This the most vulnerable and honest podcast I've ever recorded, and everything leading up to this was incredibly difficult to process. As you'll hear, I was shaking during the first 10 minutes because I so badly wanted my heart of love to come across in the best way possible. While I'll admit that I'm still processing through everything going on, in this episode, I encourage you that you don't have to have it all sorted either. I hope that your spirit can be comforted listening, that this makes you think and continue to think, and possibly even make you (rightfully) a little uncomfortable. I'm uncomfortable, I think we're all uncomfortable. And I think rightfully so.
