When we understand that the source of all Love lays within us, and always has been, within all life both seen and unseen, and is on every breath we take and when breath we take no more…..then we find ourselves able to Love without condition or limitation. To Love without expecting anything in return, (for we are already filled with Love) we Love without judgment, and without imposing conditions or restrictions on that Love, because we understand the infinite nature of it all. In every conflict everyone plays a part, unwittingly at times but nonetheless there it is. The conflict ultimately is always the same at its core, driven by a profound fear that there is not enough LOVE for me. We can say it’s about this or that, sure but that’s surface stuff. The one great fear that drives all conflict is that there is a believe operating within the minds of those in conflict that there is not enough LOVE for me. I don’t mean sentimental love, as sweet as that is. I am talking about the very creative force of the universe, without which we cannot exist at any level. I was asked to record the sleep time meditation from - ‘Love is Blind; - that I sent out the other night…here it is then. It occurs to me to say in this moment that whatever darkness, whatever suffering is within you..it is no less lovable than anything in the light. Whatever is going on with you in any moment you are a being of such love, please know that!…. of all your days and of your nights. It is by knowing that, accepting that…the darkness is largely dispelled. What is important to know is that during sleep the ego self, that construct is somewhat off line, so to speak and the hearts truth is seen to arise in some aspects that our waking ego state finds hard to allow. So practicing this letting go meditation just before sleep has less barriers to move through….something like that. Take a moment, take two why don’t you and breathe Love into your heart space just below the sternum. Imagine it as a mist you are breathing in through that space. Love meeting Love. You may have noticed that I prefer to communicate from my heart to yours through music. The resonance and tone of the music conveys what I want to say. We all respond to the tone of what is being said primarily rather than the actual words. A mother might say to her teenage daughter, don’t speak to me in that tone, she is reacting to the resonance, more deeply than words by themselves could possibly convey. So I tend to struggle with words though I hope to get better at writing, for some reason they seem to dilute for me my original hearts intent and purpose. I am however going to practice writing more…in the meantime I hope the music and the poems I send to you resonate in all the good places and warm your hearts and raise the spirit. I could say that Love is best experienced from within silence though it is surely there amongst all the noise….. so rest awhile each day in silence, in Love. Language, by its nature, deceives. Being that our atoms in our body were created at the start of our universe during the Big Bang. So if you look at it this way, then you’re about 13.7 billion years old. But your body also has heavier elements like copper and zinc. These atoms were created in the dying stage of an exploding star called a supernova. These elements were flung into space as dust and gas (stardust). Eventually, they coalesced to become part of a new forming solar system and our planet Earth. Because you are made from matter from the Earth, you are made of stardust from old supernovas. So turns out, you are bits and pieces of star and cosmic dust. E.H.
