Here, Elizabeth Wiegner and I continue our chat about running our businesses, and one of the similarities between court reporters and proofreaders is the fact that we have similar ways of billing our clients (varying rates depending on the type of job, irregular/varying deadlines, job-by-job basis, etc.) So Elizabeth and I discussed the struggles of running the financial department of our businesses, and she shares a simple and easy way she makes sure to take care of hers!
