The two most predictable Award ceremonies have been & gone. Predictable, but for different reasons.We begin the show with The BAFTAs (2:08) which is predictable for hailing British films (As they should) but to the point where it was a bit too much. You will hear "The Favourite" a lot...I also talk about the severe lack of giving screenwriters credit, something I hope to eradicate when I make it to that level .Then we get to the Grammys (19:38) which is predictable for its glaring lack of actually awarding artistic achievement and just going for the most popular pick... Or the politically correct one... Or one that just doesn't make sense. It's been a trash week. I had a show in London that I couldn't get to because public transport bottled it. I've lost heating in my house for a week. BUT AT LEAST THE TOPICS ARE POSITIVE... Ah... Award SZN is nearly upon us! So I celebrate that fact in the only way I know how.
