My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.
This week’s Meditation Monday is shaped by the strong Chiron and Uranus energies we have this week, gently calling you back to authentic self-expression, self-worth and the values that truly guide your life. As we move closer to emerging out of winter and into the quieter beginnings of spring, this practice is designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath old stories, self-doubt and limitations. This week’s meditation is a little different - it's a soft, daily affirmation practice that you can listen to each day, either allowing the words to wash over you, or gently repeating them with me. Together, we focus on remembering your worth, speaking your truth with kindness, trusting your intuition, following the signs that support you, and releasing anything - or anyone - that no longer honours your value.❤️
