Turned a triplex fire into a turn around project with a $300,000 dollar upside Closed on a 12,000 ft church for $12/sq ft., Picked up a multifamily building for $5000 (in Canada, not Detroit!) Bought a 10-acre parcel of land in a prime area for development for $26k / acre Has done ZERO money down real estate, Large Credits on Closing, Vendor Take Back Mortgages, and to boot has represented Canada Internationally as an athlete going as far as the Olympic Trials for Weightlifting.
