But, it was fellow competitor Samantha Graves of Victor, New York, who sliced King’s Standing Block Chop time, setting a new world record of 30.02 seconds. For the men, Jason Lentz of Diana, West Virginia, took home the gold and a personal best in the Underhand Chop with 16.85 seconds and the Stock Saw with 10.90 seconds. Lentz secured his win with three clutch cuts in the Hot Saw, giving him the second U.S. Championship win of his career.
