This evening I am sat with Sascha Lewin, CEO of W.RE a London-based commercial developer and retrofit enthusiast. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience Sascha founded W.RE in 2013 with a clear focus on value added investment opportunities. Prior to establishing W.RE Sascha was a partner at Stenham Property. In this real estate PE fund, he managed value-added strategies with a volume in excess of £1.5bn across Germany, USA, Switzerland and the UK.
Sascha tells a great story of a non-real estate native; how the entrepreneur flames were lit and how he measures success for the future business.
