#16 - Mindset Lessons Learned from a Deposition in Augusta

Send us a Text Message. In this episode, I share a few lessons learned through the deposition I had that day in Augusta, ME:1) Prepare for every deposition from the night before. Do not procrastinate! 2) Just plan to leave an extra hour early. Lol. Think of how peaceful you will feel being the first one in the room, being able to set up without all eyes on you, waiting for you... and even if you have extra time left over, it's not like we EVER have nothing to do! That is precious time we can use to prepare for the job or catch up on work.3) Be aware that negative feelings such as annoyance or overwhelm, are always caused by something we're thinking. Take the time to figure out what those thoughts are that are causing the pain, and choose if you want to believe them and hold onto them, or replace them. The simple replacement of a few thoughts for me turned my day around completely!4) Selling rough drafts is a good way to make some extra money!*** BONUS: You will learn something that could change your life forever! ***
