So, back in 2012 (?!), Basil once told Kevin that he really needed to go to an interview with Richard Epcar. And Kevin did, and a wonderful time was had. Well, John was also there in 2012. And since he had the chance to interview Richard Epcar again, John leapt at the chance. That was at Momocon 2018, and this is that podcast. Also in case you were wondering whom Richard Epcar is, he's a lot. Of voices, I mean. He has done a bunch of them! Lately you'd recognize his vocal talents bringing to life Ansem, from the Kingdom Hearts series. There was like, three of those game? So anyway, he has also voiced Raiden from the latest Mortal Kombat series of games, Joseph Joestar from the Jojo's that everyone (rightly) loves, Batou in all the Ghosts in the Shells that matter, and just whole lot of things. There is a very high chance that he done something you love, and he may just be the reason why!

Sometimes, you just gotta keep talking about cartoons. When we last left Rebecca Sugar’s and Cartoon Network’s Steven Universe, there was one season. This time, our interview is uh... intergalactic! And uh, spectacular! Legendary? Is that a thing? Well, the thing is that this is an interview with Josh Keaton! He has done a bunch of cool voice-over roles like Shiro in Voltron: Legendary Defender! Or Spider-Man in The Spectacular Spider-Man, or if you would rather someone more potentially villainous, Norman Osborn in Marvel's Spider-Man! And if you really wished he voiced a guy named Jack, oh hey! He was Jack Darby in Transformers: Prime.

In this week's episode, we take a trip back in time, to 2018's Middle Tennessee Anime Convention, where our own John Robbins got to chat with both Yuri Lowenthal along with Tara Platt. (It was also where a certain Yuri and may have tweeted a certain awesome thing about John.) Both Yuri and Tara are super prolific Voice-Over Artists. Yuri has been in things like Code Geass, Gurren Lagann, Dead or Alive, Naruto, Personas both 3 AND 4, and most recently he was the voice of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the new Spider-Manvideo game by Insomniac. Tara was also in both Persona 3 and Naruto, along with a bevy of those things! She has been new dub of Sailor Moon, Aggretsuko, Fire Emblem: Awakening, League of Legends, and was also the voice of Yuri Watanabe in, you guessed it, Insomniac's Spider-Man.

2018 was a year. A year were things happened.Mostly terrible, but there was some stuff hiding around, poking about. At the very least, fifteen things. Hello world! The OSMcast is back yet again with questions and answers, but we're asking the questions here this time! That's our deal! Well, we struck a dark bargain with Erika Harlacher, at any rate. What was that dark, terrible bargain? That we could ask her questions, and she would give us answers! All in all, it was a pretty sweet deal. Now, you may wonder whom this Erika Harlacher is. Do not fret, for we shall tell you! She is an amazing voice actress, that has done many a cool Japanese animation. Things like oh I dunno... Violet Evergarden in Violet Evergarden? Or perhaps Jeanne d'Arc (Ruler) in Fate/Apocrypha would be more your speed. Netflix folks (aka everyone) would recognize her from her role of Elizabeth Liones in The Seven Deadly Sins? I particularly enjoyed her work as Kurapika in Hunter x Hunter!But let's face facts, I'm sure everyone really recognizes her as Ann Takamaki in the smash hit video software known as Persona 5. And that is perfectly fine.

So speaking of Momocon, this was the first year where they really blew up their video gaming to something truly huge. Something special. they called it the MGX, or Momocon Gaming Experience. Not only was there tons of tabletop gaming to be had, or console gaming, or even an arcade, as they had all of these things. But what Momocon also had, was an indies space for video games. In our second interview of the MTAC 15 to Life Series, we had the wonderful chance to chat with Tiffany Grant. While best known for her role in Neon Genesis Evangelion,as Asuka, she has also been a ton of other roles! If there was a bingo card for all that is good about Dragon Ball, this movie would win all the Dragon Balls. There are some things we thought we would never see. One of things being a Dragon Ball Z movie in theaters in America. Furthermore, a Dragon Ball Z movie in a theater in our own town. For that Dragon Ball Z movie to be highly entertaining. We also never thought we would see a movie called Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. Another thing that we never thought we would be able to do? Still cartoons! Cartoons are still great! And lo, a year has passed since we all watched the second season, or Book as the kids call it, of the Legend of Korra. But what does that MEAN. Was it worth it? Were they able to write themselves out of the hole that was the complete story arc of Book One? And by that we mean that Book One ended in a way that really didn’t need another season, so the hole we are talking is more the fact there was no hole? But can we DIG IT. Can we place our hands into the ground of The Legend of Korra: Book Two, Spirits and just DIG IT? Chii Sakurabi Yes, you thought we were done with MTAC! But as it turns out, we were able to get out one last interview. This one is with Chii Sakurabi, an international J-POP singer, recording artist, and lolita fashion enthusiast from Tokyo, Japan. We got to talk to her about her music, fashion, as well as her latest album: Moon Princess.
