Allison is a huge fan of “I am” statements and positive mantras. They were a total game-changer for her after working with a sports psychologist and high-performance mental coach when she was a teenager who introduced her to this particular practice which changed her life FOREVER.
Allison discusses that you can’t be saying negative things to yourself at the same time that you are saying positive ones, and gives guidance on how to incorporate this into your daily routine so you have a technique to lean on when life gets stressful.
