SAVANNAH GUTHRIE MOM MISSING: DAY 9
Will today's ransom deadline be met for the return of Nancy Guthrie? Experts suggest the two ransom notes using separate deadlines show extensive planning and an attempt to control the investigation. As investigators attempt to determine the veracity of the notes, the Guthrie family is forced to treat the notes as real. The replies also share insight into the content of the notes. In their first posted video response, the Guthries asked for "proof of life." The family's third reply no longer seeks this proof and says, "We will pay." NICU NURSE FROM HELL TAKES SWEETHEART PLEA DEAL AFTER BREAKING BONES OF MULTIPLE NEWBORNS
Erin Strotman, a former 27-year-old NICU nurse initially facing 20 charges, gets a sweetheart deal after pleading no contest to nine charges of child abuse. The abuse came to light when Henrico County Police Detective Megan Lynch responded to Henrico Doctors' Hospital regarding a 5-month-old male in the NICU, found with a fractured left femur. Further examination revealed the child also had a fractured right tibia and multiple rib fractures. Investigators noted similarities between the injuries and those suffered by four males in the NICU during the previous summer. Following the earlier unexplained injuries, the hospital installed surveillance cameras throughout the NICU. Detective Lynch reviewed the surveillance footage and reported her findings. On November 10, Nurse Erin Strotman was recorded in the room with the baby identified as "Y.H." in hospital records. The footage showed Strotman grabbing Y.H. by the legs and applying pressure, placing her weight on them, and pushing the baby's legs backward until his feet reached his head. The video shows Y.H. crying and appearing to be distressed. Seven potential abuse cases are now under investigation, and police say more may be uncovered. Henrico County investigators are reviewing hundreds of hours of surveillance footage to piece together the events. Reports indicate that at least three affected families attended Strotman's court appearance. One father, speaking publicly, stated that another couple reported their child had suffered 12 fractures. Strotman has been formally charged in one baby's case, with the investigation ongoing. Her public defender stated that she has not yet entered a plea. Strotman remains in custody without bail, and her next court appearance is set for March 24. CHARLIE KIRK ALLEGED ASSASSIN TREATS HIMSELF TO A STEAK DINNER JUST HOURS AFTER GUNNING DOWN HUSBAND AND FATHER KIRK
A Utah restaurant owner says accused killer Tyler Robinson treated himself to a steak dinner just hours after allegedly assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Robinson reportedly sat alone and kept to himself. Throughout the investigation, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed the FBI has investigated several “conspiracy theories” about Charlie Kirk’s murder that circulated online. They include theories about possible accomplices, the authenticity of the text conversation between Robinson and his roommate, the bullet’s trajectory, and even why Kirk, who normally wears black, was clad in white that day. Online sleuths also have hang-ups on the bullet's trajectory, since clear video of the shooting is still widely available online. Social media users of the younger generations are also questioning the authenticity of Robinson’s text messages to his “surprised” romantic partner. Gen Z influencers say most single 22-year-olds do not speak in full sentences over text and point out several examples of odd grammar from Robinson. They also question why Robinson writes his father was ‘MAGA’ like he’s mentioning it for the first time, and how Robinson’s roommate could have watched him engrave bullets and not ask questions. Robinson and his roommate, Lance Twiggs, were known recluses, rarely seen leaving their home except for work and school. However, neighbors noticed an unusual amount of traffic on their street in the weeks leading up to the shooting; many of them were marked with out-of-state plates. Robinson’s sickening porn search history surfaces. Robinson earned an award on Steam for frequently playing ‘Furry Shades of Gay,’ a collection of ‘choose-your-own adventure’ sex scenes between humanoid animal characters. On furaffinity.com, Robinson follows RedRusker, a controversial artist who previously published “cub porn” between a clearly adult character and an 8-year-old “possum.” Over 200,000 people gathered in Arizona for Charlie Kirk’s memorial over the weekend. Several people memorialized Kirk in powerful speeches, including his wife and both vice presidents. Vance and President Trump, Turning Point Faith’s Pastor Rob McCoy, and several other close friends. KOHBERGER TO SUE? DID HE ACT ALONE? DEMANDS BETTER JAIL?
Bryan Kohberger’s incessant complaints are driving Idaho prison staff to possible drastic measures. The now 31-year-old threatens to harm himself over other inmates' harassment, and writes formal complaints about his access to commissary items and the quality of his food, down to the “type of bananas” served to him in his cell. Inside sources claim IDOC officials are so fed up with Kohberger’s “diva” antics, they’ve approached several states to try to see if he can be transferred elsewhere. Meanwhile, speculation continues that Kohberger did not murder alone due to the injuries caused to the victims. Unsealed records detail that Kaylee was stabbed roughly 38 times as she slept next to Maddie, stabbed 28 times. Ethan suffers 17 sharp force wounds while he sleeps, but Xana, clearly awake, is stabbed 67 times as she fights for her life. Xana is the only victim with blood on her feet, indicating she stood or sat upright during the attack. Kaylee and Maddie both died as a result of their stab wounds, but Kaylee also suffered asphyxial and blunt force injuries to her head. Kaylee was stabbed in her face, head, and neck at least 24 times, 11 times in the chest, and three more times in her arms. Some of the stabs punctured the outer table of her skull and perforated her subclavian artery and vein, causing hemorrhaging in her chest. She also suffered injuries to her teeth and tongue. Investigators say Kaylee might have been attacked with more than just the Kabar knife. Maddie is stabbed in her face, head, and neck 13 times; in her arms 10 times; and five times in her chest, causing wounds to her lung and liver, and perforations of her subclavian vein and artery. Maddie’s septum was sliced and her tongue perforated. HELLFIRE: MONIQUE TEPE, HUSBAND, SHOT 16 TIMES, HIT FACE, CHEEK & THROAT
Autopsies for Spencer and Monique Tepe are complete, and show a much different scene of the murders than previously thought. Early reports indicated Monique was shot once in the chest, and Spencer was shot more than once, with three shell casings found at the scene. In fact, the killer unloaded a full clip, 16 rounds, and both were shot in the head: Monique in her right cheek, and Spencer in his left ear. A total of 16 gunshot wounds are discovered. A standard magazine for a handgun holds 15 to 17 rounds, depending on the size of the bullet. Spencer and Monique likely died within "seconds to minutes" of being shot. The injuries suffered and the trajectories of bullets indicate some movement by Spencer and Monique; the range of fire is indeterminate, and there is no way to tell in which order the injuries are inflicted. EPSTEIN QUERY, YOU'RE THE DEVIL HIMSELF? DAMNING DOC-DUMP REVEALS EPSTEIN'S 29 TRAFFICKING 'BUDDIES?'
More than a month after the Transparency Act’s deadline, the DOJ released three million pages of Jeffrey Epstein case files, 2,000 videos, and 180,000 pictures. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche says nearly twice that amount of pages were collected as “potentially responsive” to the act. Still, in the process of review, redaction, and de-duplication, it was whittled to the nearly 3.5 million pages now made public. Not all videos and images were taken by Epstein or someone around him. They include large quantities of commercial pornography and images that were seized from Epstein's devices, but which he did not take. The files include 2019 FBI emails suggesting 10 possible Epstein co-conspirators. The correspondence indicates 6 of those participants have served subpoenas: three in Florida, and one each from Boston, New York City, and Connecticut. The only unredacted names in the file? ‘Maxwell’ and ‘Wexner,’ possibly referring to former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner. Wexner, who had a public friendship with Epstein, said in 2019 he was "embarrassed" by his ties to the financier. His lawyers claim Wexner was “neither a co-conspirator nor a target” of that investigation. LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE STAR BREAKS COVER AFTER SEX CHARGES: WHAT DID SHE KNOW?
Julia Roberts' sister-in-law says Timothy Busfield is a creep who sexually harassed and humiliated her. She also says Busfield is like a rapist who compulsively and indiscriminately targets women. Eliza Roberts, wife of Eric Roberts, went out of her way to volunteer a statement supporting a 17-year-old girl accusing Busfield of sexual harassment on the set of the movie Little Big League in 1994. Eliza Roberts sees an article about a teenage girl who worked with Busfield on the film set, accusing Busfield of lewd and harassing behavior. Roberts says she was stunned to hear it, "because the same thing happened to me with him". The 17-year-old girl on the set of Little Big Leagues says Busfield invited her to his trailer, gave her alcohol, andpropositioned her. Roberts expresses regret that she did not take stronger action during her own encounter with Busfield. Fearing negative publicity, Roberts says these things can mushroom and get big; she did not want to be taken away from her children, husband, or her own career. Meanwhile, Busfield's attorney, Amber Fayerberg, calls the parents of his current accusers, scammers out for revenge when their child actor sons lost their roles on a TV show. 'HOT' KILLER-NANNY POSTS SEXY BATHTUB SELFIES WITH MARRIED IRS AGENT BANFIELD BEFORE WIFE MURDERED: Verdict In
Brendan Banfield and au pair Juliana Magalhães carry on an affair for months. Banfield begins creating the murder plan after telling Magalhães he wants to get rid of his wife and divorce is not an option. He doesn't want to spend the money, nor does he want to share custody of their 4-year-old daughter. The jury has heard the murder plan Banfield came up with...a home invasion that involves giving Magalhaes a gun and instructing her to call Christine's phone when Joseph Ryan enters the home. Magalhaes is then supposed to call Banfield as he waits at a McDonald's near the home. Peres Magalhaes says Banfield changes his regular routine leading up to the murders so it would not seem out of routine for him to be at the McDonald's at that time of the morning. GLAM MORNING TV ANCHOR DEEMED "TOO INSANE" TO BE TRIED IN BRUTAL STABBING DEATH OF 81-YO MOM
Angelynn "Angie" Mock, a former TV news anchor, has been ruled mentally unfit to stand trial for the murder of her 80-year-old mother. Court records revealed that Mock suffers from schizophrenia. Mock has been ordered to a state psychiatric hospital for treatment. Shortly after 7:40 a.m., Alyssa Castro and her boyfriend are in their car in their south Wichita neighborhood when a neighbor waves them down. As the woman approaches, they see what appears to be blood on the woman's hands. The woman asks to borrow a phone to call 911, then takes off with the phone back into a house. A 911 dispatch reveals a possible stabbing and relays a message to first responders that a woman says that it happened in her home. Dispatch relays information that the person calling says the stabbing was in self-defense. She was trying to save herself from her mother. Arriving at the home at 7:52 a.m., Wichita police find a woman outside the house with cuts on her hands and blood on her clothing. Inside the house, they find 81-year-old Anita Avers unresponsive in her bed with multiple stab wounds. Both women are taken to the hospital. Luigi Mangione Skates Death Penalty
A federal judge has dismissed the death penalty-eligible murder and weapons charges against Luigi Mangione, accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The judge ruled they did not constitute crimes of violence. This removes the death penalty. Federal stalking charges remain, with a trial set to potentially begin in October 2026 after jury selection in September. There is also a push for state murder charges. Also happening surrounding Mangione: a Minnesota man is arrested after trying to break the accused killer free. Mark Anderson reportedly presented himself at a New York federal jail claiming to be an FBI agent. He said he had a court order to release Mangione. HELL PIX: HORROR PHOTOS INSIDE IDAHO MURDERS AFTER KOHBERGER SLAUGHTERS STUDENTS, PARENTS SUE
Family members of Bryan Kohberger's victims are shocked by the new release of graphic crime scene photos with little warning. Kaylee Gonsalves' parents say they were made aware of it just hours before. The redacted photos show the bedrooms where the murders took place, clearly showing blood spatter on the walls, blood dripping on the beds, and blood smears on the floor where a battle of life and death took place. As it turned out, three of the photos showed body parts and the victims, and had to be taken down by the police. The families of Kaylee, Madison, Xana, and Ethan have filed a lawsuit against WSU, claiming the killings should not and would not have occurred if Washington State University had acted on multiple complaints about Kohberger's inappropriate, predatory, and menacing behavior, the suit seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial for negligence and the wrongful deaths of their loved ones. The 126-page complaint alleges WSU is at fault for bringing Kohberger to the Pullman-Moscow area, where they accepted him into their criminal justice program and hired him as a teaching assistant. Within weeks of Kohberger's arrival, WSU knew there were accusations of Kohberger's threatening, stalking, and predatory behavior led to more than a dozen formal complaints being filed about Kohberger. The families say WSU failed by not taking action and following up on the complaints about Kohberger, ignoring the warning signs that allowed Kohberger's behavior to escalate unchecked. The families claim, "On November 13, 2022, a foreseeable - and, in fact, predictable - tragedy occurred when Kohberger entered the bedrooms of four undergraduate students and violently stabbed them to death. These deaths should not and would not have occurred if WSU had acted appropriately." As the lawsuit heads to court, Kohberger's sister gives an exclusive interview discussing how the family is hurting. Prosecutors claim Miller is a flight risk, citing a large safe, silver pieces, and valuable baseball cards found in Miller’s home as means to flee, in addition to access to a private plane. The judge sides with U.S. attorneys, setting Miller’s bond at $100,000 and ordering Miller must surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor. He also interfered with Mica’s daily activities. The indictment specifies that the firearm used by McKee was equipped with a muffler or suppressor, commonly referred to as a "silencer." McKee also faces an additional charge of aggravated burglary for allegedly breaking into the Tepe home to commit the murders. Police say McKee is the person captured on video walking in the alley behind the Tepe home between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. the morning of the murders. Using license plate reader data and surveillance technology, detectives track McKee's vehicle traveling approximately 325 miles from Illinois to Columbus, Ohio, arriving shortly before the murders and leaving soon after. Investigators have yet to mention a motive for the murders, labeling the killings as "domestic violence-related." McKee and Monique were married for a short period of time and have been divorced since 2017, but a clerical error caused the divorce case to receive a new hearing date, appearing on the docket for this past June and showing a trial date for September, just three months before the murders. When court officials determine it is a clerical error, the court date for September is cancelled.
