NCU 42: Pay the Ghost (2015) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 10) Review
EThis is sort of the second half of the season finale of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON! YANKED FROM THE TRASH BIN: Uninvited (1987) Review
ELet's see... where to begin setting this movie up... UNINVITED (the one from 1987 - there are quite a few named this) is about a cat that has something else living inside it on a yacht traveling to the Caribbean during spring break. Some gangsters, a handful of college-age students and a young captain find themselves terrorized by the thing inside the cat. You see, that's what's UNINVITED! And believe me - I'm making this thing sound boring, and it's anything but. You can watch a preview or listen to this first, but you might spoil some of the zaniness. No matter what, you're invited to the Film School Janitors' review of this lost oddity. Enjoy!

PULLING A DOUBLE: Hocus Pocus (1993) & Hocus Pocus 2 (2022) Review
ECan you believe it's been almost 30 years since the first HOCUS POCUS was released? Can you believe HOCUS POCUS 2 was actually finally made? Strangest of all, can you believe the Film School Janitors watched and reviewed both?! Not without a little toil and trouble (and bubble drinks) at least...

Disney+'s Werewolf by Night Review
EThe further experimenting with format by Marvel brings us the Halloween-iest show yet - WEREWOLF BY NIGHT! Unfortunately, it's a single episode special, but fortunately for the Film School Janitors, that means a lot less time spent watching another show. Listen to find out what they thought about it!

NCU 41: G-Force (2009) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! This week's assignment: G-FORCE This may not be a live-action Nic Cage movie (well, it is live-action but Nic Cage voices one of the animals), but it still involves one of his patented death scenes. Listen to what the Film School Janitors have to say about this spy movie made for kids (that's not Spy Kids)!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 9) Review
EThe penultimate episode of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON's first season follows the death of King Viserys from the perspective of half of our characters (basically all of them in King's Landing). It basically followed Alicent and Otto race to find Aegon, but was it exciting? It sure was for someone it the show that likes toes! Listen to the Film School Janitors' review for more!

NCU 40: Kick-Ass (2010) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! This week's assignment: KICK-ASS When a teen (who is bleeping annoying) decides to become a real-life superhero, a real-life dynamic duo (one of which is Chloe Grace Moretz and the other is our guy, Nic Cage) has to step in and save his (kick) ass. The Film School Janitors watched this back in the day, and does it still hold up today? Listen to find out!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 9) Review

Disney+'s Pinocchio (2022) Review
ENot gonna lie - didn't expect the Film School Janitors to review the live-action update of Disney's PINOCCHIO, but they did! Are they Tom Hanks completists? Are they remake completists? Or are they simply gluttons for punishment? Listen to find out which!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 8) Review
ELet's do the time warp again! Six years have passed since episode seven of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, so that means there is widespread peace and calm in episode eight, right? There's not even peace and calm amongst the Film School Janitors in this review!

NCU 39: Drive Angry (2011) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! This week's assignment: DRIVE ANGRY This one is about a father/grandfather breaking out of hell to get revenge, and it ain't all that different from most of Mr. Cage's offerings except for the fact that this one used to be in 3D! It ain't anymore, unless you get the 3D Blu-ray, have a 3D Blu-ray player (or PS4), and an old 3D TV! NOTE: One of the Janitors have all the above.

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 8) Review
EThe moment we've all been waiting for has finally arrived - the Film School Janitors review of the penultimate episode of SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW! (Oh, and Daredevil finally shows up in episode eight, so there's that, too.)

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 7) Review
EIn the seventh episode of SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW, our cinematic universe expands to include some lesser-known characters, but more new characters are welcome nonetheless. It helps the MCU feel a little bit bigger, and the Film School Janitors a little bit smaller (because Shulkie is so big, you see).

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 7) Review
ENothing brings a family together like weddings and funerals, and it the world of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, those two are fairly interchangeable! The seventh episode begins with one and ends with another, and the Film School Janitors have a lot to say about it (and it's not just about how dark it was... like actually dark, not dark-dark), so take a listen!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 6) Review
EThe biggest time jump yet happens on episode six of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, and the show replaces some actors. (No Film School Janitors were replaced in our time jump of one week.) Does the show make it work, or is it jarring? Listen and find out!

NCU 38: Arsenal (2017) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! This week"s assignment: ARSENAL Nicolas Cage hasn't done many sequels, but this just happens to be one... kind of? He's playing the same character from DEADFALL(NCU 32), but that character died? AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 6) Review

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 5) Review

NCU 37: Windtalkers (2002) Review
EThe Film School Janitors are back in school, and they're going to Nic Cage University! Their goal is to watch and review every film Nicolas Cage has ever made... and will ever make! This week's assignment: WINDTALKERS Based on real-life incidents, this World War II film focuses on Nicolas Cage's character PTSD instead of the actual Navajo code talkers themselves. And it's also an action film. An at times gruesome one, but also at times unbelievable. Take a listen to see what else the Film School Janitors thought about the film.

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 5) Review
EIt's finally here! The rematch between Titania and SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW! Watch in wonder as they brawl... verbally... in the courtroom. Remember, the Film School Janitors are here to remind you that this is a comedy lawyer show that happens to feature a superhero after all!

Barbarian (2022) Review
EEvery once in a while, a film comes out that that almost requires you to know very little about it to enjoy it. BARBARIAN is one of those such films. Just know this: the Film School Janitors spoil the heck out of it, so if you're going to see it, wait to listen. Also, there are no actual Arnie-style, sword-and-sandal barbarians in this film.

Listen to make this rambling sentence make sense!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 2) Review
EDid episode two of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON change any of the Film School Janitors' minds about the show? Well, as in the immortal words of the cast of Letterkenny, "to be fair" only Sean had negative things to say about the first episode, so did he change his mind? Amazon Prime's Samaritan Review
ESometimes it's really nice to visit with an old friend. In this case, that old friend is Sylvester Stallone, and the, um, house that we're visiting him in is his latest film, SAMARITAN. The Film School Janitors watched the original superhero story not based on a comic-- wait, it was based on a comic? Well, at the very least it wasn't one by Marvel or DC. Is it worth checking out? If you trust the Janitors, then they'll let you know!

Netflix's The Umbrella Academy (Season 3) Review
ELook up in the sky! Is it a floating glowing cube? Is it a man with the body of an ape on the moon? Is it a portal to a parallel dimension? This doesn't even begin to express how truly weird THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY can get. With a fourth (and final?) season announced, the Film School Janitors are finally here with their season three review. Enjoy!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: HBO Max's House of the Dragon (Episode 1) Review

YANKED FROM THE TRASH BIN: DOA: Dead or Alive (2006) Review
EIs this a salvageable film or not? Not to be confused with the Dennis Quaid/Meg Ryan thriller called D.O.A. or the classic film that was based on, this one is based on the video game series DOA: DEAD OR ALIVE. Based solely on the title, it sounds like it could be at least interesting, right? I mean, there are some good video game movies. The Film School Janitors have played the original video game and some of its spinoffs. How did the movie fare against the games? Listen and find out!

AN EPISODE IN THE BOWL: Disney+'s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Episode 1) Review

Nope Review
EThere are few directors working today that can get people to see their movies just by adding their name, and Jordan Peele currently is one of them. Will he keep it up, and be like Spielberg? Or will he wander the way of Shyamalan? The Film School Janitors watched NOPE, and did they say "yup!" to it? Listen to find out!

Hulu's Prey Review
ESometimes movies are like predators... you don't see them until they want you to! The Film School Janitors stumbled upon a little sequel called PREY - which is more of a prequel to 1986's PREDATOR, but also just a good, standalone sequel? I can't keep track of this stuff anymore. Listen to find out what they think!
