James is a sales & marketing focused startup guy. At last count James had run seven startups – and is working on his eighth: Cognome, a tech spinout from the Montefiore Health System in New York City. He’s also the founder and a board member of Open Squash a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to make squash more accessible. They opened their first location in Manhattan in January 2020 and are poised to open two more locations in NYC by Sept 2024 – you should join! Other fun facts: At Magnetic (which James ran from 2011→2017) he grew revenue from $1 to $100 million before it was sold to Deloitte. Andrew is a serial entrepreneur who was the first in his family to start a business, or as he calls it, a 1st Generation Entrepreneur. In 2006, he started an IT consulting business as a one-man show.
