He won the World Championship in 1990 at just 21 years of age, a record that still stands today.</p><p>The Scotsman played on for a further 27 years and in that time he topped the world rankings for eight consecutive seasons, won seven world title wins, six Masters titles and five UK Championships. <p>Sol made 646 appearances for five different clubs between 1992 and 2011, as well as playing 73 times for England, taking part in three World Cups and three European Championships.</p><p>Sol, who began his professional career with Tottenham, enjoyed his most prosperous seasons with Arsenal after making a free transfer ahead of the 2001-02 season.</p><p>At the Gunners, Sol went on to win two league titles and two FA Cups, scored in the 2006 Champions League final and was part of the legendary “Invincibles” team of 2003/4. </p><p>Sol spent three years at Portsmouth, which included captaining the side's win in the 2008 FA Cup final. <p>Osi Umenyiora was one of the NFL’s leading defensive ends for nearly a decade becoming an American Football icon in the process. Osi was drafted by the New York Giants in 2003 out of Troy University and spent his first 10 seasons with the franchise before signing a two-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons in 2013.</p><p>Osi played on the Giants teams that won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI. <p>Kevin Sinfield is the current Leeds Rhinos Director of Rugby after returning to the club where he became a legend. Kevin won seven Grand Finals, two Challenge Cups, three World Club Challenges and three League Leaders Shields in his time with the Rhinos. </p><p>Kevin played 521 games for the club, finishing with 3,968 points including 1,832 goals. Since leaving the Rhinos, he took up the position as Rugby Director with the Rugby Football League and was a key part of the World Cup management team that took England back to the World Cup Final in December 2017.</p><p>In 2020 Kevin set the challenge to run 7 marathons in 7 days hoping to raise £77,777 in honour of his best Rob Burrow, who wore the No 7 shirt. <p>Siya Kolisi is the captain of the South Africa national team and the Stormers in Super Rugby. He is the first black man to serve as captain, leading the team to a historic victory in the 2019 World Cup Final.</p><p>Siya lifting the trophy is the enduring image of the whole tournament. E34 - Tyrone Mings: How our struggles lead to our successes

<p>Tyrone Mings is a defender for Aston Villa and England, with a real life story of rags to riches in English football.</p><p>Tyrone joined Southampton as a kid but suffered rejection when he was released by Saints in 2009 for being 'too small'. He dropped down to Non-League, playing for Yate Town and Chippenham Town while working as a mortgage advisor.</p><p>He seriously considered packing football in all together but got his break when Ipswich signed him up for a fee of £10,000 before sealing an £8 million move to Bournemouth and realising his dream of becoming a Premier League player. E13 - Ole Gunnar Solskjear: Living authentically

<p>Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scored 126 goals in 366 appearances for Manchester United, but that doesn’t go nearly far enough in explaining his legacy at Old Trafford.</p><p>On the field, the Norwegian became an embodiment of the Reds’ never-say-die spirit in their most successful decade, often scoring late goals when points or trophies looked to have been lost. The most special of all being the Champions League final in 1999 cementing his place in Man Utd folklore.</p><p>Since retiring as a player, Ole returned to his homeland in 2011 and spent three years with Molde before taking over at then Premier League side Cardiff City.</p><p>In December 2018, Ole received a call he just could not turn down - Manchester United.
