S1 Ep 808#808 I Am - Kute Blackson
This first half of this chat with Kute Blackson was interesting and enjoyable but it was in the second half, that the famous preacher’s kid from Ghana, who grew up in England and now lives in the U.S., let loose with some inspiration, insight and podcast gold. I literally just sat there listening and almost forgot I needed to fill in the gaps when he stopped speaking. Having spoken to an audience of 3,000 at age 8 and not stopping since, has seen him become a beloved inspirational speaker and transformational teacher. He is author of the bestselling book You.Are.The.One. and The Magic of Surrender, he is widely considered the next generation leader in the field of personal development and he has been featured on Larry King Now, Fox and Friends and Dr. Drew. ‘Inc’ magazine calls him ‘The Mindfulness Guru Billionaires Go To For Advice’. S1 Ep 807#807 Getting Paid to Say Stuff - Harps (PT2)
Most of my income comes via speaking to humans. In auditoriums with big groups. In boardrooms with small groups. At sporting clubs with athletes. With first responders. The general public. Students. Fitness and health professionals. Corporates. On podcasts. On Zoom calls with organisations around the world. Online workshops. And in the past, lots of radio. This episode is a brief snapshot of some of the lessons, challenges and insights gleaned from a very long (and continuing) journey of getting paid to say stuff. Based on what you do or want to do, some of you will find this helpful and valuable and hopefully, the rest of you might find it interesting. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 805#805 The Importance Of Belonging - Dr. Lauren Burns
Dr. Lauren Burns (OAM) is an Olympic gold medallist, who is not impressed with my grade five egg and spoon race victory. Lauren won Australia's first Olympic gold medal in taekwondo at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, competing in the women's under 49 kg class. Apart from having earned a PhD and being a 3rd dan black belt, Olympic champion and straight-up Lady Ninja, I’m pretty sure I could take her. But then, I’m delusional. Seriously, this was a fun chat with a super down-to-earth woman, who shares great stories, insights and inspiration. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 804#804 Losing Ourselves in the Service of Others - Michol Dalcourt
Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognised leader in health and human performance. He is the founder of the Institute of Motion, inventor of ViPR PRO (a big deal), a former Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco, a fitness industry superstar (he wouldn’t say that) and an old Mate of mine, who consults with companies like Equinox, Microsoft and Nike. Apart from all that impressive stuff, he’s just a ripping human with great insight, passion, compassion and drive to help people. When I say “hang out with people who drag you up”, for me, Michol is one of those people. Enjoy. instituteofmotion.com@micholdalcourtSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 803#803 Superstitious Pigeons - David Gillespie
“You’re probably an addict”, David Gillespie informed me during this chat. He seems to think I may have a slight predisposition to obsess, overdo and deny. But.. pfft, what does he know? As always, this was an informative, fun and thought-provoking chat. Among other things, we spoke about Aussies being the biggest gamblers in the world (per capita), how profitable people’s addictions can be (for others), uncertainty, expectation and dopamine, how pigeons can develop superstitions (for real), my recent ten-day obsession to a game in my phone (I had to delete it) and lots more. Enjoy. davidgillespie.orgSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 802#802 A PhD In Lego - Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie
Apart from being a multi award-winning designer, researcher, columnist, keynote speaker and Certified Facilitator of Lego (a methodology used by global brands like IKEA, Virgin and Samsung to boost innovation, creativity, human connection and problem solving), Dr. Kate (who has an actual PhD) is also a conversational breath of fresh air. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 801#801 Murderers I Have Known - Judith Fordham
Judith Fordham is a high-octane, high-energy, blunt, direct, take-no-BS, funny and fascinating success story. She has worn zebra-print shoes to court, represented bikers, alleged murderers, armed robbers and rapists and raised four children on her own. Once a battered wife who struggled to feed her family, she is now one of Western Australia’s best known criminal lawyers. She is also an expert in forensic science, an internationally known jury researcher and a successful author. Oh, and she began her law degree as a single thirty-year-old mum, with three of her four kids, younger than five (in the old days when online study didn’t exist). Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 800#800 Grape-Vining & Short Shorts - Greg Sellar
This was something of a trip down memory lane (fitness lane?) because like me, Greg Sellar is an old-school fitness bloke. Back when I was wearing short shorts, writing exercise programs and teaching people how to lift heavy things, Greg was travelling the globe as one of the world’s premiere Group Exercise teachers, grape-vining, box-stepping and step-touching his way around fifty-five countries. These days (also like me) he’s shifted into the corporate speaking and coaching space and doing some great work. This was like catching up with a more coordinated, better looking and better dancing version of me. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 799#799 Optimising Your Body - Harps & Tiff (PT2)
For this episode of TYP Tiff and I explored the multidimensional process of optimising our body. It’s not so much a prescription, as it is a conversation around the numerous variables that impact, influence and ultimately, determine our health. Enjoy!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 797#797 Coach Goes To Heaven - Harps & Tiff
Last week Tiff’s best mate (Coach the six year-old wonder whippet) went to the Vet for a very minor operation on her toe and tragically passed away under anaesthetic. Exactly a week later (almost to the minute), Tiff and I sat down to debrief on one of the saddest weeks of her life. Our chat is a little sad in places but honestly, it’s not depressing, neither of us cried (amazingly) and we even have a laugh and some feel-good moments. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 796#796 Me, But Better - Matt Church
Matt Church is like a better version of me. Craig 2.0, perhaps. He is a leadership expert, author of 13 books, founder of Thought Leaders, recognised as one of the best professional speakers on the planet and most importantly, he’s a kind, generous and conscious human who swung the vulnerability door wide open for our chat. At the risk of being presumptuous, I’m guessing that this episode will resonate with many of you. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 795#795 Work Kinder - Anna Sheppard
I absolutely loved this chat and loved Anna. Smart. Funny. Fascinating. And super kind. She is the Founder and CEO of Bambuddha Group who believe the power of Kindness is world changing. With a deep commitment for creating equality based on her lived experience, Anna began Bambuddha Group to empower corporate leaders and their teams on how to ‘work kinder’. Anna grew up in a caravan park on the northeast coast of England and is one of five sisters, several of whom have physical and learning disabilities. As a child, Anna spent most of her childhood fighting prejudice and finally went into the care system for a short time before braving the world alone, at the young age of 16. As a neurodiverse gay person, fitting into the various systems in life has always been a challenge. The good news? Anna was lucky enough to have found and understood her ‘why’ from a young age. Early life experiences helped her develop a strong passion for equality and a vision for change. Despite having ADHD and Dyslexia, Anna worked tirelessly putting herself through college, university and a master’s degree. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 794#794 A Long Cold Walk - John Cantor
John Cantor is an adventurer, thrill-seeker and explorer of human limits, who achieved his long-held dream of traversing the Brooks Range solo; a 1,600 km expedition across Arctic Alaska, considered to be one of the toughest solo expeditions on earth. Almost completely devoid of human presence, this environment is full of grizzly bears, wolves and countless other animals. With no previous experience and only blind self-belief, this young surfer from Noosa Heads set himself a near-impossible goal. There were only four documented solo traverses of the range prior to this, all of whom were Americans. After failing on three successive attempts in three consecutive years, John realised he was banging his head against a brick wall, so he took a year off and adopted a completely different approach to the expedition. He broke it down into little battles and worked on perfecting each element. John finally completed the expedition in 31-and-a-half days, setting a speed record for the traverse. During this time, John also battled chronic knee and back injuries, severe anxiety and huge financial costs, working up to three jobs at a time. John’s expedition was featured on the ABC’s Australian Story. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 793#793 Mrs Einstein was the Genius - Dr. Ken Mogi
Ken Mogi is a Japanese neuroscientist, senior researcher at the Sony Computer Science Laboratories and a visiting professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has written more than a hundred books (what!) on a range of topics, including brain science, philosophy, history, art, education and linguistics and I loved chatting with him. Apart from being an accomplished academic, author, speaker and media performer, he’s also funny, cheeky and has incredible energy. In this episode, we speak about Ninja and Samurai (types) and it turns out that I’m a Ninja, not a Samurai. More introvert, than extravert. And yes, anecdotal evidence would suggest otherwise. Shy little wallflower that I am. Oh, and in breaking news… Einstein’s first wife (Mrs Einstein) was the smart one. Who knew? Okay, he went alright as well. Not surprisingly, we also chatted about all-things brain, mind, human behaviour and consciousness. And also, Mozart’s sister. Apparently, she was as talented as her brother. Again, who knew? Enjoy. S1 Ep 792#792 Your Past - Tommy & Harps
This is a conversation with Tommy about your past. And mine. And his. We talk about the relationship we have (in the present) with the events, outcomes and experiences of our past. We consider the impact (good and bad) of our historical events. The lessons and insights. The blessings and the damage done. The resultant anxiety and over-thinking. The resilience, awareness and skill gained. We talk about reframing; a different mental representation (or story) of things past. We consider how our past can live (a present-tense verb) in our present. We talk about doing a ‘treasure hunt’ on our past and finally, we each share stories from our past(s) and explore how they impact us now. S1 Ep 791#791 TYP Staff Meeting - Team TYP
Every hundred shows (or so), Melissa, Tiff and I get together to chat about everything and nothing. This episode was part staff meeting, part planning session, part informal catch-up, part human-behaviour workshop and part counselling session. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 790#790 Chicken & Fresh Air for Breakfast - Lisa Saygun (PT2)
Lisa Saygun is one of Australia’s best female bodybuilders and last weekend she won her ‘Pro Card’, in her 51st (!) competition at forty-one years of age. Of course, women’s bodybuilding is not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ (as Mary would say) but at the very least, this conversation is interesting, eye-opening, educating, funny and towards the end, very inspiring (you’ll know when you get there). Our intended fifty-minute chat turned into an almost two-hour deep dive, so I definitely enjoyed it. Hope you do to. lisasaygunbodyfit.com.auSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 788#788 Free School - David Gillespie
David Gillespie and I had planned to chat about a particular topic. It didn’t happen. Instead, I ended up opening the David Gillespie door (it needed a little verbal WD-40) to get an insight into what drives and inspires the renowned Author, Lawyer, Researcher and Tech Guy (I just discovered that) to do what he does. Among many fascinating things, I discovered he started a not-for-profit online resource for Australian students (freeschool.org.au), delivering free education (of current curriculums) by exceptional Australian Teachers (35 of them), with over 8,000 lessons available. We also spoke about Universal Basic Income, his parenting style (terrifying), his tech start-up (in the old days), the relationship we have with our job, why he didn’t become a doctor and much more. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 787#787 Lonely Planet - Tony Wheeler
How lucky am I that I get to chat with people like Tony Wheeler who, along with his wife Maureen, created the Lonely Planet guidebook company and spent decades exploring countries, cultures and cuisines. Apart from realising how boring my life is, I loved chatting with this much-loved and world-renowned travel writer. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 786#786 Self-Discovery & Camels - Paula Constant
This is a chat about curiosity, solving problems, adaptation, self-discovery, learning-by-doing, exploring limits, developing skills, resilience, overcoming fears, creating experiences and questioning everything. BIO: Paula Constant spent three years walking over 12,000 km through eight countries, including two years walking through the Sahara with her own camel train. She walked without vehicular support and used only local nomadic guides, planning, conceiving and executing the expedition solo, apart from local assistance. The two books she wrote about her journey, Slow Journey South and Sahara, are published by Random House in Australia and have also been released in India. S1 Ep 785#785 My Sociopath Test - Matty Lansdown
Nutritionist, Researcher and all-round Good Bloke Matty Lansdown is back and it’s fair to say, this was a conversational smorgasbord. We chatted about the (fun) sociopath test I’ve developed, dodgy marketing tactics, emotional eating, understanding past behaviour, self-regulation around food, the ‘non-plan’, creating opportunities (vs. waiting for them), stepping out of ‘the box’ and creating your own, designing your career blueprint, the importance of connection and lots more. mattylansdown.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 784#784 The Universe: Big As F**k - Dr. Lisa Harvey-Smith
Dr. Lisa Harvey-Smith was born in Essex, England, left school at 11 and taught herself at home, where she developed a great passion for astronomy. The home schooling paid off because she went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physics with Honours in Astronomy and Astrophysics and a Ph.D. in Radio Astronomy, before embarking on a professional career as an Astrophysicist, Astronomer and Educator (she’s a Professor), becoming a world-renowned author, researcher, speaker and easy-to-understand science communicator. Honestly, considering my vast lack of knowledge regarding all-things-astronomy, going in I was a little worried about holding an interesting conversation with someone at the opposite end of the knowledge scale but the Prof. was simultaneously fascinating, funny, real and super interesting. S1 Ep 783#783 Death By Comfort - Paul Taylor (PT2)
Another deep-dive with TYP favourite Paul Taylor and this time we talk about the psychological, medical and physical benefits of sauna (they are numerous), heat shock proteins (whatever the F they are), death by comfort (the title of Paul’s upcoming book), political correctness gone mad, epigenetic programming, Paul’s approach to Covid (he had it when we recorded), exercise as medicine, walking backwards, myokines, muscle as part of the hormonal system, incidental and occupational activity, sarcopenia, cold exposure therapy, how many steps we really need per day, brown fat and we also share a few ‘broad guidelines’ for exercise. S1 Ep 781#781 Dyslexia Is My Super Power - Julia Hartley-Moore
In almost 800 conversations on TYP, this is one of our most interesting (and at times, confronting) episodes. I don’t want to over-share but Julia was told she was stupid from 5, kicked out of school at 14, raped and subsequently pregnant at 14, a mother of three (with twins) at 16, married on her sixteenth birthday, undiagnosed with dyslexia until she was 40, spent much of her life battling sexism, judgement, intimidation and violence and somehow, turned out to be the powerful, successful and inspiring woman I met on this chat. BIO: Today, Julia is recognised internationally as an expert on relationships, infidelity and human nature. Her opinion has been sought by global media, including the BBC, Good Morning America, The View, the Daily Mail and Huffington Post. In New Zealand, she is a well-known and frequent commentator on TV, radio and in print. She is a private investigator (the first woman in NZ) and her firm specialises in infidelity, scam, and child custody cases. She has published several books about her work as a private investigator, including multiple editions of ‘Infidelity: Exploding the Myths’.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 780#780 A Corolla in a Hurricane - Maria Lizza Bowen
Maria Lizza Bowen is a Scientist, Researcher and now Author, whose new book ‘REFLECT’, provides an uncommon perspective on addressing life’s trials and tribulations. We had an interesting chat and along the way, explored the mutual fascination we both had as children with adult behaviour, our truth vs. ‘the’ truth, being mentally and emotionally stuck, getting ‘away’ from our life (temporarily), self-awareness and self-understanding (the biggie), why anger is easier than vulnerability, being happily wrong, flawed and uncertain.. and there was some ridiculous metaphor about me being an old car (lol). marializzabowen.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 779#779 The Apothecary - Nima Alavi
Pharmacist Nima Alavi slides back into TYP Central and this time we chat about medical marijuana, appetite suppressants, pre-workout products, anxiety and ageing (is there a link?), the impact of under-sleeping, caffeine-based ‘energy’ drinks, the hormonal consequences of ageing, compounding pharmacies and lots more. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 778#778 Morning Sun Salutes - Unna Goldsworthy
Now before you yoga-folk get excited, this is not an episode about yoga but the conversation does get yoga-ish in places. Our resident Body-ologist (Exercise Physiologist) Unna is back and this time we chat about hunchy backs (kyphosis), crappy posture, over-sitting and under-moving, the lower-back pain epidemic, training in a single plane of movement (and why not to), rehabbing from a C-section, clinicians building rapport and trust with patients and plenty more. unnamovement.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 777#777 SAS Australia - Ollie Ollerton
This episode was not what I thought it might be and Ollie was not what I imagined going in. And yes, by now I should be better than assuming or expecting. My bad. I don’t want to say too much but his story (in and out of the military) is fascinating, inspiring and at times, confronting. I genuinely loved talking with him. Here’s a snapshot of his bio: Ollie’s military career began at the age of 18 when he joined the Royal Marine Commando’s and toured operationally in Northern Ireland & Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. After five years of service with Commando’s and upon completion of a gruelling six-month selection process, Ollie was one of five candidates to pass selection for SAS, from an initial 250. During his service, he undertook a number of high-profile missions in a variety of locations both on land and sea, with his missions including hostage rescue, counter narcotics, counter terrorism, homeland security, counter insurgency operations and humanitarian efforts. Ollie is a cornerstone of the team that brought the Special Forces into the public eye with the Channel Four series SAS: Who Dares Wins and he is CEO of BREAK-POINT, an organisation for both public and corporate that focuses on changing people’s limiting beliefs and performance. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 776#776 If I Were A Desert Boot - Bobby Cappuccio
I’ve been around Bobby’s mind for decades and even I don’t know what’s likely to emerge. Most of the time, neither does he. Which always makes for an interesting chat. Among other things, we speak about learning styles, the role of emotion in memory, preparing for a speaking gig, fear of success, how to connect with an audience, the anthropomorphisation of shoes (it will make sense, kind of) and the time Bobby and I nearly drowned as he stoically gave a speech at a wedding (totally true story). Enjoy. theselfhelpantidote.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 775#775 How We Work - Russell Jarrett
Russ Jarrett is back at TYP Central and after thirty-plus years in the fitness industry, it’s time for a change, the pin has officially been pulled and he is a gym owner no more. In this very casual and meandering conversation, we talk about the changing landscape of how we work (jobs, careers, professions, industry), our career ‘used-by’ date and the shift to on-line everything. In 2022, it seems that we’ve never had more ways to generate income (says the Podcast Host, Author, Performance Coach, Corporate Consultant, Professional Speaker and Exercise Scientist). Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 774#774 Trust, Fibs & Free Will - David Gillespie
TYP regular David Gillespie is back and this time, we dive into his somewhat cynical outlook (and why he has it), free will (is it real or an illusion?), confirmation bias, his take on intuition (versus evidence), addiction (is there a healthy one?), the psychology of lying, why we’re such a trusting species and lots more. Enjoy. davidgillespie.orgSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 773#773 @whiteboardlessons (The Audio Version) - Harps (PT3)
(PART 3) For this episode of TYP, Tiff picked an assortment of random whiteboard lessons that I’ve written over the years, read them out to me live in the recording and asked me to expand on (explain, dissect) the original message and why I wrote it. Having written thousands of whiteboard posts and not knowing what was coming (as she read them) made for an interesting and organic conversation. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 772#772 Uncertainty - Harps
This is an atypical TYP episode. No Melissa, Tiff or Guest. It’s me (Harps) thinking out loud about the goings-on in my life over the last 24 hours (as I write, Mon. Apr. 11). Let’s just say it’s been a little chaotic, messy and uncertain. But there were lessons, lightbulbs and deep moments of reflection and realisation. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 771#771 The Third Space - Dr. Adam Fraser
Dr. Adam Fraser is back at TYP Central chatting with us about the human condition. Specifically, we talk about sharing complicated concepts in a listener-friendly way, managing our ‘third space’ (Adam wrote a book on it), finding our ‘performance threshold’, the journey from unaware obsessed businessman to aware loving dad, playing a role when you’re not ‘feeling it’, creating deep authentic connection, being ‘fully present’ in conversations and leaders who don’t walk their own talk. Enjoy. dradamfraser.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 770#770 The World In 2050 - Dr. Denise Furness
Dr. Denise is a conversational ship without a rudder (which is awesome) and when she’s on TYP, anything can happen. And does. Especially when paired with Captain No-Filter. This chat was simultaneously informative, educational, serious and silly. We spoke about what our world might be like in 2050, our degrading soil, the carnivore diet, the fibre debate, sodium as a supplement, creatine monohydrate as a cognitive enhancer, high performance pooing, nipple-slapping (blame Denise), healthy rituals and why I need to supplement with Omega-3 fatty acids (allegedly). S1 Ep 767#767 Depression, Inspiration & Leadership - Cameron Schwab (PT2)
Imagine being the CEO of numerous famous sporting clubs while silently (and secretly) dealing with ongoing depression. Well, that was Cam Schwab’s reality for decades. At 24, Cam became the youngest ever CEO of a VFL/AFL club when he took the helm of Richmond for six years. He would later go on to fill the same role (CEO) at both the Fremantle and Melbourne Football Clubs. Every time Cam and I get together, we get lost down the conversational and philosophical rabbit hole but have fun doing it. This was no exception. S1 Ep 765#765 Is Mediocre So Bad? - Harps & Tiff
Is it so bad to be normal? Typical? Average? Common? Do we all have to be inherently amazing, gifted and special? Do we have to keep tell our kids that they’re amazing and special every five minutes? If so, why? And for how long? Is mediocrity so terrible? If it is, I’m in trouble because my genetics are mediocre AF. As is my intellect. And creative ability. And academic prowess. And sporting ability. And don’t even ask me about technology or doing ‘man things’; like anything involving a tool. But maybe in the middle of it all, we can find a way to make uncommon decisions, do uncommon things, create uncommon results and live uncommon, amazing and rewarding lives? Or maybe better still, we can find a way to be happy, calm and fulfilled, despite our not-very-special existence? This is a chat about that. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 764#764 Choose Your Attitude - Alex Noble
On Sunday October 21, 2018 16 year-old Alex Noble was doing what he loved best - playing rugby. A freak accident resulted in him breaking his neck and severely damaging his spinal cord. Alex’s parents were told he would never walk again and to prepare for him being a quadriplegic with paralysis from his arms down. Alex endured 9 days in the ICU, 22 days in the spinal unit and 239 days in rehab. Alex’s recovery journey is still in full swing but nonetheless, he’s studying full-time (Business-Law), working in his mum’s business, tutoring year 12 students, rehabbing daily, speaking to teams and groups, doing a deep dive into philosophy and stoicism (in his spare time) and dropping in on the odd podcasts with the likes of me! I loved him and so will you.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 7623#763 The World Is My Classroom - Harps & Tiff
This (specific) conversation wasn’t planned. Tiff and I sat down to chat about a certain topic but before we kicked off on our pre-planned theme, we banged on (as we always do) for a few minutes and about random stuff. At the end of those ‘few minutes’, we had been talking for nearly an hour without actually having the intended conversation. Oh well. We ended up going deep on the profound ‘learning moments’ we’ve both had away from the (traditional) classroom. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 762#762 Health Expectancy - Dr. John Tickell
Dr. John Tickell is an Australian doctor, businessman, author, former athlete (played footy with Hawthorn) and speaker. I’ve known John for a long time and in many ways, he has been ahead of the (health) curve for years in terms of his thinking, writing, researching and his approach to treatment, recovery and clinical management. I will warn you, there are a few dad-jokes in this chat, a little background noise (for about ten minutes) and possibly a little, er.. direct-ness but at 77, the good Doc is still working, writing, researching, inspiring and educating the masses. His new book is called ‘Your Best Immunity’ (Wilkinson Publishing). Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

S1 Ep 761#761 The Truth About Seed Oils - David Gillespie
We briefly opened the ‘seed oils door’ once before with David but this time we walk through the door, slam it shut and deadbolt it. In this fascinating and mildly terrifying chat, David (author of ‘Toxic Oil’) tells us what oils to avoid, which ones get the tick and why. He also discusses the science that some companies don’t want us to know about. I honestly believe that this is a really important (albeit, not sexy) conversation that everyone needs to hear. S1 Ep 759#759 Research, Plan, Execute - Ron Gauci
Ron Gauci is a ripper and I loved our chat. He’s a regular bloke with lots of skills, insights and experience, who spends much of his life working with teams (he was the CEO of Melbourne Storm), organisations and individuals helping them solve problems, create opportunities, improve efficiency, change culture, make better decisions and of course, improve outcomes. Enjoy. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
