Trish Buckley (54) is from Raheny in Dublin and is about to experience a big life change as she is being made redundant in March from a very busy career. She hopes to inspire other women her age who are juggling busy lives. She is a loyal listener of Ireland's Classic Hits Radio and heard about "The 40 Day Health Challenge" in the boardroom she will soon be leaving. Trish wants to learn how to cook as her partner currently does all the shopping and the kitchen duties. She also wants to reduce her wine intake particularly now as she goes through the menopause. Aimee has spoken openly about the grief of losing her mam just weeks before her wedding and how this has affected her emotionally. Like so many Irish mammies, she has spent her life looking after every else - ferrying her three children around and not allowing any time for herself.
