S6 Ep 190Loving With Your Parts with Peter Malinoski
On today's episode I speak with my friend and fellow podcaster Dr. Peter Malinoski, a clinical psychologist, IFS Level 3-trained practitioner, and co-founder of Souls and Hearts. Peter shares his journey of integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) with his Catholic faith, and building bridges between these two communities through his work with the Resilient Catholics Community and his Interior Integration for Catholics podcast channel on YouTube We talk about understanding parts, healing attachment wounds, and embracing love. At around 26 minutes in Peter offers a wonderful experiential exercise/meditation where he invites you to go inside and connect with your parts to understand their assumptions, experiences, and beliefs around love. Key Takeaways: IFS provides a powerful healing framework that integrates beautifully with Catholic spirituality. Why is it often so difficult for parts to feel safe being loved or offering love? Protectors can play critical roles in bridging internal and external relationships when approached with curiosity and respect. Healing relational wounds begins with internal harmony—inviting all parts to participate in Self-Led love. Self Energy serves as a secure base for engaging with exiles, protectors, and divine connection. About Dr. Peter Malinoski: Dr. Peter Malinoski is a clinical psychologist, IFS Level 3-trained practitioner, and co-founder of Souls and Hearts, a platform dedicated to integrating the best of psychology and Catholicism. He also hosts the Interior Integration for Catholics podcast and leads the Resilient Catholics Community, helping others navigate faith and mental health with depth and compassion. _______________________________________________________________________________ Watch video Clips from select episodes on The One Inside on YouTube Follow Tammy on Instagram @ifstammy and on Facebook at The One Inside with Tammy Sollenberger. S6 Ep 188Unburdened Eating with Jeanne Catanzaro
In this episode I chat with Jeanne Catanzaro, an IFS therapist, educator, and author of Unburdened Eating: Healing Relationships with Food and Body. We talk diet culture, internal critics, and the societal pressure to view our bodies as projects. Legacy burdens, cultural messaging, and our protectors shape our relationship with food and body image. Jeanne explains how healing these parts with IFS can lead to a more compassionate and Self-Led approach to eating and wellbeing. Key Takeaways: Diet culture is deeply rooted in legacy burdens; how can we begin to unburden parts influenced by societal expectations? Many of us start the day with critical voices driving us—learning to identify and soothe these critics is a key first step. Healing our relationship with food begins with curiosity, not judgment. Self-led eating involves negotiating with parts and focusing on what your body needs in the present moment. Unburdened eating is not a diet—it's about building trust with our parts and moving away from perfectionism. About Jeanne Catanzaro: Jeanne Catanzaro is an IFS therapist, educator, and author specializing in helping individuals heal their relationships with food and body. Her new book, Unburdened Eating: Healing Relationships with Food and Body, offers a compassionate guide to transforming these dynamics through an Internal Family Systems lens. In addition to her role in helping to lead the IFS Institute, she offers workshops and retreats on Unburdened Eating and IFS. www.jeannecatanzaro.com Thank you to Pisgah Coaching Institute for sponsoring this episode. _______________________________________________________________________________ Watch video Clips from select episodes on The One Inside on YouTube Follow Tammy on Instagram @ifstammy and on Facebook at The One Inside with Tammy Sollenberger. S6 Ep 187Psychedelics and Honoring Derek Scott with Michelle Glass
In this episode I chat with Michelle Glass, a certified IFS practitioner, licensed psilocybin facilitator, and author of Daily Parts Meditation Practice®. We dive into the fascinating intersection of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Michelle shares her expertise in using IFS as a framework for understanding and navigating non-ordinary states of consciousness, both with and without psychedelics. Key Takeaways: Non-ordinary states are accessible both through IFS and psychedelic therapy, providing deeper connections to our inner world. IFS creates a natural "roadmap" for working with protectors, exiles, and self-energy, making it an ideal companion for psychedelic journeys. Gaining permission from protectors is essential before engaging in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Psychedelics can act as a "key" to unlocking deeper Self Energy and facilitating healing. Grief and legacy burdens often emerge as trailheads in both IFS and psychedelic journeys, opening opportunities for healing. Integration is crucial after any journey—checking in with parts regularly helps sustain the benefits and deepen the healing process. Favorite Quote: "IFS provides for natural healing, so it can provide that transformation of the wounds, of our exiles, the burdens, and the shifting of roles of protectors." – Michelle Glass. About Michelle Glass: Michelle Glass is a Level 3 IFS practitioner, licensed psilocybin facilitator, and author of Daily Parts Meditation Practice: A Journey of Embodied Integration for Clients and Therapists®. She combines her expertise in IFS and psychedelics to help individuals navigate deep healing experiences safely and effectively. Find out more about Michelle here. S6 Ep 186Compassion Fatigue and Burnout with Cece Sykes
Episode Summary: In this episode I chat with Cece Sykes, an IFS lead trainer and author, about an experience many of us share: compassion fatigue and burnout. More than just feeling tired, burnout shows up as depletion of energy, hope, and satisfaction, affecting our internal and external systems. We explore how our protectors keep us going, while our firefighters might lead us to distractions that don't truly nourish us. We also discuss how burnout builds up over time, the role of chronic stress, and why it's so important to listen to the signals our parts are sending. For a deeper dive on the topic of burnout and compassion fatigue, Cece is teaching a workshop through Life Architect December 5 and 6, 2024 called An IFS Lens on Therapist Burnout. Key Takeaways: Burnout isn't just about doing too much; it's about the chronic depletion of our internal resources. Protectors often keep us in overdrive, while firefighters offer temporary relief that doesn't actually restore us. How can we better support our parts before they reach the point of burnout? True self-care goes beyond surface-level practices; it's about understanding where our energy is going and making choices aligned with our values. Creating boundaries and allowing ourselves to rest can help break the cycle of overwork and exhaustion. Favorite Quote: "Burnout is depletion—it's the depletion of energy, of hope, of peace of mind, and of satisfaction." – Cece Sykes About Cece Sykes: Cece Sykes, LCSW, is an IFS Senior Trainer, therapist, speaker, and author known for her expertise in working with complex trauma and addiction. S6 Ep 185IFS and Misophonia with Kresta Dalrymple
In this episode I chat with Kresta Dalrymple, a licensed marriage and family therapist, IFS Level 1 therapist, and certified brainspotting practitioner specializing in complex trauma and misophonia. Misophonia, a strong aversion to specific sounds, can trigger intense fight-or-flight responses, including rage and physical pain. Kresta shares her personal journey with the misophonia and how it led her to create the Misophonia Freedom Lab, a space for exploring treatment and educating others on this often misunderstood condition. She shares how Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been transformative in helping clients uncover the root of their misophonic triggers, often linked to legacy burdens or childhood trauma. We discuss the importance of attuning to protective parts, understanding the deep-seated pain behind triggers, and using IFS as a non-pathologizing framework for healing. Key Takeaways: Misophonia isn't just an aversion to sound; it's a complex trauma response rooted in the nervous system. Using IFS as a trailhead can uncover deeper parts burdened by past trauma, leading to more effective healing. Rage responses in misophonia are often protective parts trying to guard against pain; understanding them can foster compassion and relief. "When we turn towards our triggers with curiosity rather than avoidance, we open up a path to healing." How can we view misophonia not as a disorder, but as an invitation to explore deeper, unprocessed trauma? Legacy burdens and inherited sensitivity can play a significant role in misophonia; IFS provides a framework for unpacking these connections. Favorite Quote: "I like to think of misophonia as a really powerful trailhead. When we use it as a trailhead, we often find parts of us that have been forgotten, that are hurting, and that need attention. As we start to unburden those parts, the misophonia triggers get less and less." – Kresta Dalrymple About Kresta Dalrymple: Kresta Dalrymple is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in complex trauma, brainspotting, and misophonia. We explore two of Jory's favorite topics and areas of expertise: rupture and repair, and grief. She will be offering a two-day workshop on grief through Life Architect in November 15 and 16 called IFS is Grief Work: Healing Unattended Losses. Key Takeaways: Rupture and repair are natural parts of all relationships IFS offers a path to engage with parts that arise during conflict Repair involves accountability and listening rather than just apologizing The importance of centering the impacted person's needs in the repair process Grief work is a core component of IFS Self does not get overwhelmed; it can be with anything How can we hold space for our grief without feeling overwhelmed? "When we can acknowledge our exiles and help protectors relax, we open the door to real healing." Grieving unmet needs or past hurts allows us to unburden exiles and foster self-compassion. My Favorite Quote: "Rupture is inevitable, but repair is a choice that builds stronger relationships. When we show up with self-energy, we're more likely to meet others' self-energy in return." – Jory Agate About Jory Agate: Jory Agate is a certified IFS trainer and therapist based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. S6 Ep 183Self-Led Parenting with Susan Bauerfeld and Chris Parrott
In this episode I chat with Chris Parrott and Susan Bauerfeld about parental anxiety and Self-led parenting. They offer practical advice for parents struggling to regulate their emotions and remain present with their kids, and for IFS practitioners working with parents and families. Chris and Susan are co-presenting a session at next week's 2024 IFS Annual Conference titled, Get Your Shift Together: Self-Led Parenting in a Culture Shaped by Worried Parts, which I'm super excited about. Key Takeaways: Worry pulls attention inward, creating disconnection from the present moment. How can parents shift from worry to curiosity about what their children really need IFS provides a pathway for parents to unblend from worry and engage with Self Energy to stay calm and compassionate Is worrying really an act of love, or a protective part trying to manage discomfort? Emotional discomfort is part of life—how can parents help their children develop resilience without removing all discomfort from their experiences? "When you name it, you tame it"—learning to name parts reduces their intensity and fosters emotional regulation. Self-regulation in parents sets a foundation for children to build their own coping skills. How shifting parental focus from worry to connection creates better outcomes for children. "Worry disconnects us from our parts, from our own Self Energy, and it disconnects us from our kids, and the greatest resource that our children have is the connection that they have with us" -- Chris Parrott About Chris Parrott and Susan Bauerfeld: Chris Parrott studied in London earning her MSc and Post MSc degree to become a BPS Chartered Counseling Psychologist. Parrott co-founded Your Self Series, a teen identity development program, and YourChatMat, tools to engage families in meaningful conversation. S6 Ep 182Tenacious Parts: Befriending Grief, Anger, and Hope with Audrey Davidheiser
In this week's episode I chat with Audrey Davidheiser, licensed psychologist and Certified IFS therapist and IFSI-approved clinical consultant about working with grief and anger through the Internal Family Systems lens. We discuss: How tenacious parts like grief and anger hold on, often because they feel they are protecting something important, like legacy or family loyalty. What can we learn by befriending these tenacious parts rather than fighting them? How your cultural background can influence your emotional experience, and how you can work with legacy burdens in your healing process Grief as a multi-dimensional experience – it's not just about sadness, but can include anger, regret, or even relief Religious Grief and Trauma – how religious trauma can exile parts of ourselves, such as those feeling grief or anger, and the need for compassionate acknowledgment of them All parts grieve differently and how to welcome all parts into the grieving process. How can understanding the different ways we grieve help us heal? Honoring angry parts – befriend anger by understanding its role in protecting something important IFS and Grief – how IFS uniquely holds space for grief Favorite Quotes: "It's not just that everybody grieves differently, but every part of you grieves differently as well." "Angry parts are there because they are protecting something valuable." About Audrey Davidheiser: Audrey Davenheiser is a licensed psychologist, certified IFS therapist, and the author of the forthcoming book, Wholehearted Grieving. She specializes in working with trauma survivors, with a focus on grief and spiritual abuse. S6 Ep 181Parts Journaling (and dating) with Kylie Feller
On today's episode I chat with Kylie Feller, a Canadian clinical counselor and Level 3 Certified IFS therapist specializing in complex trauma. We chat about two topics she's passionate about: parts journaling and dating. (Our dating convo begins at 15:50). First, Kylie shares tips on connecting to our parts through journaling. Her book, IFS Daily Parts Journal, offers a structured method which she first developed as her own self-care tool. We explore how journaling can be a valuable way to check in with our parts, unblend, and create inner openness, and why it isn't always as easy as it seems. Then we switch gears to explore dating through an IFS lens. Sharing personal insights from her experience in the dating scene, she shares how dating presents opportunities to notice trailheads, meet new parts, and practice Self leadership. We discuss: Journaling with our parts can be like having a self-led therapist, helping us track, check in, and create openness towards different parts of ourselves. Resistance to journaling or parts work is common, and it's helpful to approach these resistances with curiosity and compassion. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to IFS practices; journaling, singing, art, and even walking can be ways to connect with parts. Dating offers a unique opportunity to explore our parts, activating trailheads that can lead to greater self-understanding and healing. Kylie's approach to dating with IFS emphasizes self-love, curiosity, and the importance of building internal relationships before seeking external connections. The concept of trusting one's system and allowing for natural growth and change in relationships is key to healing through IFS. Kylie will be presenting at the 2024 IFS Annual Conference in a session titled: Parts Journaling: Develop The Habit of Checking in With Your Parts. About Kylie Feller: Kylie is a Canadian clinical counselor, digital nomad, and Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist. She has personally experienced the healing power of IFS and is passionate about helping others on their self-healing journeys. Kylie is the author of the IFS Daily Parts Journal, designed to help individuals connect with their parts through thoughtfully formatted journal pages. She is currently working on her next book focused on dating through the lens of IFS. S6 Ep 180Ecotherapy: Finding Self in Nature with Natalie Thomas
In today's episode I chat with Dr. Natalie Thomas, a psychotherapist and philosopher specializing in climate distress and ecological grief. Natalie, a presenter at the 2024 IFS Annual Conference, explains how nature influences our internal parts and the role of Self Energy in healing, both individually and globally. We explore the connection between humans, animals, and the planet, and how slowing down to engage with nature can shift how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. We discuss: How can we reconnect with nature and access our self-energy for healing? The concept of ecotherapy, which includes "walk-and-talk" therapy, inter-species healing, and other outdoor- and nature-focused approaches How nature can be a third entity (triad) in the therapeutic process Simple practices for connecting with Self in nature, including forest bathing and engaging the senses Animals have parts too What is "inter-species" healing? Parts-driven vs. Self-led activism, and how inner healing can lead to more effective, compassionate, and sustainable actions Climate Cafes: hosting a safe space for eco-emotional healing One of my favorite quotes from the episode: "When we're in nature, we can access our Self Energy and our parts in a different way—it's like being part of a larger ecosystem, both inside and out." — Natalie Thomas To learn more: Climate Cafes Natalie's upcoming session on ecotherapy and climate distress at the 2024 IFS Annual Conference. S6 Ep 179Drawing On Self Energy with Sacha Mardou
EOn today's episode I chat with Sacha Mardou, a graphic novelist and artist, known in the IFS community for her IFS-inspired webcomics. In her new graphic memoir, Past Tense, Sacha brings readers along on her deeply personal, years-long journey to heal trauma, uncover legacy burdens, and connect to her true Self. She began illustrating her IFS and therapy experience privately in her sketchbooks. Those evolved into webcomics vividly depicting her inner system and healing process which she shared with the world through social media, and now in her new graphic memoir. We discuss: How her private therapy session sketches grew into webcomics and a book How IFS can shift our inner world and multi-generational family dynamics Breaking the chain of legacy burdens for her daughter Sharing her family members' private details and stories in her comics Using comics to visually represent the complexity of therapy and inner healing, making the IFS therapy process more tangible, relatable, and approachable for many people One of my favorite quotes from this episode: "How many of us carry shame or trauma that isn't even ours to begin with? Legacy burdens, passed down through generations, shape who we are until we take the courageous step to face them." – Sacha Mardou Sacha will join in a discussion hosted by Dick Schwartz and Jeanne Catanzaro at the 2024 IFS Annual Conference in a session called, Bringing IFS to Life, where they will discuss how Sacha's comics have helped demystify the IFS therapy process for clients. S6 Ep 178Befriending Addictive Parts with Mary Kruger
My guest today is Mary Kruger, an IFS lead trainer and therapist specializing in addiction and eating disorders. Mary helped develop the IFS Level 2 training for addiction recovery and treatment. This episode is a re-release from Season 2. Episode Summary: In this episode Mary shares her own story of finding IFS and her personal experience of the healing power of its integration with the 12-step model. We explore: How can we shift the way we approach addiction, eating disorders, and shame? Have traditional approaches to addiction recovery, such as AA or 12-step programs, left us demonizing our behaviors rather than understanding them? What happens when we stop viewing addiction as a "moral failure" or "genetic defect" and instead see it as a system out of balance What role does shame play in maintaining cycles of addiction, and how can IFS help us unburden that shame? How can we learn to work with, not against, our addictive parts? Can group work enhance healing by reducing shame and helping us feel connected to others with similar struggles? Favorite Quote: "What if we stopped demonizing our addictive behaviors and instead asked, 'What are they trying to teach us?' When we befriend the parts of us that struggle, we unlock the door to true healing." S5 Ep 163IFS and Finding Freedom from Religious Trauma with Natalie Hoffman
On today's podcast I chat with Natalie Hoffman, author, podcast host and IFS enthusiast about her new memoir. One of the things I loved about this book is the IFS-y structure of it. In one section, she allows her younger parts to tell their story, their memories and she responds to each from Self. Another section is written like a play: Named parts responding and reacting to one another. Natalie Hoffman is the author of "Is it Me? Making Sense of Your Confusing Marriage: A Christian Woman's Guide to Hidden Emotional and Spiritual Abuse" and "All the Scary Little Gods: a Memoir" as well as the host of the Flying Free podcast. She is a mother, grandmother, educator, and passionate advocate for Christian women in abusive homes and churches. Through the Flying Free Sisterhood program, Natalie empowers Christian women to discover and use their God-given voices, gifts, and freedom to make their own adult choices for their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. ------ "Scary little gods in our lives try to control and steal our true Essence, making us feel safe but trapping us in fear." These 'scary little gods' can be organizations, family culture, or our own inner parts. Natalie reflects on her religious, traumatic childhood experiences and how they relate to her identity and connection to her True Self and to the Creator. We talk about her passion for helping women of faith, particularly Christian women, who are struggling with disillusionment and a lack of self-worth. She shares about leaving toxic environments and abusive relationships and the importance of listening to our inner parts. We talk about others 'bullying' parts and how seeing hurtful behavior through this lens helps our own systems. We talk about ways to connect to our younger parts and how we all can live in Freedom and Choice. It is a beautiful, rich conversation. ----- Find out more about Natalie and get her books here: Flying Free Support for Women in Abusive Relationships (flyingfreenow.com) ------ Watch video Clips from select episodes on The One Inside's YouTube channel: The One Inside Podcast - YouTube Follow Tammy on Instagram @ifstammy: Tammy Sollenberger (@ifs.tammy) • Instagram photos and videos and on Facebook at The One Inside with Tammy Sollenberger: The One Inside: Internal Family Systems with Tammy Sollenberger | Facebook. ------ Jeff Schrum is Co-Producer of The One Inside Podcast. S5 Ep 162IFS and Becoming An Ancestor with Derek Scott
EDerek Scott and I got to meet one last time here on the podcast. I want to share with you what I know because a lot of you have asked. You will find out a lot in this episode from Derek himself. I was among a small group who knew he was sick and when he was passing. After we recorded the episode I got to read his book and watch a session between him and Dick Schwartz, the founder of IFS. My understanding is you will be able to see this incredible session when you buy the book. Sign up for the launch here: Dead (Spoiler Alert): a Psychotherapist's Journey With Cancer If you haven't heard of Derek Scott, I invite you to go to YouTube and check out his channel. Many of us in the IFS community learned so much by watching his videos. He and I recorded a full IFS session on video three years ago. He would text me periodically and let me know how many people had watched it. I just looked -- it has 70,000 views! Derek ran an organization called IFSCA, based in Canada, which teach IFS courses. In all the years I've known Derek he is clear to honor Dick Schwartz, the founder of IFS. He makes it known that his courses are not IFS trainings. He was always careful to distinguish that and to be so respectful of Dick. If you go to the podcast page on my website and search for Derek Scott, you will see several episodes we did together. Over the years he would text me and say, "Hey do you wanna talk about such and such?" I'd always say yes. S5 Ep 161IFS and Relational Intelligence with François Le Doze
On today's episode I chat with Dr. François Le Doze, MD. He is a psychotherapist, an IFS therapist, and trainer and has been a neurologist for nearly thirty years in a teaching Hospital in Caen, France. He has always been interested in the relationship between the body and mind, and his knowledge of neuroscience allows him to integrate recent neuroscientific findings into his psychotherapy practice. He's actively developing a model of psychotherapy called Relational Intelligence® based on his clinical experience and expertise. In this episode we chat about: How crisis caused him to reconsider his relationship with IFS and Psychotherapy The influence of Polyvagal Theory on his Relational Intelligence Model "This is not a Part, but a disruption in my nervous system." "This isn't You; but a State of you." A key clarification in the Relational Intelligence model: Self-regulation = what is happening in your body; Co-regulation = what is happening between us. Bubble Theory: using meta-cogniton to connect and calm the nervous system Two a-ha moments for me: "We need to DO something TO the system and not expect the system will be able to unblend from the Inside Out." Self Energy must be the regulator the client's system. This Self Energy can originate from either the Self of the client or the Self of the therapist. The client's Self CANNOT lead if their nervous system is dysregulated. In such cases we must tend to the saftey within the therapeutic relationship before proceeding (just as children experience Self of their parents through attachment before their own Self). Boo is a writer, artist, and performer whose work has appeared across various platforms and publications, including The Brooklyn Rail, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, and NPR's The Moth. She has released three albums of original music with Big Deal Records. S5 Ep 159IFS and The Council for Indigenous IFS with Julia Sullivan and Gregg Paisley
On today's episode I chat with Julia Sullivan and Gregg Paisley, two of the authors of the Altogether Us book chapter on Embodying IFS with Native American Clients. They are members of The Council for Indigenous IFS, and this is the focus of this episode. Julia Sullivan, MBA (she/her) is a social activist who integrates her Latina roots (Ralámuli descent), Indigenous spirituality, and all she gained from being one of the first Latinas to earn an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. After 30 years in executive leadership and organizational development, she now brings Self leadership to people using Internal Family Systems (IFS). She co-founded the Council for Indigenous IFS to create a forum for cross-tribal learning and resource sharing. Julia convenes Self Led Leaders, a global community of coaches and consultants bringing IFS-informed practices to business, as well as Cornsilk, which brings these practices to the general public. Julia relaxes with frequent walks around a lake with her IFS-trained husband, Chris, basking in the beauty of nature. Gregg Paisley, MBA (he/him) spent most of his career in the private sector, working as a senior executive in SMB, NASDAQ, and Fortune 500 enterprise software and hardware companies, as well as in professional audio/video/lighting. An enrolled Blackfeet (Amskapi Piikani band), he is one of the few American Indians fortunate enough to have walked that path. Late in life he came to the epiphany that the only possible reason the Creator would shower such undeserved blessings and resources on him is so he could help others find their own blessings. Since retiring from industry in 2003, he has focused on creating jobs, increasing tribal household incomes, and providing social services (especially for under-served tribal children) on a large Montana reservation. Gregg is a member of the Council for Indigenous IFS. In his spare time, Gregg relaxes as a musician on keyboards and guitar. He stays connected to the land in both the Pacific Northwest and northern Montana. We talk about: Introductions (0) Indigenous IFS Council history (5:00) Communal Collective Unburdening worshop at the 2023 IFS Annual Conference (9:00) Broad Impact of their work on and off Reservations (14:00) Greg's Intro to IFS and his experience (17:00) HumBle during difficult interactions and experiene at conference continued (24:00) Land Acknoweldgements (39:00) Greg's native and tribe Poetry and the Spread of IFS among indigenious (41:00) 8 C meetings (47:00) Final Thoughts (50:00) Check out: American Indian Partnership For more information check out: Cornsilk: Peer-Based Wellness for Indigenous People & Allies Email [email protected] to find out more about the 8 C meetings ---- Visual Clips of some podcast episodes are available on The One Inside's YouTube channel. Valerie talks about living, existing, and BEING as if there is no divide between our spiritual life, our spiritual practices, and our daily life. Because there really is not. Nadine has begun a very popular 12 step and IFS program that is just in the beginning stages. We talk a lot of OA (Overeaters Anonymous) and the Power of the Self (power seems to need a Capital letter here). The first half is her story and the 2nd half is about reframing the first three steps. The 2nd half is rich with IFS concepts like Self, firefighters, burdens, exiles, and healing. We talk about 'Are parts addicted?' Stay tuned for the Heirloom Summit link where you can receive a discount on your enrollment! Enjoy!
