Devin was in the mortgage industry from 2005-2019. Devin left his corporate job at Quicken Loans in October 2019. From there he became a full-time real estate investor. Through March of 2020 Devin did 8 real estate deals with zero marketing dollars. He found himself in jail and a little after his ten years and was placed in solitary confinement for 3 years. Nick hasn't had the easiest life but has created one of joy from a lot of pain. His father turned out to be a drug dealer who held his family hostage and by 1995 the abuse had gotten so bad that his mother tried to leave him. Naturally Nick turned to drugs and found himself in a lot of trouble and in custody of homeland security's ICE.
