Devin was in the mortgage industry from 2005-2019. Devin left his corporate job at Quicken Loans in October 2019. From there he became a full-time real estate investor. Through March of 2020 Devin did 8 real estate deals with zero marketing dollars. Then when covid hit he heard a podcast with Chris Naugle talking about becoming the bank by using infinite banking and Devin became obsessed with learning how. At 13, Carlos ran away from a toxic home into the streets. Carlos became homeless, addicted to drugs, and slept in an abandoned car. By 14 he had become a gang member and criminal causing destruction everywhere he went. At 16 Carlos' best friend whom was like a brother to him killed himself in front of me causing him to develop PTSD and become a even more violent individual. He found himself in jail and a little after his ten years and was placed in solitary confinement for 3 years. Within his last 4 years of incarceration he educated himself and got a Degree in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and became certified as a mentor helping transform the lives of men who had once lost all hope. Many of them are home today. I was released from prison about 18 months ago after serving 17 years. Today, Carlos is a an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Writer, Coach & Mentor. I am Navy SEAL combat veteran turned entrepreneur and family man. I spent 10 years in the Navy as a SEAL, then 9 years as a contractor working for the 3 letter agencies. I was in the war from 2001 through 2012, in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa. I became an entrepreneur through chance, I basically fell into a couple of high-risk security contracts. I ran a security company for about 6 years. In 2021 I pivoted to coffee, 2022 was the first year of Warpath Coffee, it is cranking we sold over 40,000 bags last year, this year we plan on doubling that number and starting our first coffee shop.
