Wrestling Mayhem Show 613: The Haunted Ovaries of Mae Young

This week's episode is brought to you by Slice on Broadway, Occupy Pro Wrestling, and Indy Wrestling US. It's the last Tuesday before WrestleMania, which can only mean one thing...PATREON IN THE BANK! And, it's a full house for the occasion. In addition to being joined by a special guest, Todd DeFazio of Idiot Radio, we've got Bobby, Billy F'n Johnson, Larry, Sorg, and Mad Mike talking about: We attended RAW and Smackdown last week (which meant no live show on Podcast Day) so we're running through our brief thoughts heading into WrestleMania. We're talking some NXT Takeover as we head into WrestleMania! Is John Cena emoting the same feeling as being turned down at the high school dance or a kid throwing a tantrum? ARE WE SEEING A HEEL TURN ON THE HORIZON? It's astounding the number of WWE guys without contracts around WrestleMania time... Anyone else notice The Miz' post-baby glow? Is there a WrestleMania match that's booked that you can do without? With all the matches booked for WrestleMania, we're talking about which ones we see winding up as the main event. More Brain Strowman please! It's officially MayhemMania time. Since it's the last show before WrestleMania it's time for Patreon in the Bank! We are eliminating the hell out of Randy Orton in this segment of MayhemMania. Apparently there's not enough carnage on our MayhemMania card? AJ may have just booked a MayhemMania match with a Hair vs Hair match of RAW v Smackdown women. Matt has a MayhemMania list of cast-offs in a Cleveland cup. It seems so appropriate as our punishment options. We've had so many changes to the MayhemMania card that we need to have a refresher halfway through to clarify what we've even booked. Billy is using his god-like power as a Pizza Club Patreon supporter to blow this MayhemMania card up. What did YOU learn in wrestling this week? Thanks to Tonio Garza (@TheWRevolution) for putting together graphics for MayhemMania. Heading to WrestleMania? If you see a Mayhemmer, say hi! If that Mayhemmer's Mad Mike, give him a chop and send us a pic or video clip. We'll include it on next week's show! ScareHouse Podcast 129: Fan Q&A with Scott Simmons and Katie "Dudders"

This episode of the ScareHouse Podcast was recorded at the Sorgatron Media Studio. Can we help with your Podcast? Contact us today! Before Creative Director Scott Simmons and Director of Sales and Marketing Katie "Dudders" left for Transworld, they recorded a live Q&A podcast where they answered fan questions at Sorgatron Media Studios. Fans submitted questions beforehand on Facebook and live during the recording on Facebook and Instagram. What's the most fun part of our jobs. What the team does the rest of the year. The boring paperwork behind running a haunted house. How much of our budget is spent on marketing. Whether our building is really haunted. Other haunted houses we visited in 2017: Dent School House, Shocktoberfest, 13th Gate, Cutting Edge. How we decide what haunts we're going build each year. We can never have enough clowns. Behind the scenes tour are ideal for customers that want to stop and see the details. Whether it's harder to scare people now. What we think is the future of haunted house technology. What keeps it fresh for us and whether we'll get tired of doing what we're doing. Sometimes we're terrible at naming characters. The three smells we used during Valentine's Day in The Basement. Do we create characters based on actors or cast actors based on characters. The ages of the youngest and oldest actors at our haunt. Scott and Dudders favorite haunts and scenes. Seeking out advice from other haunted houses. Any hints for The Basement 2018. Does the return of Pittsburgh Zombies mean more Dudders and Donnie of the Dead videos? Last time we were scared. BOLD Sports: Episode 27

That's right, we know what happened to the majority of people's NCAA tournament brackets - and it makes this week's discussion that much more interesting as we take a look at both the men's and women's tournaments for NCAA basketball. Moving from college hoops to soccer, did you know you could get a River Hounds season ticket for $99? Listen in and we'll share how. As far as this week's PGA Tour news, we've got some updates and thoughts heading into the Masters. We also take a look at verbal harassment on the course and alcohol sales. Moving right along, Matt and Steve talk some Steelers updates, including signing news, discount options, updates on who's in and who's out, and an NFL free agency tracker. But, we're still a ways off from NFL season. Know which season we're not far away from? That's right - the Pirates are in spring training. While not perfect, things are looking better as we're about a week out from opening day across the league. Matt and Steve take a look at the problems the Pirates will be facing. We'll give you a hint for the top of that list: It starts with a "P" and rhymes with "Itching." Our crack team of sports enthusiasts is wrapping this week's episode with some Penguins updates. Murray is back, and our power play is still top in the league. But, the Flyers are one point behind and the Caps are four ahead - and, what's up with Columbus sneaking in there?!?! Our final thought for this week? Herb Brooks time: PLAY YOUR GAME! Wrestling Mayhem Show 612: A Wrestling Episode of Scooby Doo

E

This week’s episode is brought to you by Slice on Broadway, Occupy Pro Wrestling, and Indy Wrestling US. WWE may have infiltrated our local wrestling scene this past weekend, which can only mean we’ve got some great content from indy wrestling that’s still very relevant to this show! Even better – we’ve got Farnsworth joining us on the big purple couch to add his thoughts to the mix. As usual, he’s joined by our usual cast of characters as we’ve got Sorg and Larry in studio with Bobby F J-Town and Rizz on live via the internets! We collectively learned in wrestling this week that the Honky Tonk Man sings at live shows. Daniel Bryan has been cleared for action – just in time for Mayhem Mania. (And, we have differing views on this week’s show.) The Ultimate DELETION (finally) happened on RAW! The Ultimate DELETION wasn’t shown on the Hulu cut? Or in the arena at RAW? Bobby had a James Ellsworth experience this past weekend. Did James Ellsworth spoil Ultimate DELETION for Bobby? It’s time for MayhemMania! Farnsworth is wearing a Dragonball Z design of the Neon Blondes shirt options with Facade and Dani Mo for this week’s show! Friend of the Show Chris LeRusso has some points on the Daniel Bryan return to the ring. What did YOU learn in wrestling this week? It’s getting near time for Patreon in the Bank. Are you a supporter of the show so you can get in on it? https://www.patreon.com/wrestlingmayhemshow Thanks to Tonio Garza (@TheWRevolution) for putting together graphics for MayhemMania. AwesomeCast 389: Watch Notch

This week’s episode brought to you by Slice on Broadway, Alex Kahrs Design & Media, and The Millvale Music Festival! It may be the first day of spring, but we’re not sure Pittsburgh got the memo. While Chilla is tucked away all nice and warm in Studio C, Sorg and Dudders braved the snow to make it into the Sorgatron Media studio for this week’s tech talk, including: Katie is sharing a YouTube web streaming option that doesn’t require an encoder. Chilla is sharing some apps for sketching as his Awesome Thing of the Week with Concepts and Linea Sketch. Sorg has been playing more video games lately. He’s telling us about Inside. Sorg shares how he recently deleted all of the freemium games from his phone. Fan of the show Alex Kahrs shared some thoughts on One Cast and a live stream option he’s using these days. Thanks to The Incline for including us (and our friends) in the Big List of Pittsburgh Podcasts. Amanda put CMRA on our radar with her addition to this week’s tech news. Google is opening their Google Maps API to game developers. There’s an AR version of StreetFighter! Sega Genesis’ collection of games is coming to PS4 and Xbox One! Who kept their Tamagotchi alive? There’s a chance to redeem yourself! Looking for the next Raspberry Pi option? Raspberry Pi 3 and Model B+ are available! We are sending Katie into the world looking for Raspberry Pi. We’re taking wagers on how many times she’ll be offered Raspberry Pie instead. Waze is offering a carpool option in Washington State. Web OS is still alive – and making our news cycle as they go from HP to LG and now Open Source. Sorg recently discovered Fortnite. Apparently the Sony Playstation will die without porn? AwesomeCast 388: We're Not As Bad As Uber

The couch is full. Our bellies are full of Slice on Broadway pizza. All is good in podcasting world as we talk with Katie, Chilla, and Sorg about: Katie is sharing dogs as her Awesome Thing of the Week! The Alexa app has some upgrades! And, they’re Chilla’s Awesome Thing of the Week. Since we’re speaking of Alexa, we have to address the elephant in the room with regard to devices spontaneously laughing. We’ve talked about the Miroir projector before, and Sorg is bringing it back around as his Awesome Thing of the Week thanks to his recent travel schedule. Pittsburgh has proclaimed March 13th as an eSports proclamation day to support Knights of Steel. MLB will be streaming games via Facebook? There’s a new 360 camera – – with a disappearing selfie stick?!?! Google Maps has a Mario Time feature. What could be more high-tech than a touchless trash can? We’re excited about Beat Saber! Microsoft has a plan to help sell Windows 10 S-mode. Are you being tracked with your movie watching? After the show remember to: Eat at Slice on Broadway (@Pgh_Slice) if you are in the Pittsburgh area! It is Awesome! Wrestling Mayhem Show 611: Deep Into MayhemMania Season

We couldn’t have planned this week’s in-studio guest any better if we tried. Marcus Mann joins us on the big purple couch to talk about the road to WrestleMania! He’s joined by Rob, Larry, Sorg, Mad Mike, and Mainstream Matt as they talk about: We’ve got the RYSE Wrestling Head of Talent Relations, Marcus Mann, on the sofa this week! Sorg was in Florida over the weekend, and had a chance to visit the Hulk Hogan shop down there. Marcus Mann is sharing some updates about what they’re up to down at RYSE Wrestling. Want to check it out? Head over to www.indywrestling.us We’ll be getting to some Fastlane and WrestleMania talk shortly. But first – John Cena has a Road to WrestleMania and Marcus couldn’t be happier. John Cena broke RAW. We’re breaking down an interesting comparison between John Cena, Hulk Hogan, and Chris Jericho. It’s the wrestler’s responsibility to take that #1 spot. If someone isn’t taking that spot, then it really belongs to the guy at the top. (In this case John Cena.) Vince McMahon will not give anyone a Jr. suffix because he feels it is demeaning. Sorg apparently ran into Paige at an ICP show last week? Fastlane happened this weekend, and we’ve got a clearer picture about what we’ll be seeing at WrestleMania. We found out Marcus Mann is apparently a huge Brock Lesnar fan, in addition to being a John Cena fan…and a Chris Jericho fan… We’re taking a trip down memory lane…to Summer Slam 2002. You think Brock Lesnar could kill a person – watch him punch Braun Strowman in the face. He’s the closest thing we can get to a Bruiser Brody. Are we setting ourselves up for disappointment by setting our expectations too high for WrestleMania? Thanks to The Bar we can no longer take discussions regarding setting the bar seriously. When ranking WrestleMania events, which one is the “average” by which you should set your expectations by? It’s time for MayhemMania! Let’s see what havoc we can wreak this week! It’s getting near time for Patreon in the Bank. Are you a supporter of the show so you can get in on it https://www.patreon.com/wrestlingmayhemshow What did YOU learn in wrestling this week? Thanks to Tonio Garza (@TheWRevolution) for putting together graphics for MayhemMania. Lucha On Ice | Wrestling Mayhem Show 610

We’ve got a super special treat as we’re joined by Chris DeJoseph, Co-Executive Producer of Lucha Underground! As far as our usual host of mayhemmers, we’ve got Sorg, Chad, Larry, Mainstream Matt, Mad Mike, and Bobby F J-Town talking about:
Chris DeJoseph is coming to us FROM the new Lucha Underground temple. There are some growing pains with Lucha Underground moving to a new temple. What we’ve learned so far from Chris DeJoseph: Spare no expense when it comes to porta-potties. Because we’ve got Chris DeJoseph on the line with us, we’re asking for a Lucha Underground and Big Brother mash-up. There’s a combined Lucha Underground and IMPACT Wrestling show WrestleMania weekend. We never know who’s going to pop up when we’re live streaming with Chris DeJoseph – like Drago. We’re putting it out there: Who from Lucha Underground do you want to see make coffee in their underwear with RJ City? Another very important question about the new Lucha Underground location: We’re learning where the best place(s) to eat are. Building new temples is hard, yo. A new temple gives Lucha Underground new, crazy things to think of! It’s time – FOR MAYHEMMANIA with our special guest Chris DeJoseph. Mad Mike may have figured out the path for John Cena to get to WrestleMania with his first MayhemMania match-up of the night.
