That is precious time we can use to prepare for the job or catch up on work.3) Be aware that negative feelings such as annoyance or overwhelm, are always caused by something we're thinking. Take the time to figure out what those thoughts are that are causing the pain, and choose if you want to believe them and hold onto them, or replace them.
