These are the parts you judge, see as weakness, feel embarrassed about, or simply don’t want to face.Anything within us that doesn’t align with the image we want to show the world often gets pushed into the shadows - the emotions, desires, and beliefs we fear to express, the words we’re too afraid to speak.
