He is on a mission to help frustrated fast-thinkers whose business cannot keep up with their brains. He is also the host of The Simplicity Specialist PodcastThere’s probably an easier way to do things, if you have the time to figure it out. But your attention is so taken up making sure things don’t fall through the cracks, patching up dodgy systems, and working so very hard to keep all the plates spinning that you just don’t have the capacity. So you turn to the dreadful world of “productivity hacks”. You look for systems that can support your business, and if you’re lucky, maybe, just maybe, find one that’s not more work than it’s worth.Jonathan has spent years as a Systems Specialist and Notion Certified Consultant talking to extremely smart, crazy-busy business owners who work really hard and find themselves hamstrung, often by the very productivity hacks and systems they themselves have put in place to make things smoother. The truth is 99% of people teaching productivity and building systems are talking about what works for them. Some may believe that you need to fit into your business and its infrastructure. However, Jonathan's philosophy is that our business should feel like a natural, seamless extension of your self. His life's work is about finding what works for you so you can do your best work. Know who you are and how you work and then creating the infrastructure to support that.On 'The Simplicity Specialist Podcast', Jonathan addresses listeners who find the normal advice on “just work in this way, and everything will be perfect” and you constantly get stuck in a cycle of trying to “fix your business” and no matter what you do it just doesn't feel quite right.Listen as Jonathan shares:- what is simplicity in the context of work- how do you practice simplicity in your business- how to know what is enough and what is more than enough- how to know what you really want in life- what 'mindfulness' means for each of us and why it is different for each person- the 'Gestalt Cycle of Experience' and what it means- how to become more self-aware- how to figure out what success means for you- the true meaning of 'productivity' and how to measure it- what 'work-life-balance' really means- 'working with' vs 'working against' yourself...and so much more!Connect with Jonathan:WebsiteInstagramPodcast: The Simplicity SpecialistAdditional Resources:"Jonathan's Link Tree"Kindly subscribe to our podcast and leave us a review.Connect with me on:FacebookInstagramEmail: [email protected] a rating and a review on iTunes and Spotify:iTunesSpotify
