Jess worked at Michigan, Purdue, and Penn State after going to school at Indiana and Michigan. This former B1G strength and conditioning coach has left the college world of S&C to work in the private sector. Money was the driving factor for this. Not that she was money hungry, but in the private S&C world people respect your time and money more than in college.
