Mace Windu has always had a conflict with the dark side within himself. He created Vaapad as a variant lightsaber form (form VII) for this particular reason. In this video we learn how Mace uses Vaapad to an extent as well as battling his own rage to fight someone. It's an entertaining scene that makes you laugh but also educates you on his thought process and understanding of Vaapad as explained in the novel, Shatterpoint by Matthew Stover. Before the events of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, Grievous and Mace Windu actually meet to fight one another. The battle is one that I wish we got to see on screen in live action, however, at least we got it in this book: Labyrinth of Evil by James Luceno. The book takes place before Revenge of the Sith where it follows the Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi on their mission to get the holo chair from Nute Gunray, and track its information down to find Sidious and reveal his true identity as Palpatine. This all happens before Anakin fights Dooku, and of course, before he becomes Vader. Had Mace beaten General Grievous, I think things would have been very different, because then Obi-Wan would be at the temple most likely when Anakin revealed the truth about Palpatine being the Sith Lord. I think Obi-Wan could have guided Anakin better in that moment, perhaps, or at least it would be down to Obi-Wan and Palpatine surviving, and that's a choice Anakin would have a hard time making. It could have potentially changed Order 66 from happening. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

I AM YOUR FATHER!!! The most iconic line in Star Wars, leading to Luke's fall down the shaft on Cloud City, only to be saved by Leia. What happened right after Empire Strikes Back ended? Surely the defeat from his father, Vader, was something to mess with his mind. How did he deal with it? Why didn't Obi-Wan or Yoda help? Here's Marvel's first issue of the new comic series! Star Wars Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker could have had only so many directions after The Last Jedi. The ending we got was one way to go (and I liked it a lot), however I think if we got this ending, then it could have added a little more to the story of Skywalker and made us all feel connected to everything, even more! I also think this would have diminished a lot of the anger towards this movie. Personally, I really enjoyed it, given the direction Last Jedi put us in with Snoke and Luke. I hope you enjoyed this fan-fiction, let me know how you wanted it to end, and may the force be with you!! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In The Force Awakens book, we learn than an actual evil entity that I strongly believe was either Snoke or Palpatine, spoke to Rey, telling her to give in to her anger and to finish Kylo Ren. Who do you think it was? Will we see Palpatine return in episode 9? Is Snoke really gone? Who was his other apprentice? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Today let's cover the Star Wars Tales Issue 24 comic where Darth Maul is sent on a mission by Palpatine to find someone force sensitive. What Maul doesn't know, is that Sidious plans to make this target his new apprentice should Maul fail to beat him. Through the story we see moments of Maul's childhood as Sidious is taking him. The story is legends fun fact: Apparently, we were going to get Darth Vader vs Darth Maul in Rebels. This was how Maul was originally going to die (according to rumors). It ultimately never happened, and we got Maul vs Kenobi, leading to his demise. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Yoda was the Grand Master of the Jedi Order, easily the most powerful being in the Star Wars movies and books AND comics..in the light side of the force that is. Sidious, AKA Palpatine, was the strongest Sith to have (arguably) ever lived. We know this, and we know that Yoda lost to Sidious in Revenge of the Sith. However, the two share something in common, the both were Master to Count Dooku. What does Dooku himself think of both of them when comparing their skillset and training methods as his master, respectively. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

At long last, we finally know! It was always a wonder as to why Dooku would actually reveal to Obi-Wan Kenobi that there was a dark lord, Darth Sidious, behind the Senate. Was it because he felt for his former pupil, Qui-Gon Jinn, and wanted Kenobi to be safe? Was it because he wanted to kill Sidious and take over the galaxy, himself? Well, here's the real answer from Labyrinth of Evil by James Luceno (legends, not canon anymore [but it is in my mind]) Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
