Her mission is to help individuals and leaders align their lives with their core values and achieve profound personal transformation.Surrendering is a choice that took years of work of shedding layers of heartbreak and trauma that kept me in a deep darkness and pain. It took many years of aching, yearning, and praying for a change. I pretended I was okay, and lied to myself often because I honestly didn’t know how deeply trauma and codependency was interwoven into the fabric of my life. During my darkest point, of my worst heartbreak – I was introduced to yoga and began a deep discovery of myself. I found the practice to be truly life changing. Since starting yoga, I’ve healed codependency of people, and alcohol, overcame anxiety, depression & panic attacks. I also worked with a life coach to help me remove my limiting beliefs and repair my low self worth that kept me stuck in a cycle of toxic people and self hatred of my body and myself. Over time, I was able to heal emotional and physical trauma in my body through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, and I healed spiritually through the path of surrendering to my Creator’s love and forgiveness. This was the only way to fill the giant hole in my soul – a path of surrender is truly how all my suffering came to an end. I’ve rediscovered my inherent worth, and have forgiven those who have hurt me the most – including myself. Today I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, a Life coach and I lead transformational retreats and am incredibly passionate about helping my students heal their mind, body & soul. I believe all suffering is a choice, and every human deserves to experience love at the highest level, free of pain. I invite you to begin your journey of discovering you today by beginning in one of my Yoga classes, Master Classes, Coaching, Workshops or retreat. You are worthy of healing and deserve the deepest level of love.

S6 Ep 462Computer Scientist Turned Attorney: Brian Beckom-The REAL Most Interesting Man In The World
Brian Beckcom is one of the leading lawyers of his generation. Brian's peers have voted him a Texas Super Lawyer 14 years in a row, and every single year he has been eligible. Brian is also a Board Certified Expert in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a recognition shared by less than 2% of lawyers.Brian has obtained hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients, and he and his law firm have obtained record-setting settlements and verdicts in a wide variety of significant legal cases.Brian is also a Computer Scientist & Philosopher. He created and hosts the popular podcast "Lesson from Leaders with Brian Beckcom."Brian is a military "brat," a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a single-digit golfer, a former college basketball player at Texas A&M, a four-year member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, and an accomplished freshwater and saltwater fly fisherman.-----Brian is an honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He is the author of 6 books and hundreds of articles on a wide variety of topics.Brian has successfully prosecuted many high profile cases. The national and international media has covered Brian's work on these complex cases. For example, when the Maersk Alabama was attacked by Somali Pirates, it made headlines around the world, and the event was made into a Hollywood blockbuster starring Tom Hanks as Captain Phillips. Many of the crew members hired Brian to represent them.Brian and his firm took on one of the largest shipping companies in the world, Maersk Lines Limited. At the same time, Brian and his team countered a massive Hollywood publicity campaign that portrayed Captain Phillips as a hero and the crew as lazy layabouts. Brian’s investigative efforts ensured that the true story was told, and Maersk ultimately agreed to an out-of-court settlement for each client Brian represented after completely denying any negligence or responsibility for years.Brian represented Captain Wren Thomas, who was kidnapped by Nigerian mercenaries while operating off the Coast of West Africa. Captain Thomas’ story has been featured in national and international media. The case received international attention from the media and maritime shipping companies because of the heroic acts of Captain Thomas during the attack and hostage situation and also because of connections to Boko Haram and corruption in West Africa.Read more about the Captain Phillips caseRead more about Captain Wren Thomas’ caseBrian’s clients talk about his work on their casesAbout the Maersk Alabama case, Brian says: “Taking on Maersk Lines Limited, one of the largest shipping companies in the world, and the Hollywood publicity machine simultaneously took enormous effort and was a real challenge, but in the end, we were able to tell the true story and get the case resolved for our clients on favorable terms despite those obstacles. The real heroes of that story were the crew members, not Captain Phillips, and we made sure that story was told.”For Don, a longtime supervisor in the oilfield, Brian’s help meant he could get answers after a gas well blowout killed half his crew. For Keidron, Brian’s help meant that even though his career in the offshore oil and gas industry was over because of an injury, the company was held accountable for their dangerous “safety” culture. For Johnny, Brian’s help meant he wouldn’t have to rely on the government for medical care after he suffered a massive head injury working as a logger in East Texas.Brian accepts cases for people and families from all walks of life. Brian handles cases across the United States and beyond, and accepts clients who have been injured due to negligence, misconduct, fraud, or any other malicious or improper behavior. After graduating from Texas A&M University with degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy, Brian was a top student at the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors and serving on the board of the Texas Law Review. After receiving countless job offers, Brian started his legal career at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston, Texas, one of the largest law firms in the world at the time.Brian says: “Fulbright & Jaworski was a great place to start as a lawyer. I met some great lawyers and learned a lot. More importantly, I learned quickly that I had no interest at all in representing huge corporations or insurance companies against people who had been maimed or killed by gross misconduct or inexcusable negligence. I like people, kids, families, not massive insurance companies focused on nothing but the bottom line. When I left Fulbright, I never looked back.”Brian is a sixth-generation Texan. His dad was a decorated airman and Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force who flew 200 combat missions in Vietnam. Brian lived all over the world growing up, including Louisiana, New York, Kansas, and the Guam Islands in the Pacific Ocean.“Livi

S6 Ep 461Endothelial Health MasterClass With Dr. Troy Jackson, M.D. Part 1
Endothelial health refers to the well-being of the endothelium, the thin layer of cells lining the interior surface of blood vessels. This layer plays a crucial role in vascular function, including regulating blood flow, preventing clotting, and maintaining the balance of substances between the bloodstream and surrounding tissues. S6 Ep 462Meme Stocks, NVIDIA and More With "Innovator Insider" Host Carmine Ramazio
In late January 2021, the financial world witnessed an unprecedented event involving the stock of a struggling video game retailer, GameStop. The story begins with a group of retail investors, organized primarily through online communities like Reddit’s r/WallStreetBets. These investors identified that GameStop’s stock was heavily shorted by institutional investors, meaning they were betting on its price to fall. What followed was a frenzy of buying activity, driven by these retail investors, who saw an opportunity to drive up the stock price and squeeze the short sellers. This sudden surge in buying caused the stock price to skyrocket, reaching highs that seemed unimaginable for a company in GameStop’s financial position. The saga brought attention to issues such as market manipulation, the power of online communities in shaping financial markets, and the evolving dynamics between retail and institutional investors. It also prompted discussions around the role of regulation in ensuring fair and transparent markets. While the GameStop saga may have faded from the headlines, its impact on financial markets and the way we perceive investing is likely to be felt for years to come.Part 2: NVIDIA’s Meteoric Rise in Stock PriceNVIDIA, the leading graphics processing unit (GPU) manufacturer, has seen its stock price soar in recent years, fueled by several key factors. One of the primary drivers has been the increasing demand for GPUs in various industries, including gaming, data centers, artificial intelligence, and autonomous vehicles.NVIDIA’s GPUs are renowned for their performance and efficiency, making them essential components in a wide range of applications. As these industries continue to grow, so does the demand for NVIDIA’s products, propelling its stock price to new heights. Moreover, NVIDIA has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, consistently releasing cutting-edge GPU architectures that push the boundaries of what’s possible in terms of performance and efficiency. This innovation has helped the company maintain its competitive edge and attract investors looking for long-term growth opportunities in the technology sector. While past performance is never a guarantee of future success, NVIDIA’s strong market position, innovative products, and diverse revenue streams position it well for continued growth in the years to come.Part 3: The Homeownership Hurdle for Young AdultsFor many young people, the dream of homeownership feels increasingly out of reach. Several challenges contribute to this growing hurdle, including soaring home prices, stagnant wages, and mounting student loan debt.In many parts of the world, especially urban centers and desirable suburbs, home prices have surged in recent years, far outpacing income growth. This affordability gap makes it difficult for young adults to save for a down payment and qualify for a mortgage, particularly in markets with limited housing supply.Compounding this issue is the burden of student loan debt, which weighs heavily on the finances of millions of young adults. High monthly loan payments can make it challenging to save for a down payment or afford a mortgage, further delaying homeownership.Additionally, stricter lending standards and rising interest rates can make it harder for first-time buyers to enter the housing market, even if they have saved enough for a down payment.Addressing these challenges will require a multi-faceted approach, including policies to increase affordable housing supply, initiatives to reduce student loan debt burdens, and measures to make homeownership more accessible to young adults with lower incomes.Mentioned in this episode:Carmine RamazioPart 1: The GameStop Short Squeeze Saga In late January 2021, the financial world witnessed an unprecedented event involving the stock of a struggling video game retailer, GameStop. S6 Ep 458Best of The Web: Dave Smith vs. Chris Cuomo Debate
The Power of Independent Thinking: Navigating Through Tribalism and Ideology in the Pandemic EraIn a world increasingly interconnected by technology and social media, the importance of critical thinking and seeking factual information has never been more paramount. The COVID-19 pandemic not only brought about a global health crisis but also unveiled the deep-rooted tribalism and ideological divisions present in society. Now, more than ever, it's crucial to emphasize the significance of independent thought and fact-checking to navigate through these turbulent times.During the pandemic, we witnessed a troubling trend: people retreating into ideological echo chambers, where confirmation bias ran rampant, and misinformation proliferated unchecked. The lines between fact and fiction became blurred, and individuals often found themselves aligning with particular ideologies rather than basing their beliefs on empirical evidence. The consequences of this phenomenon were dire. Misinformation about the virus spread like wildfire, leading to misconceptions about its origins, transmission, and prevention. Conspiracy theories flourished, undermining public trust in science and exacerbating the already challenging task of containing the pandemic. At the heart of this issue lies the failure to think critically and independently. When individuals prioritize ideology over logic, they become susceptible to manipulation and exploitation by those seeking to further their own agendas. In times of crisis, this can have devastating consequences. So, how do we combat this trend and reclaim the power of independent thinking?First and foremost, we must cultivate a mindset that values truth and evidence above all else. This requires a willingness to question our own beliefs and biases, as well as the humility to accept when we may be wrong. Fact-checking and verifying sources should become second nature, rather than accepting information at face value simply because it aligns with our preconceived notions.Additionally, it's essential to know our values and principles and be willing to defend them, even in the face of opposition. This does not mean blindly adhering to a particular ideology, but rather, critically examining our beliefs and ensuring they are grounded in reason and morality. By understanding our values, we can better navigate the complex landscape of opinions and perspectives, while staying true to ourselves.Furthermore, fostering open-mindedness and empathy is crucial for bridging the divides that separate us. Instead of demonizing those with differing viewpoints, we should seek to understand their perspectives and engage in constructive dialogue. Through respectful discourse and mutual understanding, we can break down the barriers of tribalism and build a more cohesive society based on shared values and common goals. The importance of thinking for yourself and seeking factual information cannot be overstated, particularly in times of crisis. By prioritizing independent thought, critical reasoning, and a commitment to truth, we can rise above the tide of tribalism and ideology, and work towards a more enlightened and unified future. Let us embrace the power of independent thinking and strive to create a world where facts triumph over fiction, and reason prevails over rhetoric.Credit Valuetainment for the clip. https://youtu.be/yWTHmX-QzPw?si=Q3gJPfk1DivIv2Ud

The Fallacy of Following Your Passion: Why Finding Your True Strengths Matters More
In the realm of career advice, there’s a pervasive mantra that tells you to “follow your passion.” It’s the kind of advice that sounds reassuringly simple, yet, in reality, it can lead many astray. As someone deeply entrenched in the world of business and education, I’m here to tell you: don’t follow your passion. Instead, focus on discovering what you’re truly good at. Let’s unpack this notion. Passion, by its very nature, is transient. It’s a feeling, a fleeting emotion that can change with the wind. Your passion today might not be the same tomorrow, and certainly not a decade from now. Relying solely on passion to guide your career decisions is akin to building a house on shifting sands—you’re setting yourself up for instability and uncertainty. Moreover, passion doesn’t always align with practicality. You may be deeply passionate about a particular hobby or interest, but that doesn’t mean it’s a viable career path. Pursuing your passion without considering your skills, strengths, and the demands of the market can lead to frustration and disappointment. Instead, I advocate for a different approach: finding what you’re really good at. This entails a process of self-discovery, introspection, and objective assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. What are the tasks or activities that come naturally to you? What do others consistently commend you for? These are the clues that can lead you to your true calling. Identifying your strengths isn’t about resting on your laurels or staying within your comfort zone. It’s about leveraging your innate abilities to carve out a fulfilling and successful career path. When you excel at something, when you’re truly proficient, you gain a competitive edge. You become indispensable in your field because you offer something of genuine value. Now, this isn’t to say that passion has no place in your professional life. On the contrary, passion can be a powerful fuel that drives you to master your craft and achieve excellence. But it should be tempered with pragmatism and a keen awareness of your strengths. Your passion should complement your skills, not overshadow them. In the ever-evolving landscape of the modern workforce, adaptability and versatility are key. By focusing on what you’re really good at, you position yourself to pivot when necessary, to embrace new opportunities, and to thrive in a dynamic environment. You become a Swiss Army knife—a multifaceted asset capable of tackling diverse challenges. So, if you’re feeling lost or uncertain about your career path, resist the allure of blindly following your passion. Instead, take the time to explore your strengths, hone your skills, and pursue opportunities that align with your natural talents. In doing so, you’ll not only find greater satisfaction and fulfillment in your work, but you’ll also unlock your full potential for success.

S7 Ep 457Blood Flow Resistance Training
Maximizing Muscle Growth and Performance: The Science Behind Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training In the ever-evolving landscape of fitness and exercise science, one method has been gaining significant attention for its potential to enhance muscle growth and performance: Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training. This innovative technique involves the use of specialized cuffs or wraps to partially restrict blood flow to the muscles during exercise, leading to a cascade of physiological responses that can yield impressive results. Let’s delve into the benefits of BFR training backed by research, including insights from Dr. Jeremy Loenneke, a leading expert in the field. Understanding Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training BFR training, also known as occlusion training, involves wrapping a device—typically a specialized cuff or band—around the limb (usually the upper arms or thighs) to partially restrict blood flow while performing resistance exercises. This restriction is carefully controlled to reduce venous return without fully occluding arterial flow, creating a unique metabolic environment within the muscles. Enhanced Muscle Growth with Lighter Loads One of the most compelling benefits of BFR training is its ability to stimulate muscle growth even with lighter loads, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injury or those unable to lift heavy weights. Research conducted by Dr. Loenneke and his colleagues has demonstrated that BFR training with low-intensity resistance exercises can produce similar gains in muscle size and strength compared to traditional high-load resistance training. Increased Muscle Protein Synthesis BFR training has been shown to amplify muscle protein synthesis, the process by which muscle fibers repair and grow in response to exercise-induced damage. By creating a hypoxic environment within the muscle, BFR triggers a robust metabolic response, leading to an upregulation of anabolic pathways responsible for muscle repair and growth. Improved Endurance and Metabolic Conditioning In addition to promoting muscle hypertrophy, BFR training can also enhance endurance and metabolic conditioning. The occlusion of blood flow during exercise leads to a buildup of metabolic byproducts such as lactate and hydrogen ions, which act as potent stimuli for muscle adaptation. As a result, individuals engaging in BFR training may experience improvements in both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, making it a valuable tool for athletes looking to optimize their performance. Accelerated Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention BFR training has emerged as a promising adjunct therapy for accelerating rehabilitation and reducing the risk of reinjury. By stimulating muscle growth and strength with minimal joint stress, BFR allows individuals to initiate early resistance training following injury or surgery, promoting faster recovery and restoring functional capacity. Furthermore, the ability to achieve significant muscular adaptations with lighter loads can help mitigate the risk of overloading injured tissues during the rehabilitation process. Safety Considerations and Practical Applications While BFR training offers numerous benefits, it’s essential to approach it with caution and adhere to established safety guidelines. Proper cuff placement, pressure regulation, and exercise selection are crucial for minimizing the risk of adverse effects such as nerve damage or blood clots. Additionally, individuals with certain medical conditions or contraindications should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before incorporating BFR training into their regimen. In summary, the science behind BFR training continues to evolve, shedding light on its potential to revolutionize the way we approach resistance exercise. From enhancing muscle growth and performance to facilitating rehabilitation and injury prevention, the benefits of BFR training are supported by a growing body of research, including studies conducted by Dr. Jeremy Loenneke and his colleagues. As our understanding of the physiological mechanisms underlying BFR continues to expand, so too will its applications in optimizing human health and performance. [References] Loenneke, J. P., et al. Subcutaneous Fat vs. Non-Subcutaneous Fat: What’s the Difference? Subcutaneous fat refers to the fat stored directly under the skin. It’s the fat you can pinch and feel. While excess subcutaneous fat can affect your appearance and self-esteem, it’s generally less harmful to health compared to non-subcutaneous fat. Non-subcutaneous fat, on the other hand, includes visceral fat and fat stored around organs. This type of fat poses more significant health risks as it’s associated with various metabolic disorders, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Unlike subcutaneous fat, visceral fat is not visible and requires more attention for effective management. The Importance of Maintaining Lean Body Mass Lean body mass encompasses everything in your body except for fat – muscles, bones, organs, and fluids. Preserving lean body mass is vital for several reasons: Metabolic Health: Lean muscle mass plays a crucial role in regulating metabolism. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns at rest, making weight management more manageable. Functional Strength: Building and maintaining muscle strength is essential for performing daily activities with ease and reducing the risk of injury, particularly as we age. Bone Health: Resistance training, which is often used to build lean muscle mass, also strengthens bones, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. The Role of Weight Training and Protein Consumption Weight training, or resistance training, is one of the most effective ways to increase lean body mass. By challenging your muscles with progressively heavier weights, you stimulate muscle growth and improve overall body composition. In addition to exercise, adequate protein intake is essential for muscle repair and growth. Aim for a balanced diet that includes lean protein sources such as chicken, fish, tofu, beans, and dairy products. The exact amount of protein needed varies based on factors like age, sex, and activity level, but a general guideline is around 0.8-1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day for most adults. Managing body composition is about more than just aesthetics; it’s about optimizing health and well-being. Understanding the difference between subcutaneous and non-subcutaneous fat empowers you to make informed choices about your lifestyle and dietary habits. By prioritizing weight training and consuming adequate protein, you can maintain lean body mass, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and enhance overall quality of life.

S6 Ep 452Organic Farming With Matt McLean, Founder Uncle Matt's Organic
The real-life uncle to ten nieces and nephews, Matt McLean ventured into the organic juice business in 1999 with a passion for healthy living as well as a long family history of growing citrus in Florida. Matt’s goal was, and still is, to produce the highest quality juice, using only premium 100% organically-grown fruit that is free from synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. We’re not just a juice company. We’re a family rooted in organic agriculture. A message from Uncle Matt My roots run deep in Florida. As a fourth-generation citrus grower and a real-life uncle to ten nieces and nephews plus, father of two beautiful daughters, I ventured into the juice business with one goal: to fuel families with uncompromised nutrition. On three acres in my dad Benny’s backyard, my family began growing oranges without harmful synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Why? Because organic makes the most sense for you, me and the planet. Healthy soil means a healthy tree and even healthier fruit. If you ask my dad, my childhood summers spent working on the citrus groves was time well spent. Little did I know at the time that it would be a catalyst for launching Uncle Matt’s Organic in 1999. More than two decades later, we’re busier than ever helping a new generation flourish through sustainable organic farming. It’s still a family affair around here too. My wife, Susan is at the helm of product innovation and marketing, while my father and brother, Ben McLean, oversee our grower and community relations. Benny and Ben have spent the better part of the past decade trying to solve the citrus greening disease that has devastated Florida’s citrus industry. Sadly, Florida is ground zero for the epidemic, which in turn makes it the best place for running field trials. Everyone at Uncle Matt’s is dedicated to finding citrus greening remedies that will alleviate the heavy burden Florida farmers are facing and we’ve already made promising strides towards finding a cure. In fact, each morning, my father walks barefoot in our experimental groves to stay “grounded” and optimistic. Because of my expert lineage of agronomists and long-term partnerships with farmers who share our values, Uncle Matt’s Organic is now the best-selling organic orange juice in the nation. Powered by 100% organically grown fruit that’s free from harmful chemicals, we’re also proud to be the first juice company in the US to be certified Glyphosate (RoundUp) Residue Free. So, take comfort in knowing that when you bring home our organic goodness, you’re feeding your family with the healthiest juice under the sun!

S6 Ep 452What Is The Wire Thing At The Top of a Champagne Bottle Called-Ask a Human.
Voltaire said, “Judge someone by their questions not their answers.” The best answers come from the best questions. However, they don’t always come from the best source. I suggest asking humans questions. Matching a good story with a good answer will make the answer that much richer and more meaningful. In a day and age where we have more knowledge at our fingertips than ever, it’s easy to forget humans can still answer questions, too. In fact, most of the time, humans have the best answers because they have lived the answer to the question.

Stop Trying To Think Your Way Out of Problems-Change Your State
Title: The Art of Changing States: Navigating Emotional Exhaustion In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s inevitable to encounter moments when our emotional reserves feel drained. Whether it’s due to stress at work, conflicts in relationships, or the accumulation of various pressures, experiencing emotional exhaustion is a common human experience. However, what sets individuals apart is how they respond to these moments of depletion. One powerful tool at our disposal is the ability to consciously change our state, revitalizing ourselves and navigating through challenging times with resilience and grace. The Nature of Emotional Exhaustion Emotional exhaustion manifests in various ways, often leaving us feeling drained, irritable, and unmotivated. It can stem from prolonged stress, unresolved conflicts, or simply the demands of modern life weighing heavily upon us. When left unaddressed, emotional exhaustion can seep into every aspect of our lives, affecting our productivity, relationships, and overall well-being. Recognizing the Need for Change The first step in navigating emotional exhaustion is recognizing when we’re in need of a change. Paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations can offer valuable insights into our current state. Are we feeling increasingly overwhelmed? Do small tasks suddenly seem insurmountable? Are we snapping at loved ones or coworkers more than usual? These are all signs that it may be time to pause and recalibrate. The Power of Changing States Changing our state involves intentionally shifting our focus, mindset, and energy to create a more positive and empowering experience. This can be achieved through a variety of techniques, including: Physical Activity: Engaging in physical exercise, whether it’s a brisk walk, yoga session, or a workout at the gym, can help release tension and boost endorphins, improving mood and energy levels. Mindfulness and Meditation: Taking a few moments to practice mindfulness or meditation can help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner calm and clarity. Creative Expression: Exploring creative outlets such as writing, painting, or playing music can be a cathartic way to process emotions and cultivate a sense of joy and fulfillment. Connection: Spending time with supportive friends, family members, or pets can provide comfort, perspective, and a sense of belonging, helping us feel rejuvenated and understood. Self-Compassion: Practicing self-compassion involves treating ourselves with kindness and understanding, especially during challenging times. This may involve taking a break, setting boundaries, or seeking professional support when needed. Embracing Change as a Constant Incorporating regular practices of state change into our lives can not only help us navigate emotional exhaustion but also cultivate resilience and emotional intelligence over time. Rather than viewing change as a one-time fix, it’s important to embrace it as an ongoing process of growth and self-discovery. In a world filled with constant demands and pressures, experiencing emotional exhaustion is a natural part of the human experience. However, by recognizing the signs, embracing the power of state change, and nurturing ourselves with compassion and care, we can navigate through even the most challenging times with grace and resilience. Remember, it’s not about avoiding difficult emotions, but rather learning to respond to them in ways that honor our well-being and inner wisdom. So, the next time you feel emotionally spent, consider it an opportunity to pause, breathe, and embark on a journey of self-renewal and empowerment. Tony Robbins often emphasizes the critical role that our state plays in shaping our experiences and outcomes. One of his famous quotes that aligns with the theme of changing states and emotional preparation is: “Success in life is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics.” This statement underscores the significance of our mindset, emotions, and overall state in determining our success and fulfillment. Robbins emphasizes the importance of cultivating a strong psychological foundation, including confidence, focus, and resilience, as the driving force behind achieving our goals and overcoming challenges. Moreover, Robbins frequently emphasizes the concept of “priming,” a technique aimed at preparing oneself mentally, emotionally, and physically for optimal performance. Through practices such as visualization, gratitude exercises, and controlled breathing, individuals can proactively shift their state to one of peak performance and clarity, enabling them to tackle challenges with greater confidence and effectiveness. By integrating Tony Robbins’ insights on the power of state and the practice of prepping into our approach to managing emotional exhaustion, we can further enhance our ability to navigate through difficult times and emerge stronger and more resil
