In 1997, Paul launched Morgan Stanley Mortgage Servicing, then Europe’s first CMBS servicer. During the years that past he ran similar departments for Deutsche Bank’s and CBRE. In 2013, together with Ravi Joseph, Paul founded Mount Street, and has been Global Head of Financial & Business Services since inception prior to becoming CEO of Mount Street Group.In this episode, Paul shares how he began a career in banking, and how he established himself in some of the largest investment banks in the industry. This evening I am sat with Professor Sadie Morgan OBE, founding director of Stirling Prize-winning architecture practice dRMM, alongside Alex, Philip and latterly joined by Jonas, Judith and Saskia. Sadie’s involved in a number of advisory roles including chairing the Independent Design Panel for High Speed Two, and a series of accolades including but not limited to being the youngest ever president of the Architectural Association, New Londoner of the Year by the NLA in 2017, Female Architectural Leader of the Year at the BD awards and AJ100 Contribution to the Profession. In the New Years' Honours 2020 she was awarded an OBE by the Queen for services to design advocacy in the built environment. This evening I get to sit down with Californian native JP Newman, CEO of Thrive FP based in Austin, Texas. JP tells a great story of his career from pre-law at UCLA to being an executive at a children’s toy company to Sony production and producing his own films. This evening I am sat with Kate Ives, Strategic Director at Countryside Partnerships South.
