This evening I am joined by Rob Deck, Executive Vice President and Head of Development, Google Development Ventures at Lendlease. Rob is no stranger to major projects, he has 30 years of experience in some of the world's most significant developments. Having led development teams for Athlete's Village for London 2012, Elephant Park London, Darling Harbour Sydney, Bangaroo South Sydney he is now in Silicon Valley leading the development of a new project in partnership with Google.
During our conversation, Rob talks about the importance of building the right teams, how to manage those teams, the benefits of saying yes to new opportunities and how his mindset has changed on key personal topics such as success.
