What is the #1 reason why businesses fail?Its cash flow.It's not having money in the bank, not having consistent money coming in without having to go out and create a client over and over again.When you have a sale and you have that money coming in, unless you amortize that, unless you push that out over a period of time, depending on how frequently you have a transaction, if you don't guess it right, you're out of cash flow. You're putting together your membership, you have a great idea, you’re almost ready to do it…Now I want you to promise me something…I want you to just start. I want you to take action! You know, a lot of times we stop ourselves, because we don't have things set up exactly as we want. Maybe we don't have a platform ready, maybe we're not exactly sure of the deliverables that we're going to do, but I want you to just start, that's the first step is just to take that action. Now a lot of people look at Melissa and I's successes, they see the multiple offers that we do, they see all the things and it's very common that people come up to us. And they're like, oh, we want to do you have multiple memberships, you have a bunch of offers and things and what they don't realize it's taken us many years to get here.We actually only put one offer at a time in the marketplace.
