I was never someone who really resonated with the traditional “New Year, New Goals” tradition because I like to set goals throughout the year and on an ongoing basis, as opposed to making it a one time annual event.I don’t necessarily set goals in the traditional way either, in that I will often find quirky ways to solidify the goal in my head.If you’re a non-traditional goal setter like me (perhaps, a goal-setting rebel) then I want to share some of my tips with you for setting meaningful, reachable goals on an ongoing basis.This method takes the pressure off of knowing exactly what you want out of your life and business in a 1 hour goal planning session, and instead honours the fact that you are a constantly evolving human being with changing needs and new perspectives.Here are 5 ways that I set goals, in a non-traditional (but still super-successful) manner.
