Connecting with athletes is hard. It is also extremely rewarding. In this week's episode we speak with Dr. Scott Goldman about an assessment tool called the AIQ. Dr. Goldman created this tool to help coaches learn how their athletes learn.In doing so, coaches can connect with and educate their athletes at a higher level.I took the assessment myself and it takes roughly 20-30 minutes to complete on an iPad. It was better than a standard multiple choice exam and had some fun parts. Nathan Kiley is a strength and conditioning coach and speed and rehabilitation coach at the Brisbane Broncos in Australia's National Rugby League.
