Star Wars Theory

In today's episode of Star Wars Theory, we're going to read the Revenge of the Sith novelization where Palpatine speaks to Anakin and explains to him his view of exactly why the Jedi train their Jedi so young, only as Younglings and no later! It's cool to see because we never get to see the side of the Sith, and above all, the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, master to Darth Vader, himself. Learn more about your ad choices. In today's episode we cover issue 4 of Darth Vader and the 9th Assassin, quite possibly one of my more in depth episodes regarding Vader's self actualization in regards to learning about the prophecy of the chosen one, and where it came from! As Anakin Skywalker transformed into Darth Vader, the feared Dark Lord of the Sith and right hand to Emperor Palpatine, how did he get his iconic lightsaber after Revenge of the Sith? Did he find it? Did he construct it? Where did he get the crystal? Passage from the now Legends book, Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Welcome back to Nerd Theory, where today we'll talk about a supposed rumor that Mace Windu will actually be the one to save Grogu from Order 66. I don't know if this is due to my original theory or if this is just a good guess I made. (Originaly Streamed Jan 4, 2021) Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In Star Wars The Force Awakens, Snoke reveals the title of the Last Jedi, as well as revealing that is Skywalker returns, the NEW Jedi will rise. This most likely indicates that Luke Skywalker is not the Jedi in Rise of Skywalker who will be the one to rise. I believe he insists on it being Kylo Ren (maybe Rey but doubtful). in the new Qui-Gon book, Count Dooku meets his new padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn. In Star Wars The Last Jedi we get to finally see Snoke's black obsidian ring on his finger. This ring, thanks to the CANON Visual Dictionary - shows us where this ring is from and the etchings on it that belong to a very old group of sages...Now these sages were found as statues in Palpatine's office in Revenge of the Sith as he walks with Anakin and fights Mace Windu before Order 66. What connection could Snoke have to these sages? Could he be one of them? The obsidian was found in Darth Vader's Castle on Mustafar...could this bring scenes in Han Solo that could explain things further about Snoke's ring? Or do you think this was something gathered far before Anakin and Darth Vader ever set foot on Mustafar? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Let's discuss if the Dark Side of the Force was really more powerful than the light. In the movies and comics the dark side was always perceived as something larger than life, attaining more power than Jedi could, however, is this true? Is Palpatine, Vader, Maul, Dooku, Vitiate, Scion and more really that much stronger because they use the dark? Let's summon an in-depth analysis of the reasons why or why not the Dark Side (Sith) is Stronger (Jedi). Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

These patronizers need to understand that if a majority of the fandom dislikes a character, it's not because of anything other than the poor writing and (lack thereof) character development. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In Star Wars Episode 2 Attack of the Clones, Anakin Skywalker is so upset after the loss of Shmi Skywalker on Tatooine to the Tusken Raiders. He blames Obi-Wan Kenobi for holding him back...but...according to the novelization, there was a lot more added in that scene which gives more clairvoyance to the scene. Thanks so much for your patience on this one. It took about 4 years almost but it's here. The reason for my unfinished fan-fics is because I'm not good at finishing stories compared to starting them. I doubt myself when it comes to writing, and I always wonder if the ending I wrote is really the 'perfect' one for these characters. Anakin must step up to the plate and rival Sidious with Obi-Wan and Yoda. He now understands how manipulative Palpatine has been and knows what must be done...but how far is Anakin willing to go, to right his wrongs...? Learn more about your ad choices. From A New Hope to Return of the Jedi, Luke's character arc was developed realistically and heroically as he triumphed not only through the evil of Darth Vader, but through his own failures, eventually becoming the Jedi Knight we know him to be at the end of Jedi once he brought Anakin Skywalker back from Vader and Palpatine's grasp. Hey guys, in today's fan-fiction we'll cover the what if theory regarding Obi-Wan Kenobi and if he NEVER went to Mustafar to fight Anakin Skywalker after Order 66. What would have happened if Anakin got to talk to Padme in full? Would he turn back to the light? Could he team up with Obi-Wan and Yoda to fight Palpatine? Will Luke Skywalker and Padme be born? Dooku was one of the most respected Jedi in the galaxy. The constant obsession the Jedi had with war and the Republic, eventually pushed Dooku away from the Order, as he felt they did not use the force as it was intended, rather they became far too political. In Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, Anakin Skywalker got to learn of the old Sith legend of immortality from Palpatine, speaking about his master, Darth Plagueis. After this scene in the movie, Anakin raced to the temple to find just what he could on Darth Plagueis and the old legend. This was a key moment that Anakin actually started to think inwards, just as he told Palpatine Jedi DON'T do... Interesting to see his thought process here from the novelization. In Star Wars The Last Jedi, we all got a very different ending to what we were somewhat expecting...while many fans have different ideas on the film itself, here are Mark Hamill's thoughts from several interviews about what he thought about Luke's character and how it should have gone. In Star Wars some things have been made canon whereas others have been left in legends. In the canon novel Lords of the Sith, we see Darth Vader speak in the ancient Sith tongue to Palpatine. The book is followed by "Tarkin" which I recommend, as well. I wonder if in Star Wars The Last Jedi we'll see Luke learn the ancient Sith language, now that he's so obsessed with all things ancient and force user affiliated. It would be cool to see Darth Vader speak this language in the movies...just imagine if we got a Star Wars Trailer of it someday for a new anthology film. Perhaps Snoke speaks this language, and Kylo Ren learns it too...only time will tell... Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In Star Wars revenge of the sith, once anakin cut off the hand of Mace Windu, and palpatine tested him out of the window, dubbing the chosen one as Darth Vader. He sent Anakin to the jedi temple, and then to Mustafar to wipe out the separatist leaders, ending the war. Why didn’t palpatine just send anakin to Mustafar, while the clones took out the jedi at the temple? Risking Anakin against Jedi Masters all defending themselves at once might have cost Palpatine all he had worked so hard for with Anakin, losing him in a duel. Let’s look at the answer as to why Palpatine sent Anakin to the Jedi Temple first, from the Star Wars revenge of the sith junior novelization. Learn more about your ad choices.
