Whether you're an entrepreneur seeking to define your legacy or a seeker on a personal development quest, this conversation is your guide to staying the course, exploring the depths of your persona, and liberating yourself from mental challenges. In today's episode, we have an incredible guest, David Meltzer, the co-founder of Sports One Marketing and formerly the CEO of the renowned Lee Steinberg Sports and Entertainment Company, which inspired the movie "Jerry Maguire." David's life mission is to empower over 1 billion people to find happiness through providing value. In this enlightening journey, David shares his insights on the essential ingredients for success, emphasizing the power of gratitude, forgiveness, and accountability.Gratitude: Gaining Perspective in Your JourneyThe first ingredient David discusses is gratitude, which he considers the key to gaining perspective. Gratitude allows us to find light, love, and lessons in both our failures and successes. By seeking meaning in our past experiences and aligning them with our future goals, we can enjoy the consistent, persistent pursuit of our potential. Gratitude grants us the ability to appreciate each day's opportunities and challenges, shaping our mindset towards abundance and personal growth.Forgiveness: Finding Ease and Peace in Your StoryThe second vital ingredient David highlights is forgiveness, which provides ease and peace in our lives. Forgiveness not only applies to forgiving others but also forgiving ourselves for the meal we've made along our journey. It allows us to acknowledge our role in feeling stuck or facing challenges and learn from those experiences. Forgiving ourselves liberates us from the mental weight of past mistakes, enabling us to regroup and get back on course with ease and self-compassion.Accountability: Taking Control of Your Business and LegacyThe third crucial ingredient in David's success recipe is accountability, which empowers us to take control of our businesses, entrepreneurship, and legacies. David outlines three stages of accountability: Self-Responsibility: We must acknowledge our role in feeling stuck or facing challenges and extract valuable lessons from these experiences. Attracting the Right Ingredients: We should reflect on our actions and mindset to understand how we attract positive elements like gratitude, forgiveness, and accountability into our lives. Defining Ourselves: Rather than seeking external validation, we should focus on embracing who we truly are—happy, healthy, wealthy, and worthy individuals.By practicing gratitude, forgiveness, and accountability, we can eliminate the interference of worry, anxiety, and societal expectations. These three ingredients pave the way for a fulfilling life journey filled with scrumptious experiences, akin to creating the perfect Italian meal. Conclusion:David Meltzer's wisdom shared in this episode reminds us that the pursuit of success is not only about achieving external goals but also about cultivating the right mindset and attitude. Gratitude, forgiveness, and accountability are the essential ingredients that enable us to enjoy every moment of our journey towards our full potential. Embracing these principles can lead us to a life that is happy, fulfilling, and rich with personal growth. For more insights from David Meltzer and access to his valuable resources, you can reach out to him via email at [email protected] or find him on various social media platforms. S1 Ep 25Meet the Composer Colin Stetson of the new movie "The Menu", starring Ralph Fiennes

Meet musician Colin Stetson the composer for the new movie "The Menu", starring Ralph Fiennes. Stetson masters the art of melding his multi-instrument mastery into one incredible score. Colin talks all things business and being a music maestro. The score for The Menu is an evolution from any other score Stetson has done in the past. The string-forward and percussive music uses grotesque soundscapes and motifs to mirror the psychosis of the main character (Ralph Fiennes). As the narrative builds, Stetson creates unique musical moments, some given only at a specific time and place, and others that weave a thread throughout the film. Rather than creating character themes, he created a theme for the menu that interacts with characters, giving the menu a sense of self; an off-kilter pretension that instigates discomfort in the listener. The film’s concept allowed Stetson to use eccentric and experimental instrumentation: playing glasses with chopsticks, hitting tuning forks on Tibetan bowls, using pans as percussion; making the score fit the environment while keeping it separate from the diegetic sounds of the kitchen. He uses his own undulus vocals which clone the full orchestra of strings.“From my first reading of the script to our last moments on the mix stage, my experience creating the music on this film has been an absolute joy, as the themes, refrains, and aesthetic have seemed to jump right off of the page and screen for me with every brilliant turn of phrase, perfect edit, and wickedly delivered performance. It is pure pleasure working with such an incredible team and I am truly grateful for the whole of it,” says Stetson.A couple (Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult) travels to a coastal island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where the chef (Ralph Fiennes) has prepared a lavish menu, with some shocking surprises. To Learn more about Colin Stetston Check out his website: https://www.colinstetson.com/Listen to the Stay on Course Podcast: https://www.podpage.com/stay-on-course-ingredients-for-success/ To learn more about Julie Riga and her mission to Stay On Course, visit her website: www.julieriga.comJulie Riga is a certified coach, trainer, speaker and author with over 20 years of experience in the Pharma Industry.
