E

If you could imagine a kid growing up in the countryside of England, lots of beautiful green fields and rolling hills running around playing in the mud with his dog, that was basically Kc as a kid. He loves solving problems and pushing what people consider the limits.Kc ended up getting a degree in business and finance thinking that those two combined would be a great skill set to understand and thrive in business, not anticipating or thinking he would start an accounting firm. He then went in the direction of being a boring accountant and working on bookkeeping – which makes most people have a visceral cringe when mentioned, "Oh dam, that sounds terribly boring." It was a great opportunity, not something he could say no to especially as he had the job before he had even finished university. It was very difficult to say no to an immediate paycheck but…Becoming an accounting as you can probably imagine was kind of miserable doing the same thing day in day out because HE REALIZED that he had so much more to offer than just hiding in the books. It became apparent to Kc that this was not aligned with his unique disposition and personality and one thing he believes in strongly is that to be successful, people need to live in a place they thrive. In this episode, Brad and KC discuss maximizing your tax reductions and getting your proper return. Bombs: - Do your reading. Put in the effort. Upgrade your tax team. You will see the rewards. S6 Ep 547Tommy Vext. How This Lone Wolf Reinvented Himself. Episode 547 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL)

E

Tommy Vext, is an American heavy metal singer and songwriter known as the former lead vocalist of Bad Wolves, Divine Heresy, and Westfield Massacre. As a solo act, he goes by The Lone Wolf. Vext began his music career in Brooklyn, New York as a teenager singing in local hardcore bands and engaging in freestyle rap battles with the neighborhood's preeminent hopefuls. Being too young, Vext had to sneak into clubs even for his own shows. In 1996, he formed the band Maniacal Disciple with friends Jim Donovan, Steve Perlmutter, and Mike Kontaras, eventually changing their name to "Vext" (a word he found in Wu-Tang Clan's lyrics), which eventually became his nickname after he started to be known as "Tommy Vext" in the New York hardcore scene. After his exit from Bad Wolves, Vext started a GoFundMe campaign for a solo record of original music. He also started uploading a series of cover songs he recorded in 2020 onto his YouTube account, as well as announcing tour dates for a "Fuck Cancel Culture Tour" in April 2021. His GoFundMe campaign raised over $175,000 before Vextstated on March 15, 2021 that he would not be releasing it due to being "financially bullied into submission." In this episode, Brad and Tommy talk about everything and break down cancel culture as well as what has happened over the last three years in America.
