S1 Ep 17How to Get M.O.R.E. During Q4 and Set 2021 Up for Success

As you know by now, I LOVE to get things done and nothing lights my fire more than helping my clients start new projects, initiatives, nonprofit and for-profit businesses, and see them take off and exceed expectations. During COVID, I’ve heard time and time again, how much everyone misses being together, learning from one another, and attending events. I’ve also heard WAY too many people say that their goals are on the backburner til 2021 or that they can’t wait til 2020 is over. And to that, I say we still have an ENTIRE quarter of the year left! That’s SO much time to make awesome things happen! So I created an INCREDIBLE program to Get M.O.R.E. out of Q4. It’s a 12-week group coaching program where we will take a project, initiative, personal brand or business idea that you have from concept to creation while learning from THE BEST in the biz! If you’re not quite ready to go “all in” at this time, it’s still an AWESOME way to learn how, and from, people that have done it successfully so that you’ll do it the right way the first time when the timing is right.M.O.R.E. stands for:✔️ Mindset - We’re going to make sure your confidence and mindset are in check and that you’re motivated to get this goal across the finish line, with the clarity and focus you need to make it happen.✔️ Opportunities - We are going to get crystal clear on the opportunities that you want to pursue and ensure you're organized and prioritized! This makes a HUGE difference so you can keep your blinders on, and mindset strong!✔️ Road Map - Designing your success road map will provide you with the structure you need to know what to do, and when so you can prevent overwhelm and stay focused on your goals!✔️ Execute - It’s one thing to have the idea and create it, it’s another thing to execute and launch. We’re going to make sure you nail it, and then, of course, we’re going to evaluate how to take it to the next level! Not only will you receive bi-weekly instruction from yours truly with additional Q&A sessions to make sure you’re making progress, but you will also learn from AMAZING experts that will open your eyes to new possibilities. As you know, I’m all about taking you to the next level! The program will kick off in October and will be on Saturday afternoons. And don’t worry, if you miss a session, you will be able to watch the recording in the brand new portal for this program 💕.As a quick reminder, this program helps those that are motivated to take a project, initiative, business or personal brand from concept to completion. It’s also great if you’re just looking for an awesome experience and to learn, grow and uplevel your life too! There is a lot more information over on the AWC site, https://www.allisonwalshconsulting.com/more but please feel free to reach out with any questions. And remember, I believe in you 1000% and my goal is that you do too!xo, Allisonp.s. S1 Ep 3How Chelsea Lanese started and scaled her homeschool curriculum company

I invited Chelsea on the show for several reasons. First, she’s an amazing, creative person, and can provide those of us who have recently had to pivot to homeschooling with the confidence (and additional tools) to know we can do it too! Most importantly, I wanted to share how she was able to create something out of nothing, when her family needed it the most. During these crazy times, my goal is to provide hope and inspiration, that no matter what your circumstances are, the possibilities are endless if you’re willing to put in the work and you are 1000% focused on providing value for your customers or those you serve. Her story is truly incredible and I hope it motivates you to go for it!We’re going to keep this conversation going over on instagram at @allisonwalshconsulting and on allisonwalshconsulting.com.
