New official The Mandalorian Season 3 clip has us with Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal playing Din Djarin) and Grogu / Baby Yoda with Grief Carga. Carga wants Mando to have a place on Nevarro 7, where Mandalorian tells him he has to fix his apostate status since he revealed his face to baby yoda. The Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer BREAKDOWN ORDER 66

THE MANDALORIAN SEASON 3 TRAILER BREAKDOWN! Man this was a great trailer. Let me first say, the show needs Cara Dune / Gina Carano back in it. Other than that, the trailer looked really good. I think this will be the best Mandalorian season yet. I can't wait to see more of Grogu's experience with Order 66 and how all the Mandalorians unite to fight against the remnants of the Empire. Is This What Palpatine Could Want From Grogu in The Mandalorian Season 3? (Grogu Captured)

In the Revenge of the Sith novelization by Matthew Stover, we get a really cool bit of inner monologue from Palpatine when Yoda shows up in his office (just after the transmission with Anakin Skywalker on Mustafar after eliminating the Separatists during order 66). He says this: "But his physical presence was an illusion; the truth of him could be seen only in the Force. In the Force, he was a fountain of light. “Pity your new disciple I do; so lately an apprentice, so soon without a Master.” “Why, Master Yoda, what a delightful surprise! Welcome!” The voice of the shadow hummed with anticipation. “Let me be the first to wish you Happy Empire Day!” “Find it happy, you will not. Nor will the murderer you call Vader.” “Ah.” The shadow stepped closer to the light. “So that is the threat I felt. Who is it, if I may ask? Who have you sent to kill him?” “Enough it is that you know your own destroyer.” I think this is really enlightening (pun intended) as to how Sidious viewed Yoda, that he was a fountain of light itself. Renewed energy constantly flowing in the light side of the force. Does this give a little credit as to why he's so obsessed with Grogu, or rather, why the remnants of the Empire are so obsessed with the the experiments done on Grogu? Could Grogu be more than just a body to clone or transfer essence into? Could it be to, dare I say, find a means of prolonging life as Yoda's ageing process is much better than Palpatine's. Imagine if Palpatine lived to be 900 years old. The things he could achieve would be extraordinary to say the least. I can't wait to see The Mandalorian Season 3 hopefully in 2022 with tons of Luke Skywalker, and of course, The Book of Boba Fett! MANDALORIAN SEASON 3 NEWS

The Mandalorian Season 3 has BEGUN filming! This puts the show on time for a expected release of Winter 2023. I think 2022 will be the most ambitious year for Star Wars with Book of Boba Fett (Dec 29 2021) trailing into Feb of 2022, where we might get Andor next or Kenobi in May, then Andor in the early fall and Mandalorian Season 3 in the winter. I am super excited to see Luke Skywalker, Grogu, Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Moff Gideon, maybe even Ahsoka and everyone else on the show. I am most excited for Kenobi, where we get to see Hayden Christensen return as Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader and Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan Kenobi. Their showdown will be the most anticipated fight in all of Star Wars, imo. What do you want to see for The Mandalorian Season 3? Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, we love you, keep doing your thing. Mandalorian Season 3 BIG NEWS

Recently we have news that Mandalorian Season 3 will begin filming in September of 2021. This is a delay of about 5 months from the April 2021 original plan. Grogu Tells Luke about Order 66 and Anakin in The Mandalorian Season 3

Luke at this point is gathering students for his jedi academy. This is true in both legends and canon. This is 5 years after return of the jedi, and his powers have only become stronger since then. The things he’s learned, the texts he’s read from, the powers he’s focused to develop are things we have barely just seen in the finale. So what can he show Grogu? Well, besides the typical training a Jedi receives that we saw throughout the prequels here and there with Yoda, the younglings, and of course anakin and obi-wan, we will see something more. Grogu was more powerful than we see him to be. He had to hide his abilities to stay safe from the empire, if he didn’t, he would have been found sooner. What powers did he hide? We’ve seen him use force choke, which Luke has used as well. Did Grogu learn this from Anakin when he stormed the temple during Order 66 to kill Jedi? Did he see him use that and then copied it? Grogu can toss people around, create a force shield to protect those he loves, and use force freeze. We have to remember, he’s a baby, but he’s 50 years old. He’s seen 50 years of life and received about as much training as Mace Windu and Anakin. This leads me to wonder how he was found eventually. Did he have to use his powers for some dire situation that exposed him? Either way, the relationship between the two will be transformative for both characters. How will Grogu impact Luke? If Grogu saw the events of operation knightfall on the jedi temple during order 66, then what could he tell Luke? Just like he communed with Ahsoka through his thoughts and feelings through the force, how could he do the same with Luke? The two will spend a considerable amount of time together, and Luke may enter his mind to learn everything that happened to him. While seeing Grogu’s path and memories, could he find happiness in seeing Yoda, seeing the other Jedi Masters, until the visions begin to darken, and he sees a hooded figure cutting down and killing his own kind at the temple. Masters, Knights, Padawans, and Younglings…Could Luke jump out of the vision in terror and fear, seeing the face of his father and what he truly did. How will this affect Luke? We know from the comics that he did see glimpses of what Vader did during Order 66, however seeing them from a first person vision while feeling Grogu’s memories and thoughts could be something that truly shakes him up. Luke Skywalker’s jedi temple won’t be a carbon copy of the same stuff we’ve seen before. Luke will use all aspects of the force to guide him, he won’t feel pressured to only use the light side, as at this point, his understanding of the force is that there is just the force, and it’s not necessarily what powers you use that make you light or dark, but what you use those powers for. It’s your choices that determine your allegiance and your heart, not your abilities. Now here’s the issue with why the Jedi were so worried about using anything remotely dark side, because they felt once you use those powers and tap into the dark side, it’s a slippery slope, and forever would it dominate your destiny. I think Luke’s training of students could show a new side. A fresh side of things. The only time Luke used his angry emotions mixed with fear and desperation was against his father in return of the jedi. It was here that he realized, once cutting his dad’s hand off, that if he continued down this path, he’d become just like him, not necessarily a monster or a machine, but someone disillusioned from who he wanted to be. It was this control over his thoughts and emotions that put him back on the path he chose, which was to use the force for good, not evil. Grogu telling Luke about Order 66 could pose the same emotional spike for Luke, or it could resonate the entire theme of the first 6 films, which is that no matter how far you’ve fallen from your way, it’s never too late to make things right, and get back on track. Why Moff Gideon Was Afraid of Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

In the Mandalorian Season 2, why was Moff Gideon so terrified of Luke Skywalker? I believe it's because he was a Jedi, which are so rare in the galaxy today. Not only that, but this particular Jedi defeated his bosses, Vader (to the Empire's knowledge) and Emperor Palpatine. Not only that, but he destroyed all of the Death Stars (2) (empire's perspective, but actually was Lando) and is now back to claim the child who is also a Jedi. Moff Gideon hasn't been to kind to Grogu, and papa Luke Skywalker is not happy about it! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How the Dark Troopers Sensed Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

Everything Luke Skywalker did to Defeat the Dark Troopers in The Mandalorian Season 2, including, using Anakin Skywalker's fighting style. I see this question a lot, why did the Dark Troopers stop once Luke showed up? My theory is that they were programmed to go after the greatest threat in the area. Once Luke showed up, they either were primed to sense a being with high midichlorian levels, which I would imagine Moff Gideon had implemented into their programming and hardware, like a metal detector, only for blood M count. Or, the most logical, which is that of the 40 or so troopers that I counted, Luke was already busting up the ones in the docking bay, the dark troopers either heard them or they sent a signal to the rest to be prepared. The main change with these phase 3 dark troopers and the ones from legends, are that these ones aren’t lightsaber resistant. In legends their armour could take lightsaber slashes and nothing would happen to them. In this one, they got absolutely destroyed. Now there’s bit of a legends theory I can spin on this, which isn’t true but I’ll explain it to you anyways, in legends you could turn a dial on your lightsaber hilt to increase the strength of the blade, make it longer or shorter. Qui-Gon has this on his hilt, in fact, and so do many lightsabers. It’s possible that Luke switched a setting on his saber to deal more damage, take more power from his kyber crystal, but in return, cause him to be slower. In the legends game Jedi knight 2 jedi outcast, you can actually change your lightsaber stance from blue to yellow to red. Blue yields low damage but you wield your blade extremely fast, yellow is medium, and red yields a super heavy blade that is devastating when clashed. Now I don’t think Luke did that with these troopers, because they seem to be lightsaber vulnerable, unlike their legends counterparts who were more tough, but also less maneuverable. Luke using his green blade was amazing and it made the little kid in me return, again. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Bo Katan Not Taking the Dark Saber Makes No Sense in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

In the mandalorian season 2 finale we got a ton of things that I explained in detail in my breakdown. One of the things I’d like to discuss, for today’s episode, is in regards to Bo Katan not being able to take the dark saber from Din after he yielded. In Star Wars Rebels, Sabine got the dark saber by basically stealing it from Maul’s den on Dathomir, and then she gave it to Bo. Bo was reluctant and said the same thing to Sabine that Moff Gideon told Din, that you it’s illegitimate if you just yield the dark saber to someone else, in the sense that you can’t give the dark saber to someone and automatically claim them as rightful ruler of Mandalore. The saber poses no power, but the story does. You have to rightfully fair and square beat the last person who owned it, who fairly beat it from someone else, like Din did to Gideon, like Maul did to Vizsla. Bo eventually accepted the dark saber from Sabine and she took it, becoming the leader of Mandalore, uniting her people. She did it without beating Darth Maul, or even facing him, and without fighting Sabine. So when she can’t take the dark saber in the exact same circumstance from Din Djarrin, is really confusing to me. I guess she couldn’t take it because there was a witness who wasn’t in favour of her taking it, and perhaps he’d blab about her not being the rightful heir to Mandalore if he ever got out of the jail he’s headed to. To me, I am excited to get more clarification on how they’ll explain this in more detail, because right now, it just seems like she could do it in Rebels, but can’t do it now when Din offered it to her. What I think will happen, well in season 3 I think she’ll either serve next to Din on Mandalore, or they’ll have to actually fight, and if she wins, then she gets the saber and rules Mandalore. Otherwise, Din is the rightful heir, his responsibilities now have his hands full with uniting a world that was taken and controlled by the Empire for so many years, now stripped bare. I think he’ll see Grogu again, but for now, we’ll follow the story of Din and Bo taking back Mandalore, while showing Grogu and Luke training as he builds his temple. Let me know what you think about the whole dark saber controversy going around right now, I’d love to know your thoughts because I can’t think of a good reason why there’s an inconsistency here. Palpatine Took Grogu During Order 66 - Star Wars Theory

Ahsoka mentions that Grogu’s memory grows dark and faint after the he was hidden at the end of the clone wars, aka, order 66. He was raised at the Jedi temple on coruscant. Many masters trained him over the years. At the end of the clone wars, he was hidden. Someone took him from the temple, then his memory becomes dark. My next theory here after the Anakin one, is that perhaps Sidious took him. This would make sense since Sidoius was at the Jedi temple after Anakin raided it with the 501st. A lot of people miss this detail, but we can actually see Sidious in the Jedi Temple as Anakin kneels before him, calling him his master. Obi-Wan is watching the security recordings from the temple. If this was in palpatine’s office, which is not in the temple, then it wouldn’t make sense for Kenobi to be able to see this. Sidious sends Anakin away to Mustafar. This is right before Anakin goes to stop by at Padme’s place, before blasting off to Mustafar to officially end the Clone Wars by having Nute Gunray deactivate all droids across the galaxy. So when Anakin is here with Padme. Sidious is at the temple, and it’s this time gap that I’m thinking could allow him to search for any hiding Jedi who survived. Perhaps this is where he senses Grogu. Now how does he know about Grogu? Dooku! Dooku was a Jedi Master who left the temple after decades of being there since he was a small boy, and who is old enough to know Dooku? Possibly to even be trained by him? Grogu. Palpatine was always mulling over the idea of a new apprentice, and in the revenge of the Sith novel, the plan was for dooku and anakin to be alive and serve him. To which of course we know what happened there. I believe Dooku would have told Sidious all about Grogu and how he was immensely powerful, just like his father, Yoda, if that is his father I’m just saying that to make the story more dramatic. Sidious had a personal vendetta against Yoda, so to take his child would be sweeter than killing him. Imagine turning his son into a Sith Lord, or, harvesting Yoda’s genes and force powers for his own twisted Frankenstein abominations. Operation resurrection, perhaps. Palpatine wouldn’t go after just any force user. He needed a being with very high Midichlorians in their blood. Grogu would have been maybe 15-20 years old during Revenge of the Sith, and his force powers were far more powerful than what we see in the mandaloirna. He had to subdue his powers as to not be found by the empire. So what I’m thinking is, he was found and taken from the temple by Sidious, and maybe sent to KAmino to be an experiment and to learn from, and there during the next 35 years until we see him in the mandalorian, he perhaps escaped, and then came under the custody of the remnants of the Empire. Now, Sidious’s clone in episode 9, looks to be about 30 years old. Rey was born in 15 aby, 5 years after the Mandalorian, just about, so this would mean if he was put on Jakku around the age of maybe 6, meaning 21 ABY, then palpatine’s cloned son, Rey’s dad, was born about 10 years after Revenge of the Sith. This means Palpatine was trying to clone himself for quite some time, and trying to experiment with different ways to put the force inside a new body. This could give life to this theory that Palpatine did indeed take Grogu from the temple. Personally, I like the palpatine theory. If he took him, he’d just run tests on him as much as he could, perhaps keeping Grogu alive so that his body would grow, allowing the empire to harvest more of his blood as it grew. Perhaps this is why they didn’t just kill him off. They tried with other things as much as they could, but they ultimately knew that if they killed the child, they wouldn’t find another entity with as high of a force power in their blood. This actually could all be plausible, or, Grogu went wandering alone through the galaxy once the empire was destroyed, only to be put into Gideon’s control. Learn more about your ad choices. I Found Moff Gideon's Location in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

In the mandalorian season 2 episode 7 we went to morak to learn the location of moff Gideon’s ship. In doing so, we saw this quick one second image on screen of where he is in the galaxy. I spent the last several hours trying to figure out where exactly this could be and I’ve narrowed it down to all possible places that he could be heading according to each direction the triangle could be pointing and how it fits in with canon and legends to maybe give us an idea of where he’s going and where the season finale could end. Narshadda was the moon revolving around Nal hutta basically coruscant’s underworld full of crime and violence, except the entire planet, added to that it was filled with smog and trash. It was the top spot for the Hutt’s to do their business. During 10 ABY, which is exactly the time we are in, during legends, Leia and Han Solo were on this planet and ran into a lot of trouble. This is also the planet where Leia gets her ancient lightsaber from an old survivor of Order 66, vima da boda. On the planet, Boba Fett is also waiting for Solo as he hunts him down. I think if Moff Gideon is going here, we could see Leia and Han again, and Boba will maybe stop his mission with Mando to seize Solo. I could see Gideon having a base here for the child to extract his blood and transfuse it with the host or hosts that he may have. The end of the season could end with a clone body of some new species powerful in the force waking up, or, it could be a clone of someone we know, like Darth maul, Luke, Anakin, or a young palpatine, perhaps. Let’s say it’s not nar shadda, then he could be going downwards towards Daalang. The Now if he goes to Daalang, it would land him on a hyperspace route to Kamino. This, of course, is the hub for cloning and where the clones were created. This would make the most sense as we know there’s a huge cloning project going on with the season revolving around harvesting the child’s blood rich in a high midichlorian count, or in other words, high force energy count. Who knows what memories returning to the cloning facility will spike for Boba. Maybe we’ll see the old kaminoans once again. Now in the plagueis novel, the kaminoans were trying to clone other beings, some with shovels for hands for digging and mining. They were experimenting with abominations, however they realized human clones were much easier and straight forward to create. In the vats we saw in the Mando episode 4, one looked like a zabrak in the concept art, and another like a twi-lek, could that be talon, perhaps? George Lucas, allegedly, wanted to make the sequels to have maul train a young apprentice named Darth talon, with Luke gathering students and survivors from order 66. Could this show take us through that journey until the sequels? Now further down, we see another planet and this could be Vandor, which in legends is another imperial outpost where they captured Lando and the Falcon. I don’t see the significance of this place, but not every place has to be a place of old or to remind us of nostalgia. It can be a new world, which is cool too. If he’s not headed to those locations, then he’s going to what I think is Hapes near Onderron. Hapes was an inner rim planet They manufactured starship components. This is where Dr. Aphra, the archaeologist hired by Vader after episode 4, got some of the parts necessary for her ship, the ark angel. Elsbeth has a connection to ships built an industry that helped build the imperial starfleet. All locations point towards seeing some characters from the original or prequel trilogy, so I think going to Nar Shadda is probably the most likely, and if not, then Kamino. I feel like the remnants of the Empire can do what they want more freely on such a crime infested world without laws like Nar Shadda. Also seeing Han Solo and Boba together will surely make the mission go sideways, that is, if they want to stick with legends and if this is at that exact moment in time. The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 7 Breakdown

Karthon chop fields as we see prison inmates serving time by dissasembling imperial machines, namely, tie fighters, as we even see ATAT’s repurposed in the background as cranes. As the droid walks up to Mayfeld, he tells him to salute Marshall dune, where she remands him in her custody. As they walk around the corner, they meet up with the crew, as we see the beautiful Slave 1, and of course Boba Fett, who repainted his rusted up armour. I like the look, it looks like he’s going for some batman matte green vibes. I love it. As they head to Morak, Boba tells us that Morak is mining Rhydonium Mando and Mayfeld get in the trooper suits, as we all know, he can’t show his face as part of his creed from death watch. Now Death Watch changed their rules after order 66 to reserve their identity and numbers, since the empire were against them, that’s my theory at least, until we know more for sure. As Mando and Mayfeld head inside to stormtroopers celebrating, they head for a terminal. Fennec and Cara stand guard outside, aim down their sights. As Mando and Mayfeld sith for drinks with the commander for drinks, Mayfeld says they should toast to operation cinder. Now operation cinder is a reference to when we learned about that during battlefront 2 campaign. Operation cinder was part of palpatine’s contingency plan to be carried out should he ever die. It was essentially that the empire’s enemies shouldn’t survive if he didn’t. So they set up massive satellites above planets and fired red lasers to mess around with the planet’s weather, basically causing Mother Nature on every planet to go absolutely insane and destroy itself in a blaze of fire and storm. Valin Hess says wow you know your history, when he says he was there during burnin konn, which was one of the planets they executed operation cinder upon. The people who died were around 5-10000, including many imperial troops. Valin Hess approved operation cinder on the planet, and you can tell Mayfeld is hit with some PTSD. Bill Burr at this point is giving an incredible performance man I gotta say, they guy did his homework for sure. As Valin Hess defends his actions of murder, he talks about how he made decisions to be where they are today, and the rhydonium that they just delivered, will make burnin konn look like nothing. To the empire, Hess says as he raises his glass, only to be blasted in the chest by Mayfeld a second later. The two shoot their way out of there, heading onto the ledge as Cara and Fennec offer sniper support ontop of the hill. Boba flies in and the boys head up to the ship as they leap into it while blasting troopers all around them. Mayfeld snipes the rhydonium far away and blows up the whole compound. As Boba escapes, two tie-fighters head straight for him, when he releases a seismic charge, which is the best sound in Star Wars. Shout out to all my prequelers who saw episode 2 in the theatre where we all lost some hearing when Jango dropped a couple of those on Kenobi in the asteroid field. Like music to my audio receptors. They meet up with fennec and cara, as they let Mayfeld go for a job well done. Claiming he died in the base’s destruction. Mayfeld probably gets off the planet somehow, and maybe we’ll see him again someday. Thank you for listening to today's episode. I hope you have a great day, and I'll catch you in the next one! May the force be with you, ALWAYS!Mando tells Cara he has the coordinates for Moff Gideon, and the slave one blasts off with that beautiful iconic blast off into the sky. We enter moff Gideon’s light cruiser as his officer informs him of a message and pops Mando’s hologram up on the desk. Mando recites the exact same lines Moff Gideon tells him in Season 1 episode 7, the same episode number as this one. Mof Gideon, you have something I want. You may think you have some idea of what you’re in possession of. But you do not. Soon, he will be back with me. He means more to me than you will ever know. Learn more about your ad choices. Cal Kestis Saves Grogu in The Mandalorian Season 2 - Star Wars Theory

All of season 2 has revolved around the Jedi and reuniting Grogu with them. With boba, bo katan and Ashoka showing up, I can’t imagine who will arrive next. While I want to see Luke Skywalker again more than anything, I have to say one Jedi I do think could answer the call from Grogu on Tython is Cal Kestis. There are a few reasons that he in particular might come, and I think it’ll make a lot of sense once you reach the end of my explanations. Cal Kestis was a Jedi who survived order 66, this puts him as a possible candidate for knowing who Grogu was, especially seeing as how he was quite young when it happened, around the age of 12. Which makes him 17 once fallen order happens, which is 5 years after revenge of the Sith. I don’t think he was the one who saved Grogu, but they might have known each other, and shared a strong connection. Cal had a power called Psychometry. This was a super rare ability granted to very few Jedi. One other Jedi who had this, was Quinlan Voss who used it in the clone wars. Psychometry is the power of seeing the history of an object upon first touching it. If Cal were to sense the familiarity of Grogu’s presence reaching out on the seeing stone in the force, he would answer the call. He’d arrive on Tython and even though the dark troopers took Grogu to Moff Gideon, and Mando Boba and Fennec had left, all he’d need to do was touch the seeing stone to get a flash of everything that had just happened there. He’d see and feel what Grogu saw and felt. He would go over to the crater of the Razor crest’s remains, and he would touch the scorched earth, only to feel who destroyed the ship that belonged to Din Djarrin. He would sense the urgency of the matter, and he would answer the call of duty. Another reason it could be Cal, is because Jedi Fallen order ended in the beautiful realization that force sensitive children who escaped Order 66 are still out there in the galaxy, and Jedi Fallen Order 2 will basically be that story of him finding these lost younglings and padawans throughout the galaxy. Cal’s Jedi Master, who unfortunately died, while protecting the young Cal Kestis from the clone troopers, a Lasat male named Jaro Tapal, taught his padawan how to be courageous and focus on the good things in the galaxy, but also how to embrace failure as a learning opportunity. Because of his Master’s teaching, Cal spends his time helping others and trusting in the Force which is what lead him to Jedi Knight Cere Junda and her mission to secretly restore the Jedi Order. Morgan Elsbeth. During the Clone Wars, her people were massacred. She survived, and let her anger fuel an industry which helped build the Imperial Starfleet. She plundered worlds, destroying them in the process. Could she be in charge of some line of the Kuat Drive Yards. Now check this, one of the artists who did Inosanto's hair and makeup was done by Maria Sandoval. According to Sandoval, Elsbeth was one of the last survivors of Dathomir. Dathomir played a large chapter in Jedi Fallen Order with Merrin. Merrin must have known Elsbeth as well. There are a lot of connections between these people in such a large galaxy that makes me really think Cal could actually show up. Grogu sits on the seeing stone, which lights up in the ancient runes that we see all throughout Jedi Fallen Order. Like was Grogu saving his progressing and adding to his skill tree atop the stone? The lore being used is one and the same I think, so it actually makes me think, Cal might be just as logical of a Jedi to arrive, than Luke. In fact, maybe even more logical. He could show up in the end, only to help save the day, and name drop master Skywalker, who has sent him to recruit lost force sensitives throughout the galaxy. The only problem is, they’ll have to kill Cal Kestis off before the sequels start, otherwise it’d be too weird with him not around if he ends up being part of the story. Grogu is Wearing Boba Fett’s Helmet in The Mandalorian Concept Art..

I just got my art of the mandalorian book in the mail today which is a really nice book, I highly recommend checking it out, there’s tons of early sketches here as the show was in its earliest production and you really get a feel for how detailed and creative Jon favreau is with how he wanted everything to look and feel. Today’s episode is going to take a piece from the book and discuss one sketch I found particularly interesting. Now if you didn’t see the name of the channel already, then let me just say this is nothing but a theory and should remain as such. That said, this one really has me thinking and it makes me uneasy. During the team’s original conception of creating Baby Yoda, which they in fact refer to in the book as baby Yoda until his name was later revealed just recently, we can see all the different ideas and sketches they had when trying to create Jon’s vision of what he wanted the child to look like. The creation of this iconic being that took the world by storm is really more complicated than you might think, and it made me really appreciate just how much effort, detail and revisions went into it by Favreau and the entire art team. The first sketch was just a shot in the dark, and it was essentially what they write as a human child with makeup. They speak of the process regarding how difficult it was to actually get it right, as Jon didn’t want it to be too cute, but also not not cute at the same time. They also tried to make Grogu look like Yoda, while not looking too much like Yoda. Another issue they encountered was that he had to look somewhat old, yet be a baby. So once they drew the facial ratios for a child, they then went in and put the details Jon wanted in there. Finding that perfect balance was tough and it took a lot of time and trial and error, but in the end, they got it perfect. Gizmo from the Gremlins was even mentioned as a reference in Grogu’s physical creation. There are several pages going into detail about the nuances of getting Grogu right, however among all the sketches, I landed on this. This photo right here got be pretty worried, that maybe the theory I presented about Boba Fett dying, could come true. Why is he wearing Boba’s helmet? Look, it could just be a fun sketch to see the proportions of the child to the size of a helmet we all have known so well for 40 years. Or, it could be something more, something that involves the child being saved by Boba in a sacrificial effort that costs him his life. I say this not because it’s what I want, but it’s what I have a feeling might happen, especially after seeing this, and I hope I’m wrong. Boba’s death could push Mando to learn more about the true mandalorians and perhaps splinter off his dogmatic views instilled by deathwatch. I think with Boba’s death, since he was the heir to the throne of the true mandalorians, with his father being jango and jango’s mentor being master me reel, the former ruler of the mandalorians before the civil war, Din might see just how ridiculous his sect of Mandalorian is. Boba Fett will Rule Mandalore in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

We got confirmation that Boba Fett’s dad, Jango Fett, was recanonized as a mandalorian foundling. Now in the episode, Boba shows proof that his armour has belonged to him and his father for a long time, for 25 years it’s been in his possession alone, as he ignites the hologram on his wrist which now has been decoded by a Star Wars fan on reddit, so all credit goes to Kinneroth and everyone else who confirmed it in the comments from his finding. Now I’ll explain what the code means: so here’s the code we got, and here’s what it actually read - foundling, confirming Fett was brought into the mandalorian creed via other mandalorians, Fett was born on Concord Dawn, his mentor was Jaster Mereel, where as here it’s cut off as Jaste but we can assume the last letter is an r. Father is Jango Fett and the armour belongs to Boba Fett. Jango was a foundling on Concord Dawn, a surrounding world in the Mandalore sector. Long story short, Jango was the son of a farmer on Concord Dawn. A man named Jaster Mereel who was leader of the True Mandalorians, was on the run from a traitor named Tor Vizsla from Death Watch. Jango’s dad hid Jaster Mereel in his farm, and told Jango that he was feeding some homeless men. When Tor Vizsla came looking near Jango’s DAd’s farm, he found Jango’s Dad and beat him up infant of Jango, until Jango’s mom created a distraction and Jango ran for his life, leaving his parents who were immediately murdered, Fett ran into Jaster Mereel who eventually took the boy under his wing and recruited him in the Mandalorian Civil War against Death Watch, as one of the True Mandalorians. Jaster died eventually and Jango avenged him, becoming the leader of the True Mandalorians. Now the people who found Din, were death watch, so the two clans have always been waging wars against one another and have varying beliefs. Now this means that the armour is like a ranking system, and it only helps that the coding proves he is the rightful owner of it, passed down from generation to generation. That means he’s the rightful leader of House Mereel, who was the leader of all the Mandalorians before the civil war. This would grant Boba a high clan status, as definitely clan fett, but also, clan Mereel, as Jaster Mereel was avenged by Jango Fett and his rightful heir, who then took his mentor’s place, becoming the ruler of mandalorians. the right to rule once again as the leader of Mandalore, and as such, to claim the dark saber for himself from Moff Gideon. Well, this comes to how Jon Favreau will write the story for Boba. Maybe the right to rule Mandalore isn’t something Boba even cares for, as he said, he’s just a simple man making his way through the galaxy, but if they do decide to elaborate on the whole clan title, then theoretically, Boba would have a rightful shot as the ruler of Mandalore, since his dad was, and his dad’s mentor, aka, his adopted father sort of before the mandalorian civil war. Now what I think could happen, is that there are two scenarios based around this theory. The first being, Boba dies in some last effort to save Grogu as per his promise to Mando, and in doing so allows Bo Katan to get a clear shot at Moff Gideon, killing him and taking the dark saber, owing her ruling of Mandalore to his sacrifice. Or, he straight up beasts Gideon and kills him in a trial by combat. Jango killed tons of Jedi in his hay day, this is why Dooku convinced palpatine to choose him as the Clone template for the grand army of the republic. The guy had skills unlike anyone else and he proved it time and time again. That whole incident of him dying to Mace Windu, was because of the jet pack he had that got crushed by the Reek in the arena on Geonosis. Otherwise, he would have stood a good chance at killing Mace, at least better than what happened. If you didn’t know, he tried to acitave his thrusters at the last second, but they were broken due to the beast’s attack, resulting in his death. Learn more about your ad choices. How The Mandalorian Season 2 Will End

Theory time. With the last episode leaving us all wanting more Ahsoka, I have a feeling we won’t see her again this season. I think her appearance was to set her live action performance for her own spin off show that will follow her and Sabine finding Ezra. I hope I'm wrong, and we'll see more. Now, as for Mando and Grogu, here’s what I think will happen by the end of the season: With Mando’s ship the Razor Crest having been blown up, this means Bova Fett will be his transport from here one in the Slave 1. We got to see boba badder than ever. In the next episode, we’ll spend time getting Bill Burr’s character out of jail, to find where Moff Gideon is hiding the child. What I’m thinking will happen, is that the child goes back to some lab base on a planet again, maybe near Thrawn’s fleet, and this is where the next episode could end. With the season finale having an all out war like endgame on that planet. I think finally when Gideon fights the dark troopers and Moff Gideon, using his beskar spear against his dark saber, he will eventually beat Mando and take Grogu. The end of the season will have us devastated that Grogu might now die, until a Jedi arrives from Grogu’s call. This could be either Luke Skywalker, Ezra, or Cal Kestis, or heck I mean it could be Mace Windu. I think, I hope, it will be Luke Skywalker. Luke is searching for students at this moment for his Jedi Temple, now that he strives to take the title of Grand Master. It is here that he will come to Mando’s aid and season 2 will end with Luke’s arrival, or some important Jedi we know. Season 3 will all be about Luke and Mando tracking the Empire to save Grogu and destroy Moff Gideon, which is where Thrawn comes in for extra fire power. Now here is where I think they could tie into Luke’s disappearance in the sequels and make it somewhat logically explained for his character, because the way he ran away and hid, was just not Luke. I think Luke could end up saving the child in season 3, but among doing this, he’ll learn of everything the empire might be doing and this is how Snoke secretly comes into contact with Ben Solo, since we know he’s been manipulating him from a very young age. I think Snoke will play the role of a very influential and politically powerful being who is in one way or another, in the lives of Leia and Han Solo, to have come so close to their son. Snoke may say he knew Anakin and his fall to Vader, this could intrigue Ben and start his path down the dark side. As for Luke, it could lead to his fight with Snoke, which was mentioned in the canon comics. But at the end of it all, I think Luke will be so afraid of the empire taking his blood, with his mighty high M count from his father, that he’ll go away into hiding, and this could be how they possibly tie Luke’s sequel trilogy story to make a little more sense. It won’t change how I feel about the whole thing, but it’ll at least be a better explanation than him just being sad and scaring himself after trying to murder his own nephew. Now if it won’t be Luke, then I could see Ezra coming into the show, perhaps Grogu on the seeing stone on Tython, once reaching out into the force, will be able to leave a trail back to him from those who can sense him, and with Ezra being lost in the unknown regions, or what I assume is him being lost, he’ll find his way back from Grogu’s call, and it’ll be answered. Ezra could teach him the ways of the force, maybe the ways of both sides of the force since he was always teetering on the light and dark at times. Learn more about your ad choices. The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 6 Breakdown OH MY GOD

The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 6 finally shows the one and only, Boba Fett in the spotlight. We see Boba return and eventually help Din Djarin and Grogu against Moff Gideon's Storm Troopers and Dark Troopers (phase 2 I think), who end up taking Grogu. Fennec Shand reminds me a lot of Zam Wessel from Attack of the Clones, who was pursued by Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, until Jango showed up. We also learn a lot about Jango Fett, Boba Fett's Father. We learn that Jango Fett was a Mandalorian! This is awesome! Since it was skewed in canon, it's nice to know we finally have an answer. They seem to be following his story from Open Seasons comic book series which shows the story of Jango as a boy. Explaining this to Din, Din accepts that the armour belongs to Boba. So this armour, is just repainted from his dad’s, from Jango’s. The deal is done, says Din, where Boba assures him that it is not, as he promised the safety of the child in return for his armour. Now Boba joins the crew until the child is safe. Flying in the Slave 1, they arrive on Nevarro 7, where Cara Dune is now a New Republic Marshal, where he asks her to locate Mayfeld, who you might remember from season 1. Mando is going to spring him out of jail to locate Moff Gideon’s cruiser. We jump to Moff Gideon’s light cruiser, he walks to the cell containing the child. As Moff Gideon enters, we see Grogu using the force on stormtroopers. Even going as far as using force choke, to which many might think is a dark side move, but, I should mention, Luke Skywalker used it as well in Return of the Jedi, and he was far from the dark side. As Grogu knocks them out, Gideon steps up to him and ignites his dark saber, asking Grogu if he remembers one of these, meaning if he remembers using a lightsaber or having seen many lightsabers during his time as a Jedi at the Jedi Temple before Order 66. Grogu is tired, I think because he had to cut himself off from the force for so long that he isn’t used to using it as much as when he was at the Jedi temple learning from the many masters. Using the force can also tire one out, like it does to Luke in the empire strikes back when failing to lift the x-wing out of Yoda’s swamp. They blast Grogu with a stun blast, and cuff him. Gideon tells his officer to contact Dr. Pershing, the cloning doctor responsible for the experiments on the child, to tell him that they have their donor. The plan now is for Gideon to kill Grogu to harvest all of his blood which has force powers, or in Star Wars lingo, a high Midichlorian count. Boba is back and badder than ever, as Terry Silver would say. I think the next episode will revolve around rescuing Mayfeld from Jail, and then tracking the light cruiser or going to Dr. Pershing who will have the child momentarily. I think the season finale will end in a Big Bang all out battle like end game. With everyone we’ve seen from this season fighting together against Moff Gideon and his dark troopers, as he himself gets in a phase 3 dark trooper mega suit to destroy Din. Hopefully Ahsoka Tano returns with Bo Katan, and we get to see another Jedi, Luke or Ezra is my guess. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Rey Was in The Mandalorian Season 2

In the fourth episode of the mandalorian, we saw the secretive plans that the remnants of the empire were brewing up. Lab created specimens with the intent to make them force sensitive with the blood of the child, or any force user with a high midichlorian count in their blood. However, one thing many have glossed over, was this. In a phone call with Marc the other day, we were shootin the bantha fodder talking about this and that and finally we landed on the topic of the Mando, and as we talked, he started to mention the little girl, and his theory, which actually makes a lot of sense, is that this little girl, Rey that Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau put in there, as more than just a little nod, at least, I’m theorizing on, which is the point of the channel. Now after talking with Marc, I decided to do some number crunching, and this is when I realized something even bigger than this being Rey, Palpatine actually was cloning himself right around Revenge of the Sith. This was his way of cheating death. Rey’s dad was actually palpatine’s clone. According to the novelization of the movie, he was literally Palpatine but without the force, and just, more empathic I guess you could say. This would mean that that clone, or Rey’s dad and her mom, who looked about 30 in the flashback, would have died near the age we see this Rey look-alike here. Maybe it’s just an Easter egg, but it’s a big too obvious to be just an Easter egg. If this is Rey, then why is she at school on Nevarro 7, and not a slave? Well, it’s because I think this might be before her parents dropped her off on Jakku to save her from Palpatine. This would mean that the palpatine clone, or Rey’s dad, would have been born 25 years before the return of the Jedi, so if the mandalorian takes place in 9 or 10 aby, I’ll say 10 because it’s season 2, and we subtract 30 years, it could be less, it could be more, then we get 23 BBY, which is one year after Revenge of the Sith which was 22 BBY, which is 22 years before battle Yavin. This would mean that he’s been trying to cheat death through this way for all this time, and the cloning facility was constantly churning out palpatine’s until one was properly made with force powers, except this pathetic son he created, born without force powers, had to have been created near revenge of the Sith. Later it explains that he wanted a life for himself and eventually he found Rey’s mother etc and they had Rey. So I think, if the math adds up, this is actually Rey, and they were creating a Snoke type being, or at least trying to until they succeeded with the Snoke we saw, right on her planet where she was going to school. The base was blown up, and this perhaps made the Remnants of the Empire desperate to seek out the son of the useless palpatine clone, which is when her parents dropped her off on Jakku, to be found later in episode 7. It’s a bit of number crunching, but if he wasn’t an accelerated aged clone, then it fits. So, you tell me, was this Rey, or was it someone else? Was Palpatine trying to clone himself way back since the prequels, or was this an accelerate clone? Were the events of this episode what sped things up for Rey to be put on Jakku, or is it all a coincidence? You decide. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Anakin Saved Grogu During Order 66

During The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 5 scene with Ahsoka Tano, Grogu and Din, we found out that Grogu was a student of the Jedi Temple until the Clone Wars, aka, Order 66. Could Grogu's parents have been Yoda and Yaddle? Who saved him during Order 66? Anakin could have left him alive...what if the reason for that is because of the old legends story about Yaddle saving Anakin? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 5 Full Breakdown

WHAT AN AMAZING EPISODE! Things start off insane with Ahsoka Tano played by Rosario Dawson, wielding her white lightsaber blades on Corvus. Dave Filoni directed this and he did an amazing job. As we see the barren forest land of Corvus, we spot a major Easter egg, which is the Owl, Morai. Morai is the daughter. For those who haven’t watched the clone wars, then you’ll want to watch my video I made on her (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD_c8JNUSts) which explains everything about her and Mortis. Ahsoka shows up and fights Mando, which ends quick after Mando tells her he was sent by Bo Katan. As she looks at Baby Yoda, our episode really begins. Ahsoka and Baby Yoda talk over the moonlight, where she reveals his name is Grogu. She says they can feel each other’s thoughts. He was raised at the Jedi temple on coruscant. Many masters trained him over the years. At the end of the clone wars, he was hidden. Someone took him from the temple, then his memory becomes dark. He was lost and alone. So someone has taken his memory. I think there are three people here who could have taken him. One being Mace Windu. Perhaps Mace went directly to the Temple after he fell, and collected Grogu. Or it was Palpatine, who had taken him and that’s why his memory is dark, because maybe he tried to wipe his mind of things, vital things that had to do with the experiments done on Grogu. Or, Jocastu Nu took him, the librarian. Now, she could have taken him, and when she died months after revenge of the Sith, to Vader, which I’ve covered in a video from the marvel comic, I’ll also link below for you, Grogu was on his own and he had to suppress his powers heavily in order to survive. Like Obi-Wan and Yoda did, so that the empire will not find him. The next day Ahsoka trains Grogu, or at least tries. She failed to get Grogu to summon the stone, where Mando tries to get him to summon the knob of the ship’s shifter. It works and Grogu takes the knob with the force. Ahsoka realizes they have a strong bond, and says she can’t train him, for his attachment to Din is too strong. The entire tone of the episode changes when she tells him she’s seen what attachments do to a fully trained Jedi Knight, she is referring to Anakin Skywalker here, who turned to the dark side due to his attachment to Padme and trying to saver her from dying in child birth, which I would argue, was just a dream put into his head by Palpatine. Din makes a deal with her, that she promises to train the child if he helps her defeat the village who hired him to kill her. Ahsoka and Din Djarin take out the town. Facing the magistrate, she toys with her and disarms her, and demands to know where Grand Admiral Thrawn is. Thrawn is out there. Anyhow, the village is freed, and Mando goes to fetch Grogu to give him up to Ahsoka so he can be trained. Meeting him back at his ship, Ahsoka tells Din that she cannot train Grogu. The attachment he has to Din is far too strong. Mando tells him that a deal is a deal, and she alters the deal, but tells him of another way, she tells him to go to Tython, there he will find the ancient ruins of a temple that is strong in the force, place him atop the mountain on the seeing stone, so that Grogu may choose his path. If he reaches out in the force, a Jedi will sense his presence and come looking for him. In my opinion, this Jedi, is Luke Skywalker. I think what will happen is that Luke, who is getting ready to start building his new temple of Jedi students, will feel Grogu and will reach back out to him, to which the connection will be broken by the interference and arrival of Moff Gideon, who has tracked Mando to Tython and unleashes the dark troopers upon him and Grogu. I believe he’ll then kidnap Grogu to kill him for his blood, where Luke Skywalker will come into the scene somehow to help Din get back the child. I think this will all lead to Luke Skywalker who will train Grogu, but not before Moff Gideon takes him from The Mandalorian! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Luke and Ahsoka in The Mandalorian (Season 2)

Ahsoka and Mando meet, he tells her Bo Katan has sent him to her, through so many obstacles to find her, all in the hopes of reuniting the child with its kind before the empire tries to kill it. As Ahsoka tells him that she cannot help him as much as a Jedi named Luke Skywalker, Mando argues that she must know the way to bring Baby Yoda with his family, when Moff Gideon and his Dark Troopers arrive. Ahsoka would have to use the force in order to destroy them since her two lightsabers won't work against their amor. The only way Ahsoka could kill them would be to stop them from moving through means of the force, freezing, holding them in place, crushing them with the force or an object like the woks did against the ATST’s in ROTJ, or to push them off a cliff to where they fall into a pit. Seeing as how there are 20 of them, I’m really wondering how Ahsoka will get out of this one. If he were to take Ahsoka Tano, he would have no use for Baby Yoda, because he’d have 10x the amount of blood he needed for more trials, however, that’s only to say her M-Count, midichloarian count is the same as Baby Yoda,s which is what Dr Pershing made evidently important in this procedure of transferring a high m-count blood sample to a host body. If Moff Gideon kills Ahsoka, what would he use her blood for, most likely to bring Palpatine back or for Snoke. I personally don’t enjoy the idea of Snoke being animated through Ahsoka or Baby Yoda’s blood, but I know Mof Gideon needs the child for its blood, and to perform a blood transfusion with someone. From the last episode, we saw the tank of weird organic lifeforms being grown, as Dr Pershing said he needs to find more blood because all his previous tests and trials have failed miserably. Now transferring the blood of a force user into a non force user, or into a clone body isn’t really something that’s done easily in Star Wars. In fact, it’s near impossible. So even if they did get baby Yoda’s blood, let’s say, or Ahsoka’s or Luke’s or whoever, then the trial has a high chance of failure. The only person more powerful than Ahsoka and Baby Yoda, in my opinion, is Luke Skywalker, which makes me wonder if they’ll go after him next if all else fails. Now Ahsoka could die, and this could put all the weight of the show on Luke, or, she could survive which I’d prefer, and she could join the adventures with Luke, for Sabine and Ezra to join later, perhaps, or, for Luke to join later since he’s the biggest character of them all. The Mandalorian is Connecting Snoke and Sequel Trilogy - Nerd Theory

Welcome back to Nerd Theory! This week let's talk about how The Mandalorian Season 2 is explaining Snoke and the Sequel Trilogy. I believe we saw Snoke in the latest Mandalorian Season 2 episode, where in my breakdown I explained how Moff Gideon, per Dr. Pershing's holo message, said he needs the blood of The Child to conduct more experiments. These experiments could be to create a force sensitive being, or to resurrect Palpatine himself...or...to bring Snoke to life. (Originally Streamed Nov 23, 2020) Learn more about your ad choices. Mace Windu's Return in The Mandalorian Season 2 - Star Wars Theory

In Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, Mace Windu fell out of the window, and we haven’t seen the Jedi Master since. We saw a figment of his return in one of the Vader comics by Marvel which I have full coverage on with voice acting, if you can call it that, now this Mace isn’t really Mace, it’s some weird fragmented animated version of him....can we say he’s truly dead? Sure, maybe, but, how did he speak to Rey? If it wasn’t for Qui-Gon Jinn, no one would be a force ghost. Qui-Gon Jinn met with the shaman of the whills, now these were ancient powerful beings, almost like priests of some sorts. During Qui-Gon’s life, they taught him how to transfer his essence beyond death. However, due to his untimely demise, he wasn’t able to complete his training, therefore only able to manifest his voice as a ghost, and not his body, until much later near a new hope which can be read in the book from a certain point of view. In Revenge of the Sith, Qui-Gon’s force ghost speaks to Yoda, it was cut from the film, but it was dialogued in the deleted scenes and written in the original script. That moment on Polis Massa where Yoda is meditating during Padme’s labor, to which Bail Organa, the future adopted father of Leia, interrupts Yoda’s communication with Qui-Gon. Once Padme dies and obi-wan and Yoda speak, we learn that Qui-Gon is now Yoda’s master, who has taught him how to commune with him in the force. To Obi-Wan’s surprise, Qui-Gon is still very much around in the force. So, where did he go? The Star Wars galaxy is huge, and it’s possible that he fled somewhere, or went in hiding, just like Yoda, Obi-Wan and the rest of the survivors of Order 66. What if he went somewhere to some unknown planet in the unknown regions somewhere to hide and train more Jedi? What if he became a Mandalorian? Nothing would suit his scarred and recognizable face better than hiding under a helmet. This leads me to my next theory, what if Mace Windu is in The Mandalorian? What if he shows up in season2 or 3 or more? Mace Windu was unbelievably powerful, so powerful that he went toe to toe with the Emperor. Now, if Mace is alive, seeing him as a Mandalorian would not just be cool, it would fit a lot of the story for the Jedi that could help reunite the child with his species. There is no person in the galaxy that knows Yoda better than Mace Windu. He sat with him as second in command, and in some cases, first in command. Mace in a lot of ways, was the chosen one. He used the light and the dark, he was the master of his emotions, and he had surpassed all of his teachers as a young boy, growing to become the most powerful Jedi just before Anakin could see his full potential until he lost to OBiWan. Let’s say Mando takes The Child to Ahsoka, and she eventually tells him of someone who can really show him the way to reuniting the Child with its species, pointing him to another Easter egg hunt throughout the galaxy, to Mace Windu.Mace could be laying low, perhaps growing his crops and training those who exhibited force powers at an early age. Perfecting his abilities and learning more about all aspects of the force, and eventually along the way, learning a ton from Yoda who communed with him, and Obi-Wan after their deaths. Perhaps even, coming across Luke Skywalker and learning of the fate of Anakin and the Emperor. Teaching Luke so much about his father’s youth. This could be Mace’s return, this could be how Mace fits into the Mandalorian. So you’re probably saying, well ok, but what about his death…well…What if while the Mando is finding the path to Mace Windu, he is followed by someone notorious flying the Slave 1 ship and once he does leave Mace, with the information on where to reunite The Child with his parents, Boba comes to him. How poetic would it be if Mace Windu’s death came full circle, and what I mean is, Boba Fett finds him, and kills him, transcending him into the force…avenging his father, Jango.
