However, that did not stop the Oilers from putting together a gutsy effort and overcoming the deficit to win 3-2. All three goalscorers for the Oilers ended goal droughts too. It is safe to say that last night was not great for the Edmonton Oilers. The Edmonton Oilers went into the NHL's All Star break on a high note dominating the Chicago Blackhawks 7-3. The Oilers got contributions from everyone, including Matt Berlin, who was called up to replace Stuart Skinner who caught an illness. The Edmonton Oilers made it six wins in a row on Saturday night with a 4-2 win against Pacific Division rivals, the Vancouver Canucks.
