Coming from an entrepreneurial family Savio decided that it was time he "started his own thing”. After initially wasting 6 months talking to franchisors, he started Oakville Butler and Office Boys a residential and commercial cleaning company. The plan was to scale up quickly by hiring the best people and having systems in place. 3yrs later whilst he was scrubbing the toilet of one his clients' homes because nobody showed up to work, Savio realized that something had to change. Luckily for him, Tony Robbins was in town along with Pitbull and a host of others at the Real Estate Wealth Expo and the rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward 2 years and Savio is a full-time real estate investor with a niche of his own. As far as we are aware, he is the only Canadian, investing in Detroit whilst still living in Canada.
