Dr. Mier completed undergraduate studies at Albion College, then received his dental degree from University of Detroit in 1984. His journey to orofacial pain primarily began as a patient looking for answers, and eventually led to the craniofacial pain center at Tufts University. He completed a one-year fellowship, and then completed a Masters program in 2011. Subsequently he joined the faculty and was eventually the director of postgraduate education in orofacial pain. He returned to full-time private practice in 2015 to the present. William Ben Johnson is an endodontist, inventor, entrepreneur, educator and philanthropist. He has received several awards such as the 2004 President's Award from the American Association of Endodontists and the 2000 Louis I Grossman Award from the French Endodontic Society. Dr. Block lives and practices in the town of Acton, Massachusettes about 30 minutes west of Boston. He received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tulane University in 1997, where he was a walk-on for the Division 1 tennis team. Commander Corinne Devin was born overseas and lived in six different military bases while her father CDR (retired) Robert F. Devin served in the Dental Corp. Nine generations of a distinguished Naval family preceded Corinne and inspired her to pursue a career in the United States Navy. She deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009 with United States Navy to Al Asad, Iraq and has enjoyed her travel to over 50 countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Her professional education consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from St. Mary's College, Doctorate of Dental Medicine from University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Master's Degree in Oral Biology from Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program and board certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. CDR Devin is the Department Head of Dental Specialties and the sole orthodontic provider where she proudly serves the military active duty and their families at United States Naval Hospital Sigonella. Dr. Fonseca came to the U.S from Cuba after attending dental school at age 21. Upon arriving he immediately decided to continue studying dentistry. He attended the University of Florida where he got a Bachelor of Sciences in Microbiology. Then he went to Dental School at Indiana University where he got his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1989. Since then, Dr. Fonseca has opened three dental practices from scratch and he attributes his success to choosing great locations, owning the real state, working hard and providing 24 hours emergency service. He enjoys taking dental courses and attending dental conventions in the US and other countries.
