My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.
This week brings the Capricorn new moon - the first new moon of 2026. Rather than a guided meditation, this episode offers a mini moon ritual to support you in consciously shaping the year ahead. The Capricorn new moon invites you to get clear on where you are going this year, and how you’re going to get there. It’s a moon of commitment, consistency, and grounded intention-setting - helping you to create lasting change and lay strong foundations for the months ahead. This energy supports you in envisioning what you truly want, committing to it, and then bringing in the practical steps needed to make it real.
As the music continues for the next ten minutes, you’re invited to take a journal and pen and begin to plan.
Look ahead. Where would you like to be a year from now? What would you like the next year to bring you? What do you want to achieve - and who do you want to become? Write down any simple, supportive changes you can begin making now that will move you closer to those dreams. Then break your visions into clear, manageable steps and action points - small daily, weekly, and monthly choices that gently guide you towards the life you want to build. ❤️
