That’s why meal prep is so important. Here’s how we took one cooking session and made two proteins in one slow cooker to prepare a week’s worth of meals. First up, we share how to make two proteins at once: pulled chicken tacos and tender barbeque pot roast. The slow cooker allows you to be super versatile, and it’s so effortless.
