Order 66 changed the Star Wars timeline...with the help of Anakin Skywalker, Palpatine was able to control the galaxy and eliminate the Jedi. I think now that the Empire is around and Palpatine wants the Clone Troopers gone to make way for the Storm troopers, he could issue a reverse order 66. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a program in their inhibitor chips that would turn their brains off? What if this won't apply to ALL Clones, but rather just some? Kenobi aged a ton between Star Wars Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. Once he defeated Anakin Skywalker on Mustafar, he went into hiding at the orders of Yoda, on Tatooine, and protected Luke Skywalker until the time was right. These 20 years aged the man incredibly. Why was this? The Plagueis novel has some insight as to this actually being confirmed, as well information giving credence to a Theory that I now have, regarding this matter. Full Power Dark Side Anakin Skywalker is a cool concept to think about, and that's something we could have gotten in the BF4 concept design for the game when George Lucas was still in command.
