusion and suffering. We seek to escape through many things, like religion, work, or social activities. These are false realities. The truth is that there is no external authority. This is the transformation from the beta condition to the alpha state, the understanding is that there is nothing to seek. This is why today I will explain why there is nothing outside of you that will ever provide you with truth. Episode 148: Everything Is One and Everything Is Love
Welcome back to The Alpha Male Podcast! In today\'s episode, I cover two primary principles, thus completing the primary principle series. Two weeks ago, I created a foundation by establishing the fact that everything is a story. Everything begins here. This is the singularity. All things come from this very foundation of truth. In last week’s episode, I covered primary principle one, which is that everything is perfect. Remember, brothers, perfect means neutral. It means that all things are in balance. In our experience of duality, perfection is two opposites held together in a constantly unfolding moment. All things exist at once in that moment and subjectivity only enters through our concept of time. By distinguishing the past from the present, we begin to experience cognitive suffering, which is what I refer to as self-imposed insanity. The present moment is the only place you can observe perfection, my brothers, literally see it, be one with it, and recognize that you were always part of it. It is only here that you can receive inspiration from the universal mind, the one mind, and come to understand the second primary principle; everything is one. We’re talking one mind, one time, one love, eternal and infinite. It is only when humans are ready to receive inspiration and creation that the individual mind accepts delivery from the one mind. When you elevate your alpha, brother, you will return to the present moment, recognize the perfection of neutrality in that moment, and have access to the infinite oneness of thought from the universal mind that you can then use to choose the story that serves you the best. Now, I’ll remind you of the universal truth, which dictates that thoughts create emotions. As there is an infinite potential of thought, there is also an infinite potential of emotion. That brings us to the third primary principle: everything is love. Episode 147: Everything Is Perfect
In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about perfection. This past week, I\'ve been driving from Florida to Oregon. As I was driving through New Mexico, the car just blows. It stops. There\'s nothing I can do. I got it towed and now I\'m here doing this podcast in a very small town. I\'m going to use this story to help explain the concept of perfection because often when humans have a plan to do something, and we try to set it in motion, if it doesn\'t come out the way we expect it to, we think something\'s gone wrong. That, brothers, is the biggest misconception of the human experience! During July in the Academy, we focus on the past. We focus on how the past may appear to be affecting you today even though it\'s not. The past is never affecting you today, only your thoughts about the past are affecting you today. Last week we spoke about how everything is a story. We live in a story of our world as we experience it, it is a story we tell ourselves. Continuing from that, what I\'m going to introduce to you today in this podcast episode, is that everything is perfect. You may ask, “How can things be perfect when so much badness, so much wrongness, so much negativity is happening in the world?” The first thing I\'m going to do is to define perfection. I\'m going to define perfect for you because that\'s where the big misunderstanding comes from. I\'m offering you what the definition of perfection is: that every moment, every moment of our life, every moment of time as it\'s experienced through the now, is excellent or complete beyond practical or theoretical improvement. Now, just because everything is perfect, and nothing is going wrong, it doesn\'t mean that you don\'t want the experience to be something different. Today we are going to talk about how you don\'t need to agree with what is happening, it\'s about accepting what is happening as what is happening. Episode 146: Everything is a Story
In today’s episode, we wrap up the June theme of Indomitable Self-Confidence by returning to some fundamentals. I would like to remind you, brothers, of the most basic truth, which goes even deeper than the universal truth. When students approach me to discover themselves and learn about who they are and how to become the most amazing versions of themselves, I have a methodology to guide them along that path. What I wish to impart to you today, brothers, is that everything is a story. And the question is, where do your stories about the world and yourself exist for you? What are your convictions, what are the stories that you tell yourself about yourself, what are the stories that you tell yourself about the world? Most humans are seeking a better story, and that might be true for you also. That new story means different things to different people depending on their upbringing and conditioning. It could mean more money, a better relationship, or the safety of a stable job. Many of you already know from learning my methodology, that it’s not our circumstances that determine our feelings, it’s our cognition that does this. In today’s episode, I wish to emphasize that the aim is not to create a new story. The true aim is recognizing that all the stories are stories, that’s the primary goal of the academy. Today I will discuss two problems many of us run into when we try to adjust our stories. The first is the problem of new stories not ‘sticking’ and the second is that stories only form a small part of the truth. We must learn to recognize that there is nothing in your life that is not a story. There is nothing that is keeping you from doing or seeing or achieving anything except for the story in your mind because the world doesn’t have stories. Episode 145: The Third Pillar of Indomitable Self-Confidence
Today we finish our series on the three pillars of indomitable self-confidence! Even before starting these three episodes, we have explored this subject a lot on the podcast, but it is important to understand exactly what we are referring to here, brothers. This is not conscious confidence, this is the next level of confidence, the one that is tied to the alpha state. The three pillars are as follows: the first is the cognitive aspect, the second is emotions and feelings, and the third, and our subject for today, is actions! The most important thing to understand going into this discussion is that actions are neutral. This stands for everyone\'s actions and all movement in the universe. This means that the premise for all actions is that they are objective, and we need to get away from the hypocrisy that is so common to human action. Remember, my brothers, you already know who you are, and you are not your conditioning. We need to separate between conditioning and the truth, and rather use our conditioning as the path to the truth! Most actions are conditioned based on personal fears, worries, and doubts. This is the story that we have to escape, and we do this by accepting the knowledge of who we are. So, what are the actions that come from a place of indomitable self-confidence? They are free, brothers! They are also neutral, and when we get to grips with the truth of this we begin to understand what that freedom really looks like. There are many questions that might arise about the ideas of freedom and actions, and how others might be affected. But for now, remember that other people\'s interpretations of your actions are determined by them, not by you. The last thing I want to underline today is around gratitude and detachment. When you have a true awareness and acceptance of who and what you are, you achieve the cognitive mastery and alpha state that is already within you, and you live the life that is actually yours! Episode 144: The Second Pillar of Indomitable Self-Confidence
Welcome back brothers, today we continue our month-long exploration of indomitable self-confidence. Last week I introduced you to the three pillars of indomitable self-confidence and discussed the first of these pillars, the cognition pillar. In this episode, I discuss the second pillar which is the emotion pillar. I want to remind you all about the nature of emotions. Emotions exist in the realm of form and because they come from the brain, they are tangible chemicals and send messages to the body to act. This brings us back to the universal truth, that thoughts create feelings and those feelings drive action. Emotions exist as one of the three pillars that form indomitable self-confidence. In exploring this pillar I wish to introduce you, brothers, to the concept that you are not your feelings. It is true that feelings indeed form part of the universal truth that informs your human experience, but this does not mean you are what you feel. In no way does this mean that we should be robots. In fact, I wish to emphasize that emotions are an essential part of the human experience, if we are here on earth to do anything it is to experience life, and emotions are integral to our experiences. After all, when life is good it comes from an emotional experience where we feel good. Our emotions are not stagnant and as our language has grown and evolved so have our feelings. This is because of the simple fact that the more we increase our vocabulary to describe things and feelings, it grows our capacity for describing the specificity of our emotions, from its variation in form to different levels of intensity. As we come to better understand that our emotions are a product of the mind it is important to remember that you cannot control the emotions of others. You need to allow them to feel whatever they need to feel. We all have the capacity to be empathetic, but to be a true empath requires deep self-knowledge. Episode 143: The First Pillar of Indomitable Self-Confidence
As we kick things off in our month-long exploration of indomitable self-confidence, this first episode that I want to share with all of you, my brothers, is focused on the first of the three pillars. The three pillars of indomitable self-confidence are as follows: the cognitive pillar, the emotional pillar, and the pillar of action. These pillars are built on the foundation of the immutable truth and law, the primary principle that everything is perfect. Atop these pillars rests the ceiling, made up of the state of wisdom, one which allows the truth of indomitable self-confidence to wash over us. With all that being said, brothers, today\'s focus is our thoughts and how we can put them in their rightful place. When we can change the premise, our starting point, to the truth that everything in this world and universe is perfect, we allow ourselves to enter the state of indomitable self-confidence. This is the removal of the cloud that obscures our view of the truth. Immediately we are able to experience a renewed sense of gratitude and confidence when we accept this truth, and the cognitive mastery that we exercise over our thoughts and the internal story is revolutionary. These instinctual thoughts, if unchecked can steadfastly block our way to the truth. So what are our thoughts? Well, brothers, they are the results of our conditioning, and we need to begin to separate ourselves from these thoughts that can trick us. That is the sickness, the confusion that we experience when we conflate our true selves with our thoughts. We can remove the anxieties and fears we hold, around other people\'s thoughts and opinions too. None of us are our thoughts and the centering of them in our lives will always leave us in the beta condition. Episode 142: Relationships With Others
Welcome, brothers. In today’s episode, I\'m going to be completing relationship month by discussing the topic of relationships with others. We will be continuing from last week’s episode, where we uncovered the truths of being in a relationship with yourself. This week, I’ll be diving into why it is not only beneficial to be in relationships with other people but also necessary and important. In this episode, I remind you, brothers of the universal truth of cause and effect, thoughts may come through the mind, but we must remember that they are not who we are. We must use our thoughts as a tool of the mind to make meaning of the human experience. What I wish to offer you in this episode is that the Alpha state is here to participate in duality. We are continuously living as both student and teacher, and we are all on a journey to self-awareness. Whether you choose to actively uncover self-knowledge is up to you. In our relationships with others, I encourage you to conceive of it as vulnerability because, when you are in your Alpha state, you are your true self. When you engage in relationships from your Alpha state, then there is no fear of what comes next, no fear of judgment from others or yourself, and no fear of rejection or failure. Episode 141: The Relationships With Your Self
As we move into a month focused on relationships, I wanted to share two episodes with you, brothers. This week we will be looking at the relationship with ourselves, and next week we will transfer this idea into the realm of other people. I want to be clear, this subject is not dealing with the ego and identity, but rather is me being bold and trying to explain something very difficult, something that is almost impossible to explain! There are many barriers to understanding this subject of relationships properly, and the chief among them is that this is something that has to be experienced and cannot just be told. The foundation of this episode is that relationships are thoughts, and are the way we think about and relate to the world and things around us. This is the way we perceive everything, through this lens. To help underline this message, I give you a quick reminder of the four layers of circumstance and how misunderstanding these can lead to disconnection and fear. The reality is one of connection and oneness, but it is easy to slip into a state of untruth and separation, this is part of being human! So ultimately we want to get back to love and truth, and this state is, yes, you guessed it, the alpha state! When we accept the alpha, we are able to be one with all in this way, despite the mind\'s tendency to separate. We can get to the bottom of the self, and address the feelings of imperfection and being flawed that arise out of the illusion of duality. These are the thoughts we have about ourselves, and thus are our relationship with the self. Episode 140: Attachment
Today, brothers, I am going to be talking about attachment, removing the connotations imposed on it, and working on deconditioning the beta condition. The beta condition is the conditioning of the outside upon the inside, it is mistakenly placing external authorities above your inner authority, so in this episode, I’m going to offer a perspective of how humans view dependence from the alpha state. This episode will aim to dispel some connotations created through external authorities. Looking at the words ‘codependent’ and ‘independent’, people often think there is a good way to be and a bad way to be. That’s erroneous! There is nothing ever wrong with any human being. Today we are going to be looking at the lack of self-knowledge as the only problem we have in relationships, the only problem we have in our lives and the root of all illusions. We judge and label our relationship behaviors because we don’t understand who we are individually or as a species. In this episode, I will explain how people are running a current of energy through their alpha state that is like a racetrack. We will examine the differences between humans with closed circuits and humans with open circuits, and how relationships play out between people with different types of circuits. The aim, my friends, is to discover who you are and understand who others are outside of the trained and erroneous beta condition, dispelling the lies created to judge ourselves and other people, and enabling real intimacy. Episode 139: Inner Authorities
Here on the podcast, I have to get wild sometimes, and this, brothers, is to jolt you into a new way of thinking, into resonating with the truth, and escaping our conditioning! This week I am building on the last episode, where I dealt with external authorities and turning this inward, looking at inner authorities and how to manage these. All of our alpha states are different, that is what makes us individuals, but there are so many misconceptions around unity and harmony that we have to free ourselves from. Today I will run through three different types of inner authorities and how you can identify yours and begin listening to it in the right way! The single, greatest fear, we as humans have, is around who we are. We ask ourselves, \"Who am I?\" and this question drives so much of what goes on inside us. The beta condition is clearly not who we are, and we need to get past it to access our alpha state, our inner authority, and then surrender to it. As I often say, we have to keep the mind in its appropriate place, as a tool, but not in control, and find a way to listen to the right forces, competing within each of us, in order to make the best decisions possible. When we are able to listen and understand our inner authority, we begin to gain a new sense of self-knowledge and the first part of this is identifying the different types. The first is our emotional authority, which means riding these emotional waves in healthy ways. When you deal with your emotions properly you can ride these waves all the way to clarity. You can understand, accept, and eventually transcend the ups and downs, and this means waiting, allowing, and processing. Another inner authority is the gut feelings we get. Again this will take time to master, but if this is your authority you can learn to listen to it in the right ways. The last one I want to touch on today is the intuitive or inner voice we all possess, something that can be quiet and overshadowed but can also be immensely powerful. When we start to understand the physiological feeling associated with intuition, we are able to make fast and spontaneous decisions that suit us. Episode 138: External Authorities
Welcome back, my brothers! Since I’ve started teaching you about the universal truth and the law of cause and effect, I have constantly integrated my messaging methodology with more self-discovery while I have been pursuing a deeper understanding of the heart of nature and the essence of being human, which is why this episode is on the external authorities that have been trying to determine who you are since birth. Today’s episode is a reminder that your alpha state is both as teacher and student. You utilize your defined true self to teach and your undefined true self to learn from others and receive from the world. We must recognize the rigid story external authorities have constructed that informs the story you tell about yourself, which causes separation between yourself and your true self. These external authorities attempt to define what success is and how to achieve it, but this can’t possibly be the same for everyone! Each of us are unique individuals who should be guided by our true, inner selves. It is my belief that, if we were all to live according to our inner authority, there would be no need for the institutions that exist to be external guides, because we will be guided by our true alpha self. You need to uncover this guidance through self-knowledge and understanding who you are. Once you do that, you eliminate the need for external authorities telling you what to do. Episode 137: Gratitude
Welcome back, my brothers! Today we are rounding up the three-part series that started with \'surrender\', moved into \'faith\', and now ends with \'gratitude\'. The \'surrender\' piece of this puzzle is where we get into contact with the power of the alpha state, it means deconditioning the way we operate and letting go into an amazing sense of freedom! This new way of living leads us to and centers a different kind of faith. Not faith in the religious sense, but more about acceptance and trust in ourselves and the present moment. And this brings us to gratitude, its essence, and how it fits into our psychology. The judgmental beta condition that creates a false binary of good and bad is the most misleading of forces, and when we are able to surrender this way of being, we are able to put the mind in its proper place: as a passenger. The mind is then able to occupy itself with its true function and instead of trying to direct the course, it is able to observe and understand. We are then faithful to our inner authority and accept the truth of abundance. Faith is knowing through the knowledge of the true self, brothers! Gratitude is more than just a morning routine, and true gratitude can be present consistently in your life, following you through all moments and experiences. It is the awareness of this moment, its reality as a gift, and what it offers to us at every second. When we lead with this gratitude, we further solidify the mind in its place, using it to unpack the message of the world around us. Episode 136: Faith
Today we are speaking about faith, brothers, but not the kind that you have always heard about. The types of faith that we have been exposed to most of our lives either leave room for uncertainty or are too religiously centered. True faith is all about belief in and connection to the alpha state, and if you can access this then you will be able to create your reality and not be held down by self-imposed limitations. The universe is infinitely abundant, meaning that when we feel fear, we are believing a lie. Feeling afraid is faith misplaced, it is having faith in lack, but there is no lack to speak of in our infinite universe, only unlimited abundance. Your true self is composed of the same substance as the universe, meaning that trusting the universe is the same thing as trusting your true self. When we allow the Alpha state to take its rightful place as the authority in our lives, faith acts through intuition, there are no limitations and we create what are viewed as miracles in our lives. Episode 135: Surrender
Today\'s episode is all about the future, brothers. I want to help you let go of the past and move into the new you, the real you, the you that you want to be! I will be discussing the idea of surrender, and the first point in this discussion is to remove this word\'s negative connotation. I want us to reposition our understanding of surrender as ceasing resistance to oneself. We all encounter the problems and fallacies of trying to be what we are not, and what we are not meant to be. When we can truly surrender to the truth, we enter a state of awareness, where we are able to seek self-knowledge and inner truth! The best way to understand this all, is through the analogy of a car. I want you to imagine that your body is the car, the passenger is your mind, and the driver is your spirit. When we listen to the mind, we are taking direction from the wrong authority. The mind is misleading, brothers, and although it wants to help us, we should be listening to the soul, the actual driver. The mind is not the enemy, it is a creative force that we can work with, it is a powerful part of you that you need to keep in context and use with purpose. I have spoken before about where this need of the mind to control comes from, and it is rooted in our past, our need for safety, and from a place of fear. Letting the mind make decisions for us leads to people-pleasing and the need for external validation, exactly what you do not want! We all experience the external pressures of the world, when what we really need is to get back to our true nature and see through to our true potential. Episode 134: 4 Layers Of Circumstance
Welcome back to the podcast, my brothers. Today we are going deep and this episode might get a bit wild, so hang on for the ride! I want to help you get past the illusions we so often refer to, to find the truth under the four layers of circumstance. As we know, when there is a mismatch between our true selves and our conditioning, we suffer. This is often the case, a default position in which humans find themselves. It does not have to be like that! The first layer of circumstance is our experience as humans, and this means it is experienced through the senses that we have as people. The way we see, smell and touch the world around us. It is also how we are able to describe and name what we sense, so it is not as it is, only as it appears. If this layer is peeled back we get to direct experience; which is similar to the first layer, but without human language. Thus it is the removal of the human story and sense of the world. Below direct experience lies the quantum layer, a space that is not accessible to us through our human faculties but that we know exists. In this layer of circumstance, there are only amalgamations of cells, and if we are able to break through to this layer we can begin to escape our conditioning. The fourth and final layer is the field of neutrino; this is the subatomic nature of the universe, where everything is a sea of information that is flowing and passing through itself. This layer is the truth, and the truth is love, brothers. We are all immersed in a never-ending sea of love that we cannot escape, and it is when we are able to surrender to that truth, that we can end our suffering! Episode 133: Interrupting The Universal Truth
When traveling down the path to your elevated self, we need to remember that the only barriers to a new belief are the old ones you hold on to, and today I will be talking about breaking these down, on the way to your truth. This episode serves to conclude the series on barriers and new beliefs, following on from the episodes on correlation and causation, and confirmation bias. I wanted to tie it all together, and round out your understanding of how we are conditioned by many external forces in our lives, and map out the process of moving past these towards a greater personal purpose! We all have a great power within us that we can access with the right tools, and one of these is found in understanding the model of alignment and its five components: circumstance, thought, feeling, action, and result. When we unpack this model it can begin to illuminate our conditioning, and when we interrupt the model, we can begin to change our results! In this episode, I talk about getting past old thinking and the \'old self\', and how it takes more than mere willpower to divert the direction of our universal truth. When we rely solely on willpower, we usually set ourselves up for some sort of failure or relapse. Real change only occurs when we tell ourselves a new story and fully adopt a new role in that narrative. Episode 132: Confirmation Bias 2.0
Today, I am diving into part two of the barriers to belief series and unpacking confirmation bias. Before I get started on this concept, I share some of the massive changes coming to the Alpha Academy. I want to give you the chance to get in on some of the action before everything goes live. Even though things may look different, the foundation of my training is the same; to help you see the world as it is and not through the lens of conditioning. Last week, I explored correlation and causation and the fact that we almost always confuse the two. We accept things as facts even though they are simply the stories we tell ourselves time and again. This is where confirmation bias, today’s topic, comes into play. It does not prove any truths but instead reaffirms the tales we believe are real. Even though we know that circumstance is neutral and the data is always there, once we relate it to confirmation bias, our circumstances are no longer objective but appear as a means to support pre-existing beliefs. When these paradigms and stories prevent us from seeing the world as it is, they act as a prison. While in many ways confirmation bias can hold us back, if we apply our elevated awareness, we can see it for what it is and move past it. We don’t have to accept stories as truth. It is possible to free yourself from the condition of the mind and the images that occur behind your eyes. Rather than having conditioning driving the vehicle that is your life, it is possible for you and the truth to take the driver’s seat once again! Episode 131: Correlation vs. Causation
Today, I want to discuss the barriers to creating new beliefs, and there are several barriers, of course. Essentially, the barriers to creating our new beliefs are our old beliefs that we have accepted as true. Sometimes we get to a point where we think our beliefs are true for everyone. When we get to this point, we move from beliefs to facts; and sometimes these are in the realm of politics or religion or, other times, it just means the beliefs we have about ourselves that we believe are true, and we\'ve accepted them as unchangeable. Then there is the ever dream-killing belief statement: I can’t do that. Today we’re doing to dive into correlation versus causation, a concept used in both science and philosophy. I also want to shed new light on the process of confirmation bias so that you can see how it will always prevent you from changing what you believe from an unconscious conditioned function to a consciously intentional function. Make a note to tune in to next week’s episode, where I’ll be diving deeper into the concept of confirmation bias and how you can use confirmation bias to your advantage to create new beliefs, even though it can be and often is another barrier to believing new things. Episode 130: The Story We Tell Others
Welcome back to the show brothers! Today I will be expanding on last week\'s topic of the stories we tell ourselves, and getting into how these become the stories we tell others. The response to that episode was so enthusiastic that I thought it best to delve a bit deeper into this resonant issue. As you probably already know, everything in the physical world of form begins with a story, and so is central to how we live out our lives. To start off, we look at the important truths that make up the foundation of our realities, and this comes down to how stories constantly inform our existence. The universal truth, as I have said many times before, is based on the neutrality of all circumstances. While the human experience might be an emotional one, without our perception of it, the world is a blank canvas, neither positive nor negative. It is time to take this momentous leap, where we take control of our stories, and thus our reality! The story is always cognitive, and it is always about ourselves. Even our stories about others are about us, and likewise, the stories we tell others are not for them but are part of our interior world. Fitting these ideas into the model of alignment will unlock a power to express your true self and dreams, and live out the alpha life you have always wanted, or never even dared dream about! It thus becomes clear that any meaningful change in our lives starts with our own story. And here\'s the key brothers: if you want the actions of your \'movie\' to be different you have to rewrite the script. You cannot make a movie that has not been written and does not have proper direction. Only then can it be acted out and become the reality of your everyday existence. Episode 129: The Story You Tell Yourself
It is good to be back brothers, and it is even better that I have you with me on this incredible journey. Let’s cut to the chase: the matrix has you. Yes, the Matrix has you. This episode marks the end of our relationship theme, but let it be said: we cannot be in life without being in relation to something or someone, and that includes the Matrix. Where am I getting at with all this? We need to first understand what that Matrix is, which is the story you tell yourself about yourself. Friends, everything begins with an individual or collective story, and from there you find the evidence to support your story with a psychological term called confirmation bias. The important work that I do is to teach my students how to write their own story, and to escape conditioning where others are writing your story for you. In this episode, I talk about how this happens, and more specifically, how you can take your power back. Just remember, it’s the story that holds everything together, and it’s that same story that manifests our effect. Brothers, only you know who you are in expression of form; not me. But listen up. I’m here to tell you that you’re a creator; the most powerful organic being on this planet. Fish breathe underwater, birds fly in the sky, and you my friend, create the world we know as reality. Episode 128: Love Languages 2.0
Love and relationships are a central part of what we work with here at the Alpha Male Coach podcast, and no matter where you are in your relationship journey, understanding how to navigate these spaces is of vital importance to the elevation of your alpha. I have spoken about the love languages before, and am returning to this topic today to do things a little differently. What I really want for you, brother, is to find freedom, love, and self-confidence! I start off today\'s exploration by differentiating between love and lust so that we can get clear on what we are really talking about. Lust is an excessive fixation on the external, which is clearly an illusion. Remember blood, the external world is perfect and lust exists only in the realm of form, the illusion is the idea of the form and possessing it. As I have often said, you cannot possess people and things, so we need to separate a desire for sex and the imagery of lust. This illusion is a false reality, it does not exist, it a distraction and the ghost of prior generations. This brings us to the five love languages, namely physical touch, words of affirmation, gift-giving, acts of service, and quality time. I want you to look at these a little differently and start to think about how you can give as much of each of these as possible without any expectation. Remember my brothers, we are the first men, and as an Alpha Man, we need to master ourselves and step out of the illusions of lust, wealth, and power! Love is the knowledge of oneness, understanding the perfection of reality, and by living through the laws of love you can bring peace to the world and yourself. Episode 127: Trust 2.0
One of the foundation elements of relationships is trust. And since relationships are a foundational aspect of life, we can see the importance that trust has in living meaningfully and truthfully. We are always in relationships, whether it be with other things and people, or more importantly, with ourselves. These two facts of the concept of trust are what I will be exploring today, and how trust in ourselves contributes to that all-important indomitable self-confidence. There is a counterintuitive quality to the way we trust others. Like so many things related to the universal truth, trust in others has nothing to do with them, and everything to do with ourselves! In the end, the trust we have in others is a subjective story we tell others, and is begging us to remember the universal truth, brothers! These stories we tell ourselves about others\' words and actions become a prison for them, and when they want to break free from this, we call it a betrayal. The true value of trust, and how it can be used in healthy and aligned ways is through self-discovery and personal evolution. If there is a person that you can actually have a firm belief in it is most definitely yourself, brother. This again comes back to self-confidence and that trust in self is what will help you build that! We need to avoid the confirmation biases that emerge from our conditioning and inform how we interpret others, this leads to fear and pain and is not in line with the universal truth. What I am saying here brothers, is not that you should not trust anyone. In fact, I want you to trust everyone, but that trust is in the universal truth and not in the stories you create about others. The events that occur in relationships are not outcomes, they are experiences, and we need to use boundaries and the reality of existence to live in harmony with others. When we do not do this, we live in fear of what our thoughts about something will make us feel, which is a classic behavior of the beta mind. Episode 126: Alpha Male Tenets 3 & 4
Welcome back, my brother! Today I continue my exploration of the alpha male tenets, looking at tenets number three and four. Both of these have to do with circumstance and mastering these will, in essence, aid you in finding abundant goodness and letting go of what does not exist! In order to break through our limitations and make actual progress, we need to get into a more open system, and these tenets are what allow us to do that. There are many more than just the four tenets I am focussing on in this mini-series of shows. But if you can take the lessons from this episode and the previous one, you will be on the right path to seeing things more clearly. Tenet number three states that we see things as we are and not as they are. This has to do with perception and reality, and the reality is that we live in a world made up of cells and molecules that our senses allow us to interpret and make meaning from. Our interpretation is not reality and is conditioned by our past, when in fact there is no separation in the way that we usually perceive. Tenet four can be quite a challenging one to internalize as it deals with the truth of the past and present. The truth is that everything that has happened, happened as it should have, and the proof of this is in the fact that it happened in that way! I know this can be tricky, but realizing the past is perfect is a profound form of acceptance and empowerment. Resistance to this will always cause suffering, and letting our perception get in the way of the gift of the present is a tragedy. These tenets come down to the choice to accept perfection and the universal truth. It means taking control of your subjective experience and getting away from a life ruled by fear and worry. Episode 125: Alpha Male Tenets 1 & 2
Welcome back, brothers. Today we will be exploring the fundamental Alpha Male tenets, and this episode serves as one of a two-part series on the subject. Here we will be looking at the first two tenets and talking about how they work; remember these tenets provide us with the basis on which all of your work, as an alpha male, can stem from. The first and most fundamental and important of the tenets is something you have all heard me talk about many times. It is this: when we have a relationship, we are in a relationship with our thoughts about a particular thing, not with the actual thing. This is the illusion of relationships, and a primary hurdle to evade in order to have healthy and true relationships. Everything is an effect and is neither good nor bad, only neutral. If you can gain control of your thoughts, you will be able to manage and experience a relationship in the alpha way. The second tenet deals with results and asks you to allow the illusion of why we seek certain results to disintegrate. The universal truth states that we only want a particular result because of how we imagine that result will make us feel. It is not the result itself, but how results create an experience in our minds. This is not to say that results, goals, dreams, or however you want to frame them, do not matter. It is about living from knowing rather than wanting. When we are able to embody these two tenets, we can start to live the lives of our dreams, without our minds and beliefs standing in our way. Episode 124: The Puzzle Of Life
Welcome back, brothers. Today we will be discussing another analogy to help us understand the process of elevating our alpha states. This is the analogy of the puzzle, which describes the interconnectedness of all things, including us, and the role each of us plays in contributing to this wholeness. To understand this puzzle, we need to first review two foundational concepts. Number one is that all things are connected. This oneness can be thought of as being composed of three layers that describe the invisible being made visible through the law of cause and effect. The second concept is that truth is subjective, a state each of us has to define for ourselves. Only after having defined our own truth can we say we have reached our alpha state. The puzzle I speak about today is infinite, and composed of the three layers of oneness. The invisible truth is represented by the picture it displays, the law of cause and effect is articulated by the way the pieces fit together, and the visible realm of substance that all of us can see is analogous to the material that makes up the pieces. Each one of us forms a piece, and our unique truths, while being different, form a part of the image it displays. Using this puzzle analogy, you will learn three lessons that will help you to love rather than judge others, to realize that people are the masters of their own choices, and to understand that whether people are in their beta or alpha states, the puzzle is as it should be. These are key lessons that need to be learned in the process of understanding what it means and what it takes to elevate your alpha, so tune in and get ready to have your mind blown! Episode 123: Why Change Is Difficult - The Remix
Welcome back to the show, brothers. You better believe that for today\'s episode, we are getting wild, and going pretty far out! I am going to be talking to you about the unification of the mind, and how this can lead to living a better life, by the elevation of your alpha. This episode is a follow-on from the last one where we talked about cognitive dissonance, laddering, and bridging your thoughts. Welcome to the remixed version of Why Change is Difficult! As I have said many times before, you have to change your thoughts before any meaningful change can happen to your results. If you want permanent changes, you need to change your beliefs, as these are the source of your creative power! This is dependent on the constant law of cause and effect, and today I will be talking about its three components and the time and work it takes to get to a desired result. This show is all about harnessing the power of natural laws in order to achieve a desired result. Thought is a natural law, just like gravity, and in the same way as you can learn to work with or against gravity, you can improve your relationships with thought. Through purpose and practice, we can all learn to lift a weight that at first feels impossible, and the same goes for your thoughts! Remember brothers, this is a process, and making progress healthily takes time! It is not an instantaneous thing, in order to strengthen weaker parts of yourself you have to work with a desired belief and put in the hours. This practice can lessen the resistance we experience, and help you to get stronger in your beliefs too! When we separate thought from fact, we actually decrease the weight of the resistance we experience, and so what we are doing here is retraining the self and the beliefs we have learned. Episode 122: Why Change Is Difficult
Welcome back my brothers, to another Alpha Male Coach podcast, and while we are here, welcome to the New Year too! I’m so excited about all the things I have planned for this year — not just in my own life, but also for all the things I will bring to you guys. Today I’m going to tell you about something called cognitive dissonance. Simply put brothers, cognitive dissonance is the parent that birthed the phrase, “discomfort is the price of growth.” But I’m going to dig a little deeper with you. Change is a simple action, but it’s made harder because of cognitive dissonance. ‘Cognitive’ refers to the mind — your thought. ‘Dissonance’ is the disagreement between two thoughts that you’re holding simultaneously in your mind. This is a problem. Why? Friends, your thoughts create your reality. Every time you want a new reality, you have to create a new thought, which can create mental discomfort, or cognitive dissonance. See what I mean now? To keep us on track, there is one easy thought to fill your mind: your dreams aren’t going anywhere. Cognitive dissonance is just a necessity for us to live the best version of your life, you just need to remind yourself that the things you see in the world aren’t necessarily what is going on. So here is what you gotta do. You need to decide what you want and practice believing it, even though it’s super uncomfortable. Plan for it to be there, expect its presence, and know that it is coming. Then, you’re going to want to disprove the current belief system that you do have. Episode 121: Setting The Tone For 2021
Welcome back, brothers. It is a new year and I am so excited to release this episode on the 1st of January because today I will be setting the tone for 2021. The truths I share with you are all about the law of creation and how you can tap into it using the alpha state and the model of alignment. Today, I remind you about how everything that exists in the universe is connected, is one thing. This oneness of existence can be separated into three parts because the invisible goes through a process of creation to become visible. Take electricity for example. It exists in pure form in an invisible state. We can’t see it but can create it using a set of processes governed by laws, after which we see its effects in the objects it powers. It is the same with humans. We bring our ideas to life through a process of creation. This applies to our lives too – we can create our lives to be whatever we want them to be through the same three-part process. If this process can be implemented with the alpha state as the internal starting point, the rest of your external life will follow suit because of the model of alignment. Using the alpha state as the invisible source of creation, we apprehend our individual truth that only we can know. We then materialize this truth via thoughts that become feelings that drive actions through cause and effect. Via the model of alignment, we thus fulfill the other two pieces of the puzzle, the process of creation resulting in the created result of our lives. Listen in today to learn more!

Episode 120: How I Evolved In 2020
Brothers, welcome to the final episode of the Alpha Male Coach Podcast in 2020. Now, I know that this year has been a ride for us all, but I wanted to put a different spin on things. I want to recap some of the great things we’ve covered and to tell you how I have evolved in the past 365 days. I’m going to start off by saying a huge thank you to all those who listen to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, and an especially big thank you to those who have been with me since day one. We might have grown together, but you need to know that it’s all been you, man — you are 100% responsible for your growth and I won’t take any credit. One of my biggest areas of growth this year has been keeping optimal health. And I did this by keeping fit and eating healthy, and that formed an alpha state of determination and fortitude in my mind. On top of that, to keep my mind healthy, I kept traveling this year, albeit not internationally, but to various states around the country, and you can bet that I’ll be pulling out my passport in ‘21. I’ve also developed a huge amount of compassion this year, and I have so much of it for my brothers who willingly resign themselves to fear. And that is where my faith has come in too. I have needed to trust and believe in the completion of life and the illusion of death. An area where I have excelled in particular is my relationships with women. I’ve had two 90-day-plus relationships that have reached an end and I’ve learned so much from them. In this episode, I share with you all of my best experiences with women this year. This year was also an exceptional year for my business, and brothers let me tell you, creating financial success has been my mission, and through that, I have learned to become failure-proof. Let me leave you with this: fear is the only thing holding you back, and money-scarcity is a sickness, preventing you from creating an abundance of wealth. Episode 119: Applying The Law Of Cause And Effect
Today I quickly recap the universal truth of cause and effect. Everything that happens to or for you are just circumstances and they are neutral and out of your control. While circumstances do not create our thoughts or beliefs, they trigger memories and stimulate whatever we already believe. You have full control over your thoughts and can, therefore, choose what you think about the circumstances. When you subject your thoughts to other people’s opinions and dwell on the past, you are operating from your beta condition. Thoughts create beliefs, and beliefs create emotions, so when you think negative things, guess what happens? Emotions create feelings and it is feelings, not circumstances, that ultimately determine your experience. Feelings are what drive our actions, which, in turn, determine our results. The point is this: your thoughts determine your results. Now, in getting to the meat of the episode, there are two main things to note. Everything in life is an effect, and all effects have a cause. Everything you see, touch, hear, taste, and smell is an effect that has an invisible cause – nothing appears or manifests out of nothing. Our thoughts and the collective thoughts of people are the cause that determines the effects we see in our physical world. Your thoughts thus determine what you create and attract. When it comes to manifestation, we think both of the what – that which manifests – and the how, the way in which we experience that which is manifested. In this episode, I focus on the latter, uncovering how your feelings determine how you will experience your results. When you hold thoughts of prosperity and health, for example, this is what you will manifest. But how do you feel as you think about what you want? Do you focus on the how and panic about what might happen if you lose it, or are you at peace in the knowledge that your thoughts and feelings are already busy manifesting the thing you want? So, even if you manifest the what, the how – your experience of the manifestation – can still trip you up. That’s why it is so important to contemplate your intentions from a feeling of peace. Episode 118: What Are Your Bringing Into 2021?
What’s up my brothers? And welcome back to another episode of the Alpha Male Podcast. Today, we are going to cover a topic that’ll help lead you into 2021 with intention and with purpose. What we discover today is going to help you tackle the new year and make it your own. So how do you make sure that 2021 will be your best year yet? You start by asking yourself: “How was 2020 for me?” Now, this doesn’t mean I’m going to tell you what to think — no, I’ll never do that. What I’m going to do is tell you that you need to determine for yourself if what you are thinking is on purpose, or by conditioning. It’s about whether or not your thinking is serving your life, your growth, and leaving the world in a better place for having been here. We do this by doing something I like to call, “mind management.” First, you can separate your thoughts from facts, and second, you can choose to focus on the amazing things from your past. If you are going to master your alpha state, you need to think differently. By consuming fear, you’re only adding to the suffering on this rock we call planet Earth, and you’re not offering a solution. If a topic is that important to you, make it your purpose — this is called intentionality, and it’s only you can determine and change your purpose. You might be asking yourself, how do I manage the people in my life as well as my purpose? Well, my brother, the relationships in your life should be to support your purpose as you support the purpose of the humans with whom you chose to form relationships. Episode 117: Becoming Failure-Proof
In setting the tone for 2021, this episode is all about becoming failure-proof. What this means is that you no longer fear failure because it does not affect you. The more you build your resilience to failure, the better you get at resisting and ultimately transcending it. But how do we transcend the fear of failure? The first thing you’ve got to understand is that we are not born with a sense of fearing failure – it is something that we learn along the way. That’s why it is far easier to overcome it than, say, rejection, which is a primordial fear we are born with as social beings. Our society – parents, teachers, friends – constantly sends us messages about failure being a bad thing, so we begin to fear it. The truth is that we should be embracing failure because it helps us to grow. We seldom succeed at something the first time around, and it often requires many different actions for us to get to the desired result. We should therefore embrace our failures, as they get us closer to where we want to be. We should not be afraid of failure but rather of inaction. Taking action is what is required for us to move towards the intended outcome and the only way we can truly fail is if we do nothing or throw in the towel. As long as you are still taking action, you have not failed. Continuously taking action is what drives you towards your goal. Remember guys, it is not about the destination but the journey.
