There is no real estrogen or progesterone in birth control pills. Instead, there are synthetic versions of estrogen and progesterone that have been altered to mimic these hormones. But, there can be side effects. Increased risks associated with birth control pills: • Heart attacks • High blood pressure • Stroke • Blood clots • Breast cancer • Dementia • Depression • Acne • Mood swings • Lupus • Weight gain • A deficiency in zinc and selenium • Melasma • An alteration of the microbiome Birth control pills shut down the production of estrogen and progesterone, which can have long-term effects on your health. It may even affect longevity. However, there is a hormone-free option that is FDA cleared and is 93-99% effective, depending on how well it’s implemented. This form of birth control is called Natural Cycles, and it doesn’t involve any medication whatsoever. If you’ve been on birth control pills or decide to continue taking birth control pills, it may be beneficial to do things to counter some of the chemicals in your liver. You can do this by consuming more cruciferous and fermented vegetables. You may also want to take zinc, selenium, B12, magnesium, and a good probiotic. Today we’re going to talk about the best remedy for menopause and menstrual problems: black cohosh. There are different hormones involved in a communication circuit that are constantly adapting to various factors, including the environment, your diet, and stress. This communication circuit is what tells the ovaries to release estrogen and progesterone. Many of the symptoms you might have are potentially occurring because of the dramatic changes related to estrogen and progesterone. For example, if your estrogen is too high or too low, you could have a lot of different issues. Black cohosh contains phytonutrients that have very interesting effects on the hormones involved in the communication circuit—helping to balance the circuit. It also helps balance estrogen. Vitamin E and sea kelp are other great natural remedies for menopause and menstrual problems. Doctor Reveals The MOST Overlooked Medicine on Earth

You don’t need to spend a fortune on infrared devices to get plenty of infrared light. Check out this fascinating interview with Dr. Roger Seheult, an expert on sunlight and vitamin D, as we discuss the powerful health benefits of sunlight. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Welcome, Dr. Roger Seheult 4:05 The abscopal effect of light 4:58 What does light do in the body? 10:24 Infrared light and nature 12:06 The Green Heart study 13:45 Infrared light and sleep 21:24 Indoor lighting and your health Please join me in welcoming Dr. Roger Seheult, quadruple board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. Dr. Seheult shares some fascinating new research about the ability of sunlight to penetrate the human body. It’s been previously thought that the sun could only penetrate a few centimeters into our bodies, but recent research has shown that it can penetrate the entire body and can even be measured on the other side. Surprisingly, randomized, placebo-controlled studies have shown that light can affect parts of the body that were not exposed to sunlight. This phenomenon is known as the abscopal effect. This means that mitochondria from one part of the body can communicate with each other and upregulate, even if they are not directly exposed to light. Infrared light can stimulate the mitochondria to produce more melatonin, which can reduce oxidative stress. It’s not significantly affected by the atmosphere, so you can get it almost any time of the day. UVB light, which you need to make vitamin D, is more abundant when the sun is at its highest. Green trees, leaves, and grass reflect infrared light. To maximize infrared light absorption, head to green spaces where nature can reflect infrared light back to you! The Green Heart study measured the HSCRP, which correlates with the risk of stroke or heart attack, in residents of south Louisville, Kentucky—a region characterized by concrete and a lack of greenery. Approximately 8,000 trees were planted in a 4-square-mile area, and the HSCRP was remeasured. This resulted in a 13% to 20% average drop in HSCRP, which correlates to a 10% to 15% reduction in stroke and heart attack risk, without any changes in diet or exercise. Dr. Seheult also explains that daytime light exposure helps with sleep by supporting the circadian rhythm, while nighttime light exposure can have an opposite effect. What Happens When You Eat 3 to 4 Eggs Daily?

Eggs have gotten some bad press, but what’s the truth? Are eggs bad for you? What about eggs and cholesterol? In this video, find out about the unique nutrition profile of eggs and the benefits of eating 3-4 eggs daily. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How many eggs should I eat a day? 0:18 Eggs and cholesterol 0:40 Egg benefits 4:26 Egg nutrition 7:37 What type of eggs should I eat? 8:30 Pasture-raised eggs 10:35 Healthy eating tips Why eat eggs? Eggs are the most absorbable form of protein, which sets them apart from other sources of protein, such as meat and fish. Protein is an essential building block for muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It’s vital for repair, hormone and enzyme composition, and can even be used as a fuel source. When you consume animal protein, you can only use 10 to 20 percent for fuel. In comparison, 65% of an egg can be used as fuel! Eggs also contain anti-microbial proteins and have iron and biotin-binding properties. Eggs have all the amino acids, including leucine, which is the key amino acid in muscle building. Eggs are the second-highest source of choline, which prevents a fatty liver and helps make up bile. Choline is also essential for a process called methylation. Eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin, powerful antioxidants that support the health and function of the retina and brain. They contain phospholipids, which further support the membranes of the brain and other bodily tissues. Eating eggs can even help lower blood pressure! Eggs contain vitamin K2, which helps transport calcium and keep it out of the soft tissues, directing it instead into the teeth and bones. They contain the active form of vitamin A and also contain vitamin D. Approximately 65% of all eggs consumed are conventional, which come from caged chickens. Cage-free is a better option, but it doesn’t guarantee the chickens have outdoor access. Organic pasture-raised eggs are the best option. Organic refers to the feed that’s given to the chicken, and “vegetarian-fed” does not necessarily mean the egg is better. Conventional eggs come from chickens that are fed GMO corn and soy, so the eggs have a higher omega-6 content. Try pairing your eggs with these healthy foods for the most nutrient absorption: •Arugula •Onions •Black pepper •Tomatoes •Avocado •Olive oil/butter Don’t overcook your eggs! If you can’t afford organic, pasture-raised eggs, conventional eggs are still a healthy option. DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles...https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles... Explore more home remedies that really work with this free resource: https://drbrg.co/44DNzBq Today, we’re going to talk about some of the underlying causes of pain, along with the best natural remedies for pain relief. Joint pain and inflammation don’t always signify arthritis! It’s important to understand that natural joint pain remedies will not work if you continue to consume foods that cause inflammation. To avoid joint pain and inflammation, it’s vital to avoid the following foods: •Sugar •High-fructose corn syrup •Seed oils •Gluten •Oxalates •MSG •Maltodextrin •Nightshades (Potatoes, peppers, tomatoes) •Lectins (Beans, peanuts, wheat, soy) Healthy Keto is a great option to help avoid these inflammatory foods! If you’re sensitive to oxalates, it may be caused by past antibiotic use. This can make you more susceptible to joint pain, especially when you consume spinach, chocolate, almonds, and Swiss chard. Increasing magnesium intake can help significantly. Add a teaspoon of turmeric to a glass of half water and half coconut milk for the best joint pain remedy. Add a pinch of black pepper to increase absorption by 2000%. You can also add a scoop of collagen powder for even more joint pain relief! This drink is delicious for most people, but you can add a couple drops of liquid stevia if necessary. Drink this daily. It can also be served warm. This drink works anytime, but try drinking it in the morning for pain relief that lasts all day! Turmeric has been shown to have similar effectiveness to ibuprofen and other NSAIDS. If you’re taking a turmeric supplement for joint pain relief, take 1000 to 1500 mg daily. Turmeric inhibits at least four major inflammatory pathways. Coconut milk has beneficial properties and also helps with turmeric absorption. Collagen helps build up the joints. Boswellia serrata is also an amazing supplement that research has shown to be as effective as NSAIDS without side effects. Walking is the best exercise for joint pain relief, and it has no side effects. It can also extend your life! 7 Foods to REVERSE Kidney Damage (Must Watch)

Restoring kidney health could be as easy as adding these foods to your diet. In this video, discover the 7 best foods to help prevent kidney damage, protect the kidneys, and support kidney health. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Recommended Olive Oil Link: https://sanmicheleorganic.com/product... 0:00 Introduction: The 7 best foods to help prevent kidney damage 0:45 Potassium and kidney health 1:16 Common causes of kidney damage 1:59 The 7 best foods to prevent kidney damage 6:25 Intermittent fasting for kidney health Today, we’re going to talk about kidney health. A big myth is that potassium is bad for the kidneys, but this isn't true! Our bodies require 4700 mg of potassium each day. The only time you’d want to avoid potassium is if you have advanced-stage kidney disease. Potassium protects kidney health in several ways. It helps lower high blood pressure, which damages the kidneys and protects against kidney stones. Too much sodium can be hard on the kidneys, but the remedy is more potassium. Many factors can contribute to kidney damage, including the following: •High sugar consumption •Alcohol •NSAIDs •Certain medications •Pesticides •Heavy metals •Food dyes •Phosphorus from soda A proper diet with adequate vitamin D, potassium, and magnesium can significantly improve kidney health. The following foods protect the kidneys from damage and support kidney health: 1. Vegetables: asparagus, celery, bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, garlic 2. Magnesium-rich foods: pumpkin seeds, leafy greens, avocadoes, magnesium glycinate 3. Probiotic-foods: kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi 4. Moderate amounts of high-quality protein 5. High-antioxidant foods: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, beets 6. Quercetin: onions 7. Extra virgin olive oil Consuming tea is a great way to stay hydrated and support kidney health. Polyphenols found in tea are very beneficial for the kidney. Green, nettle, dandelion, turmeric, and decaffeinated black tea are all great options. Frequent eating can overtax the kidneys' filtration system. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting are very beneficial for kidney health. Intermittent fasting can decrease the stress on the kidneys and significantly reduce insulin. Too much insulin can be damaging to the kidneys. Is oatmeal bad for you? Let’s talk about it. The small packets of flavored oatmeal contain a lot of sugar, and even though they may be marketed as healthy—they’re not. But what about unsweetened oatmeal? Here are three things you might not know about unsweetened oatmeal: 1. Certain studies show a significant improvement in blood sugar and cholesterol. However, the control in one of these studies is white bread. The study also only showed an improvement in blood sugar right after the meal. Part of the study referring to cholesterol was only on consuming beta-glucan, which is an isolated compound in oatmeal. In a different study, the participants all had diabetes, and they didn’t see a change in their blood glucose levels. 2. Oats contain a type of gluten called avenin. This protein has been known to increase cytokines. 3. Oat products have often been treated with glyphosate. The World Health Organization classifies glyphosate as a carcinogen. It may be beneficial to skip breakfast altogether and give intermittent fasting a try. If you do consume breakfast, eggs would be a healthier choice than oatmeal. Depression Has NOTHING to Do With Your Brain

What causes depression? Surprisingly, depression has nothing to do with your brain and everything to do with your gut microbiome. In this video, we’ll take an in-depth look at the brain-gut connection and the often overlooked relationship between depression and gut health. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Depression explained 1:17 Side effects of SSRIs 1:32 St. John’s wort and depression 2:27 The brain-gut connection 3:22 Depression and gut health 3:40 Depression and gut inflammation 3:51 Antibiotics and depression 4:33 L. reuteri and mental health Depression has consistently been viewed as a chemical imbalance, but it's actually related to a problem with the gut. Depression is often treated with SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), but many studies show normal serotonin levels in people with depression. SSRIs do not fix depression and have even been called placebos by some medical professionals. They also come with serious side effects, including sexual dysfunction, decreased libido, inability to experience emotion, and worsening depression. St. John’s wort affects both serotonin and dopamine. It’s an anti-inflammatory and reduces cortisol, but doctors and the medical world often recommend against it despite its very few side effects. Serotonin and oxytocin are made in the gut. Oxytocin is a powerful hormone that can help with depression and stress, so gut health is at the core of mental health. The vagus nerve works as a highway that orchestrates the brain and gut connection. If you have a problem with your gut microbes, this can lead to depression. Studies have found serious microbes missing in depressed people! Gut inflammation can also alter your mood. One of the side effects of antibiotics is depression. Antibiotics erase the good bacteria that control your mood chemicals. Once wiped away, microbes don't always come back, and you could be left with an imbalance. L. reuteri is an amazing microbe that many people are missing. Dr. William Davis has shared an expert technique for cultivating L. reuteri using half and half to increase its potency. People have consumed this probiotic mixture and experienced significant health benefits such as improved sleep, muscle tone, and reduced stress. L. reuteri acts as a natural antibiotic without side effects and is found naturally in breast milk. You’ve Been Lied To...

Some doctors give the worst diet advice! In this video, we’ll discuss the dangerous health advice that out-of-touch doctors still give their patients. Avoid these health tips and find out what to do instead. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: The worst health advice 0:16 Supplements 2:11 Calcium supplements 4:05 Sun exposure and cancer 5:03 Snack frequently to avoid overeating 5:40 Sugar in moderation 6:33 Avoid saturated fats 7:08 Whole grains are heart-healthy 7:42 Avoid red meat 8:39 Salt and high blood pressure 9:04 The worst advice ever DATA: https://www.cebm.ox.ac.uk/news/cebm-r... The WORST health advice: 1. People can get all their nutrition from food. Getting enough nutrients such as vitamin D, potassium, and magnesium from food is almost impossible. Many people consume refined carbs and sugar, which deplete them of vital nutrients. Supplements are often the only way to compensate. 2. Take more calcium to prevent osteoporosis. Normal blood calcium levels do not prevent bone loss. Osteoporosis usually occurs when you age and hormones like estrogen and testosterone decrease. 3. Always use sunblock. Sunblock became very popular when sun exposure was linked to cancer. But you need sun to get enough vitamin D, which is vital for your immune system. 4. Snack frequently to avoid overeating. Snacking raises insulin, creating a high blood sugar situation. This keeps you hungry and will not prevent overeating. 5. Sugar in moderation is fine. Sugar and carb consumption, even in moderation, stops you from tapping into your fat reserve. 6. Avoid saturated fats. Saturated fat does not clog your arteries. High-carb diets create a much more significant risk for heart problems. 7. Whole grains are heart-healthy. Whole grains trigger blood sugar. Most products that contain whole grains also contain refined grains and fillers like maltodextrin and modified food starch. Whole grains contain phytates, which block the absorption of key nutrients, and gluten, which irritates the gut. 8. Avoid red meat Grass-fed, grass-finished red meat is the healthiest food you can eat! 9. Our brains need sugar and carbs. Your brain can also run on ketones, which will prevent brain fog and increase cognitive function. 10. Restrict salt for high blood pressure. Rather than avoiding salt, focus on eliminating junk food from the diet and increasing vitamin D and potassium. 11. All calories are equal. The body does not treat all calories equally. Instead of creating a calorie deficit to lose weight, create a carbohydrate calorie deficit. This forces the body to burn fat as an alternative fuel source. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting Thanks for watching! I hope this increases your awareness about the worst health advice. I’ll see you in the next video. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Nothing is more frustrating than doing a diet and everything else right and not losing weight. Learn more about why you can't lose weight and find out what to do if you have a slow metabolism. DATA: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-69363-7 0:00 Introduction: Why you can't lose weight 0:45 Top things that make it difficult to lose weight 1:24 How your genes affect weight loss 5:52 What to do if you can't lose weight 10:15 Learn more about metabolism! Are your friends and family losing weight, and you're not? Let's talk about why it's not working. A few of the top things that make it difficult to lose weight: • Past dieting • Insulin resistance • Doing the wrong type of diet • Not doing intermittent fasting (or not applying it correctly) • Not getting enough sleep • Existing health problems But there is a big thing that can affect weight loss that I've never talked about before: your genes. There are many different positive and negative things that can affect your genes. Within certain individuals, there are variations of genes that act differently. These variations can cause some people to burn fat fast and others to lose weight slowly. These genetic variations aren't errors. They're just things that happened within our genetics long ago that may have even been survival advantages but don't help us in our current environment. Weight loss tips for those who can't lose weight: 1. Give it more time 2. Be more strict with your carb intake 3. Fast for longer 4. Completely cut out sugar, get into a deep level of ketosis, and consume nutrient-dense foods 5. Add more tactical actions, which can include: • Getting more exercise (HIIT) • Consuming apple cider vinegar • Getting more sleep • Taking berberine • Taking cinnamon • Cutting out extra fat • Avoiding restaurants Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Let’s talk about sleep and how to sleep better. Sleep is a powerful predictor of all-cause mortality. If you get less than five hours of sleep per night, your risk of dying increases by about 12%. The real problem that affects our sleep is an abundance of artificial light. All of this artificial light inhibits melatonin, which is triggered by darkness. However, there is a different type of melatonin triggered by infrared light, which is produced by the sun—sun exposure is crucial to support better sleep. Melatonin has a lot of functions that go beyond supporting sleep. It’s a powerful antioxidant that gives you energy and helps protects against disease. Natural ways to improve your sleep quality: 1. Expose yourself to the sun or bright light therapy for 30 minutes when you wake up 2. Expose yourself to the sunset during the evening, red light therapy during the day, or sunlight during the day 3. Exercise 4. Keep your room cooler 5. Take magnesium before bed Vitamin D, zinc, and ashwagandha are also great natural remedies for sleep. The Vitamin Harvard Quietly Buried

There is much controversy about how much vitamin D a person should take daily. Because vitamin D competes directly with Big Pharma, accurate information is often difficult to find. In this video, I’ll uncover some of the facts surrounding the controversy behind vitamin D3. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Vitamin D and Big Pharma 1:30 Vitamin D3 10,000 IUs 2:10 Dr. William Grant on vitamin D 5:08 Vitamin D benefits for cancer 6:00 Vitamin D deficiency 6:34 How much vitamin D do I need? 6:56 Other vitamin D3 benefits Vitamin D Home Test Link: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/42Ey7Eb Dr. Cicero Interview: ▶️ • HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! DATA: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31002... Did you know that many conditions treated by Big Pharma can be inexpensively corrected with vitamin D? Leo Pharma and Almirall are two pharmaceutical companies that specialize in dermatology. Many of their products contain synthetic vitamin D for skin problems. Coincidentally, these companies also played a role in the sun-phobia movement. The sun is one of the best remedies for skin problems like eczema and psoriasis. You need at least 10,000 IUs of vitamin d3 every day to maintain healthy vitamin D levels! Sunbathing was once popular worldwide and was used to prevent tuberculosis and various health conditions. However, after the development of antibiotics, its popularity drastically declined. Dr. William Grant has done extensive research on vitamin D. He explains that 84,532 papers have been published on vitamin D, the most studied bioactive molecule. Despite the evidence, there is still controversy regarding the health benefits of vitamin D. Tens of thousands of research studies have been conducted on the benefits of vitamin D for cancer. Big Pharma has influenced studies that discredit the benefits of vitamin D. Only small amounts of vitamin D were used in most studies that do not show favorable outcomes with vitamin D. Dr. Cicero Coimbra, who developed the Coimbra protocol, has seen a 90% success rate in using vitamin D for autoimmune diseases. Some people have vitamin D resistance, which involves a genetic problem with vitamin D. Blood tests can not accurately determine vitamin D deficiency. It is vital to keep your vitamin D levels over 50 ng/mL to avoid vitamin D deficiency. The 10 Dangerous Foods RFK Jr. Just BANNED

I’m sure you’ve heard about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. banning certain artificial food dyes, but that’s just the beginning. Find out about the banned and soon-to-be-banned foods in our food supply that aren’t really foods at all! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: RFK Jr.'s banned food list 0:20 RFK Jr. bans food dyes 0:56 RFK Jr. and SNAP reform 2:02 RFK Jr. bans titanium dioxide 2:24 Brominated vegetable oil and potassium bromate 3:15 High-fructose corn syrup 3:52 Seed oils 4:21 Ultra-processed foods 4:56 Dr. Berg Junk Food Meter App 6:33 GRAS loophole (FDA) 1. Artificial food dyes There is no benefit to having toxic, artificial food coloring in our foods. The Delaney Clause prohibited the use of any food additives shown to induce cancer in humans or animals; however, in 1996, the Food Quality Protection Act effectively reversed this clause, allowing these chemicals back into the food supply. 2. The SNAP Program RFK Jr. is actively working to eliminate junk foods from the SNAP program. He is receiving a lot of pushback, even from unlikely sources, like the American Heart Association. 3. Titanium dioxide This ingredient is banned in France for causing DNA damage! It can enter the brain and has been identified as a carcinogen. RFK Jr. is actively working to remove this ingredient from the food supply. 4. Brominated vegetable oil This flame retardant has nothing to do with vegetables! Although it’s still used in American soft drinks, BVO has been banned in Europe, Japan, and India. 5. Potassium bromate This possible carcinogen is used to fluff up dough, yet it’s banned in 30 countries, but not in the US. 6. High-fructose corn syrup This corn-derived sweetener can lead to liver damage, a fatty liver, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and more. Many activists have been working to get this banned or limited in the children’s school system for some time. 7. Seed oils The average person consumes 25 to 30 percent of their calories from seed oils. They cause inflammation and other toxic effects, and can linger in the body for over a year after consumption. 8. Ultra-processed foods Ultra-processed foods contain synthetic starches, synthetic sugar, and seed oils. RFK Jr. aims to remove these foods from children’s lunches, hospitals, and assisted living homes. 9. Artificial sweeteners Sugar alcohols are made by fermenting natural ingredients, while artificial sweeteners use chemicals like petroleum. These sweeteners cause significant damage, including an alteration of your gut microbes and cancer. 10. GRAS The GRAS (generally recognized as safe) loophole allows industries to do their own testing to determine if a product is safe. Autism Is NOT Caused By Vaccines

What causes autism? Autism in children has increased dramatically over the years, with no known cause. In this video, we’ll explore the connection between vaccines and autism and potential autism remedies that can improve some of the symptoms of autism. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What causes autism? 1:12 Autism and vaccines 1:35 Autism and inflammation 2:15 Aluminum and the autistic brain 5:22 Genetics and autism 6:01 Dr. Coimbra protocol DATA: https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli...https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli...https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli... Click here: https://drbrg.co/43wbhPD Discover which supplements support brain function and more here: https://drbrg.co/43Qe5Gf When using high doses of vitamin D, always check with your doctor. High doses of vitamin D can increase blood/urine calcium levels, resulting in calcium deposits in the kidney. Also drink 2.5 liters of fluids per day, take cofactors with vitamin D (magnesium, K2 and zinc), and have your doctor monitor your PTH, vitamin D blood levels and creatinine and avoid excess calcium supplements of high calcium foods when taking vitamin D levels over 10,000 IUs. The doses of polyphenols in propolis (4 mg 4 times per day as a minimal dose for children) They call it “settled science” that vaccines don’t cause autism, so then what causes autism? Wikipedia says there’s no known cause, and that it’s most likely genetic and possibly environmental. There’s no known cure, and it’s heavily emphasized that vaccines don’t cause autism. So let’s take a look at the facts. Dr. Coimbra, a Brazilian neurologist, found that people with autism have chronic inflammation in the brain that’s not related to a microbe or a pathogen. It’s also important to note that 70% of autistic children have higher rates of autoimmune conditions. Vaccines do not create an adequate immune response without an adjuvant. Aluminum compounds are the most commonly used vaccine adjuvants. Research shows that aluminum is toxic on multiple levels. Its neurotoxicity manifests in learning, concentration, memory, and speech deficits. When injected with a vaccine, it also crosses the blood-brain barrier. From 1980 to 2023, vaccine rates, aluminum exposure, and autism rates have significantly increased. In 2023, 1 in 36 children were diagnosed with autism and had the most aggressive vaccine schedule to date. Children are exposed to 5000 mcg of aluminum by age 6 with the current vaccine schedule. Dr. Coimbra utilizes the following protocol to reduce the symptoms of autism. 1. 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 2. Propolis 3. Oral silica (monomethylsilanetriol) 100 to 200 mg 3 times per day 4. 4 grams of glycinate for hyperactivity A low-carb diet can also be beneficial for children with autism. The BIGGEST LIE You Were Never Meant to Find Out

Are food pyramids and dietary guidelines creating disease or eliminating it? Food lies can take DECADES to be debunked, and over 90% of chronic disease stems from food industry deception. Find out about the biggest food lie that could be destroying your health! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) DATA: https://www.lowcarbusa.org/the-ketoge... 0:00 Introduction: Chronic disease and diet 0:41 Trans fats 1:00 Toxic ingredients in food 2:29 GMO corn dangers 3:20 Is red meat unhealthy? 3:43 The biggest food lie 4:06 The dangers of high-carb diets 4:37 Low-carb diets 4:39 Dietary guidelines exposed Today, I’m going to tell you about the biggest food lie that could be ruining your health. It can take decades for dangerous foods to be removed from the food supply. Crisco is an alternative cooking oil developed in 1911. It's made from repurposed cottonseed oil, traditionally used for lanterns. The trans fats found in Crisco cause the most damage to the heart, brain, tissues, and cells. When first developed, there were never any safety studies on trans fats. It took over 100 years to get them banned! Similarly, it took 90 years to get asbestos off the market. DDT, a toxic pesticide, took 30 years to be removed from the market. Glyphosate, fluoride, sodium nitrate, and saccharin are still used in the food and water supply, despite significant health concerns. Biosolids are repurposed sewage waste used as fertilizer to grow our food. Dent corn is an inedible, GMO field corn used to make over 4000 different products, such as animal feed, high-fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, modified food starch, synthetic vitamin C, and seed oils. It is not heart-healthy and causes inflammation in the body. Are carbs essential? No! This is the biggest food lie and the most damaging. Most chronic diseases in the US are caused directly by high-carbohydrate diets. Lowering your carb intake can produce the most significant health benefits. Keto is attacked because it works! A keto diet can help reverse type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, mood disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and more. Most Americans have at least one chronic disease. Our dietary guidelines should include a low-carb diet as an option. Although the guidelines are often ignored by the general public, doctors can be penalized for recommending diets outside of them. The #1 Vitamin Depleting Food in the World

Find out why refined starches are the #1 vitamin-depleting food in the world. In this video, I’ll explain the critical role of vitamin B1 in the metabolism of refined starches. Learn to spot the signs of a vitamin B1 deficiency before they wreak havoc on your life! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Refined starches 0:47 Refined starches and vitamin deficiency 2:02 Vitamin B1 deficiency symptoms 4:33 What causes B1 deficiency? 5:02 Best food sources of vitamin B1 5:40 Magnesium deficiency and refined starches More videos on vitamin B1: ▶️ • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) Deficiency Signs, Sy... ▶️ • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) Deficiency: The "Gre... ▶️ • Vitamin B1 and SUGAR Experiment: WARNING ▶️ • Benfotiamine (Fat-Soluble B1): Benefits an... Refined starches include rice flour, tapioca flour, corn flour, modified corn starch, maltodextrin, and modified food starch. Certain nutrients are required to metabolize refined starch and turn it into energy. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is vital to this process. Refined starches are much higher on the glycemic index (GI) than sugar—this scale tells you how fast a food can raise blood sugar. Sugar is a 74 on the GI, while refined starches like maltodextrin are 180! Vitamin B1 is not stored in the body in large amounts, so consuming refined starches can quickly cause you to become deficient. Symptoms of vitamin B1 deficiency include: •Fatigue •GI problems (slow digestion, bloating, constipation, nausea) •Low stomach acid •Low bile •Stress •Nervous tension •Insomnia •Frequent mood swings •Muscle twitches •Breathing problems Much of the refined starch broken down into glucose in the body can not be used as energy, so it’s converted into lactic acid. This decreases oxygen in the body and makes it more acidic, which can cause hyperventilation and restless legs syndrome. Along with diet, the following factors can also contribute to vitamin B1 deficiency: •Alcohol •Tea •Coffee •Raw fish •Gut issues •Metformin •Excessive exercise Meat, especially pork, is the best food source of vitamin B1. Liver, eggs, and sunflower seeds are also good sources. Refined grains are often fortified with synthetic B vitamins, which you should avoid. If you want to supplement vitamin B1, look for the natural form called allithiamine. Benfotiamine is also a good supplement form of vitamin B1. Magnesium is an important cofactor involved in turning starches into energy. If you don’t have enough magnesium, vitamin B1 won’t work. Magnesium helps control calcium in the body. Symptoms of low magnesium include: •Muscle spasms •Calcium buildup •Kidney stones •High blood pressure •Palpitations •High cortisol •Trouble sleeping •Tremors •Muscle weakness •Migraines Magnesium glycinate is the most absorbable form of magnesium! --- Learn more about your ad choices. Today, I want to cover ten causes of exhaustion and a few natural things you can do for exhaustion. I have a lot of personal experience with this issue, and I want to share what I’ve learned to help you. One of the best things to do for exhaustion is to isolate when it started and then think about what happened just before. Maybe you changed your diet, were under a lot of stress, or started a new medication. This can help give you clues as to what’s causing your exhaustion. It’s simple but effective. The most common causes of exhaustion or fatigue: 1. Medication side effects 2. Running your body on the wrong fuel 3. Poor sleep 4. Hidden infection 5. Post-COVID fatigue 6. Keto fatigue 7. Anemia 8. Low thyroid 9. Mycoplasma 10. Autoimmune disease Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Watch this video to learn how to eliminate flabby arm fat and improve your overall upper-body strength. DATA: https://youtu.be/Y346900i9qE https://youtu.be/rUD7Gml5Veo https://youtu.be/-_TyvArPYJo 0:00 Introduction: Understanding the root cause of flabby arm fat 0:31 Sarcopenia and age-related muscle loss 1:02 The role of fascia in maintaining arm shape and function 2:57 The importance of functional exercises 3:13 Recommended arm workout videos to enhance fascial health and muscle strength Flabby arms can be a frustrating problem for many individuals, especially as they age. The loss of muscle mass and strength in this area can not only affect physical appearance but also limit daily activities and overall quality of life. In addition to sarcopenia, the process of age-related muscle loss, flabby arms can also be caused by weakened fascia. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and other structures in the body. Without proper maintenance and movement, it can become tight or restricted, leading to a decreased range of motion and weakness in the associated muscles. This is why targeting both the muscles and fascia is crucial for effectively improving flabby arms. Functional exercises, which involve multi-joint movements that mimic everyday tasks, are key to targeting muscle and fascial health. Working multiple muscles and joints at once helps strengthen and activate the surrounding fascia, which can lead to tighter, more toned arms with improved strength and function. To incorporate exercises into your routine to help improve the fascia, I recommend trying out the three workout videos linked above. These videos focus on a variety of movements that target the arms, shoulders, and fascia for a well-rounded approach to flabby arm reduction. Forget Getting ANY Vitamin A from Carrots

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/4b8g8r5 Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. Consuming carrots isn't the best way to get the benefits of vitamin A. Learn more! 0:00 Introduction: Do carrots have a lot of vitamin A? 0:14 Pre-vitamin A vs. active vitamin A 1:32 Foods rich in vitamin A 2:07 Are carrots keto-friendly? 5:05 Learn more about fiber and insulin! Which has more vitamin A: 40 pounds of carrots or three ounces of beef liver? It turns out that beef liver is a better source of vitamin A. Carrots have a lot of pre-vitamin A, called beta-carotene. The active form of vitamin A is called retinol. Beta-carotene has to convert into retinol to become active, but the conversion rate isn’t very high. The best sources of beta-carotene are plant-based, and the best sources of retinol are animal-based. To get the vitamin A your body needs, it’s important to consume animal sources that have the active form of vitamin A, retinol. Foods high in vitamin A (retinol): • Beef liver • Cod liver and cod liver oil • Egg yolk • Butter Beta-carotene is a great nutrient, but you can’t get all of the vitamin A benefits you need from beta-carotene. So, what about carrots? Are carrots keto-friendly? Carrots are higher on the glycemic index, but they have a lot of fiber, making the sugar less of a problem. So, yes, you can have carrots on keto. But keep in mind that carrot juice doesn’t have very much fiber and shouldn’t be consumed on the keto diet. Today we’re going to talk about natural alternatives for dyspareunia. This condition can cause pain during intercourse, pelvic exams, and horse riding, or while inserting a tampon or sitting too long. My opinion is that this condition is typically caused by oxalates in the vaginal area. Oxalates can form crystals that can look like razor blades and are behind other conditions, as well, like kidney stones and gout. Thankfully, there are natural remedies for dyspareunia and certain foods that may be helpful. You may also want to avoid high-oxalate foods for a while to help determine if oxalates could be involved. High-oxalate foods to avoid if you have dyspareunia: • Spinach • Beets • Grains • Beans • Potatoes • Almonds • Peanuts • Kiwi • Wheat germ • Soy • Xylitol • Blackberries • Chocolate • Eggplant • Black pepper • Swiss chard • Rhubarb • Figs • Turmeric Try consuming dairy with any of the above foods to help reduce the effects of oxalates. Foods that are okay to consume if you have dyspareunia: • Meat • Fish • Seafood • Eggs • Dairy • Fats • Arugula • Cabbage • Avocado • Cauliflower • Lettuce • Saturated fats The best natural remedies for dyspareunia: 1. Vitamin B6 (P5P form) 2. Calcium citrate (before bed) 3. NAG (n-acetyl-glucosamine) 4. 6 Things You Don't Know about Vitamins

Are vitamins healthy? Learn the truth about vitamins. 0:00 Introduction: The truth about vitamins 0:10 Six things you don't know about vitamins 5:55 Check out my video on the most nutrient-dense foods! Today, I want to cover a few things you might not know about vitamin supplements. Vitamin supplements can be very beneficial as long as you understand a few things about them first. I believe natural whole food vitamins are much more beneficial than synthetic vitamins to support a healthy body. Certain synthetic vitamins can be okay in specific circumstances, like for a detox. But, I don't think they are good long-term solutions. When it comes to the supplements I create, I put a lot of focus and attention on the ingredients and even the source of the ingredients. Six surprising facts about vitamins: 1. Most mega vitamin companies are owned by Big Pharma, chemical companies, or food manufacturing companies 2. 95% of vitamins sold are made synthetically by chemical companies 3. China is the largest exporter of vitamin C and vitamin B1 4. The vitamin studies that show an increased risk for cancer use synthetics 5. Whole food concentrates are more complete and are more bioavailable despite having lower amounts of vitamins 6. Medical doctors only get about 25 hours, on average, of training on nutrition Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Let’s talk about the best foods for anxiety. First off, are stress and anxiety the same thing? Not really. You could have anxiety along with stress and even panic attacks, but they’re not all the same. Stress vs. panic attacks vs. anxiety: • Stress - External pressure that’s out of your control. • Panic - High levels of severe fear. • Anxiety - Worry and fixation on problems without a solution. Everyone has their specific limit or tolerance for anxiety. But, if you’re deficient in certain nutrients, your stress and anxiety tolerance will be low. These foods won’t fix the problems causing anxiety or get rid of anxiety, but they will help you cope with anxiety much better. Microbes greatly influence your nervous system and regulate your hormones. Your microbiome makes neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and noradrenaline. Your microbes also make essential vitamins, including B vitamins, that help you deal with stress and anxiety. Common comfort foods and drinks like carbs and alcohol can deplete vitamin B1, which is an important vitamin for dealing with anxiety. Sugar and carbohydrates also feed a type of microbe that doesn’t produce anything beneficial for you and, instead, gives you inflammation. Ultimately, these foods cause more anxiety and stress. The two best foods for anxiety, stress, and panic attacks: 1. Probiotic foods • Kefir • Kimchi • Sauerkraut • Pickles • Raw vegetables 2. Nutritional yeast (non-fortified) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
