S1 Ep 41Hack your blood pressure, do cardio by sitting on your couch and hack your Nitric oxide with Mark young

Today on the podcast I've had the pleasure to talk with Mark Young. He has a wide-ranging background including teaching, higher education administration, business development, clinical mental health counseling, and now as the CEO of Zona Plus.Mark and I talk about ways to hack your blood pressure and cardio in the comfort of your own home. This conversation will teach you about managing blood flow, nitric oxide, and much moreThe Zona Plus is a small handheld isometric therapy device that has been scientifically proven in the overall management of cardiovascular fitness. It can help improve range of motion, help muscles get stronger, improve stamina, and many more. Unlike many other natural therapies, the Zona Plus has substantial scientific support and has received favorable reviews from many prominent doctors and physicians. More than ten published studies have demonstrated that isometric therapy, including that provided by Zona Plus (and its predecessor the CardioGrip), is effective in improving cardiovascular health/fitness.What is isometric exercise?“Isometric” is the Latin word literally meaning “equal measurement.” As this relates to exercise, isometric exercise is the type of muscle contraction in which the muscle is tensed and working, but not actively shortening or lengthening (with no joint movement). Comparatively, concentric contractions are the type of contractions in which a muscle, or muscle group, is shortening (such as the abdominal muscles during a sit up) and eccentric contractions are the type of contractions in which a muscle, or muscle group, is lengthening (such as in the relaxation of the sit-up motion). While all forms of exercise provide benefits, isometric exercise is unique in the benefits it provides. Isometric exercise is also ideal for people who suffer from chronic joint pain.Zona Plus improved the lives of thousands of people. The most convenient and simple way to take backcontrol of your health. To know more about Mark Young, visit either of his websites and profile.https://www.zona.com/IG Account: @themarkyoungFB Account: https://www.facebook.com/ZonaHealth/Twitter: https://twitter.com/MyZonaHealth?lang=enFor more information on upcoming episodes follow our page!

Biohacking using frequencies and energetic fields with Colette and Jenny.

In this episode, I've had the pleasure to talk with Colette Schnabel and Jenny Dangerfield who I met last year in Orlando at a biohacking conference. They formed their business Biohacking With Frequencies to make it simple and rememberable to share their love for the frequency device called Healy. They take their business to the largest biohacking conventions in the USA, they do not stop there. They have build a beautiful community just around sharing their personal frequencies with others. Taking there business into the yoga community, anti-aging medicine, and that is just the beginning. When you are talking in the world of frequencies “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.” They are on a mission to help people worldwide see this. Healy is a German own company, making their device small, wearable, lightweight, and it fits in the palm of your hand. It doesn’t need it’s own screen, data storage or input device. The diversity of applications of the Healy biohacking devices are evident in the amount of individual, personalized microcurrent therapies offered. S1 Ep 125Dr. Rimka Reveals the Shocking Truth About Fat Loss & Brain Health – You’re Doing It Wrong!

In this engaging episode, CJ discusses with Dr. Stephanie Rimka the common misconceptions surrounding fat loss and brain health. Dr. Rimka, a holistic brain performance specialist, shares her wealth of experience in neurotherapy and functional medicine to reveal why mainstream approaches to fat and dieting are often counterproductive. This conversation dives into the connection between fat, brain function, and overall health, offering practical steps for listeners who want to break away from harmful dieting trends and optimize their well-being.Key Takeaways:Fat is Essential, Not Evil: Contrary to popular belief, fat is not the enemy. Dr. Rimka explains how healthy fats are crucial for brain health, hormone production, and overall body function. She emphasizes that natural animal fats are vital, while processed fats like seed oils are damaging.Avoiding Nature Disconnects You from Health: One of the biggest mistakes modern society makes is distancing itself from nature. Living according to natural rhythms—like sunlight exposure and consuming seasonal foods—keeps your body in optimal balance.Calories Aren’t Everything: The obsession with counting calories or focusing solely on macros like low-fat diets can lead to poor health outcomes. The body needs protein and fat more than carbohydrates, and high-protein diets naturally support fat loss without the need for strict caloric control.Yo-Yo Dieting Damages Health: Constantly switching diets can confuse your body and disrupt your metabolism. Dr. Rimka highlights that healthy variation aligned with seasonal changes is beneficial, but extreme diet changes driven by weight loss goals can lead to long-term damage.Brain Health Starts with Fat: Your brain is primarily made of fat, and low-fat diets starve it of essential nutrients. This can lead to cognitive decline, learning disorders, and other mental health issues.5 Actions You Can Take Today to Improve Your Life:Incorporate Healthy Fats: Begin including natural fats in your diet, such as those from animal sources, avocados, and fatty fish. Avoid processed seed oils and replace them with healthier options like butter and olive oil.Get Back to Nature: Reconnect with nature by spending time outdoors, grounding (walking barefoot on natural surfaces), and exposing yourself to natural light daily. This helps align your body’s natural rhythms.Focus on Protein First: Prioritize protein in your meals. Eating enough high-quality protein naturally includes the fats your body needs, helping you feel full and energized without overeating.Limit Processed Foods: Stay away from foods with labels and focus on whole, unprocessed foods. If it requires a label, it’s likely not what your body truly needs.Embrace a Seasonal Approach: Adapt your diet and lifestyle to the seasons. Vary your food intake according to what is naturally available and adjust your routines to the natural light and temperature changes around you. This episode serves as a reminder that health is not just about diet trends or quick fixes. Real, lasting health comes from aligning with nature, nourishing your body with what it truly needs, and respecting the natural balance within.

The things that are beyond imagination. What power will you like to use if you were a wizard?” I asked Matt.“Magic has its own definitions for many people. I won't offer people peace within themselves like self-love because if they had peace and love in their lives, they will not harm each other and spread the love around themselves. When we connect with ourselves and feel good about it, we tend to pass that positive energy to others. Criminals usually lack self-love, which makes them disconnected to themselves and harm other people,” replied Matt.Sound Healing- 40:02“What are your opinions on sound energy,” I asked Matt“Sound is incredibly powerful, and everything is vibrational. It is one of the ways that helps us create awareness with technology. Chants and meditations are also parts of vibrations, which helps people to become aware, and the body comes into full harmony. Such chanting ‘OM’ forces the body to come into peace, and we feel safer from the outside world. This practice also prevents stress.” He replied.Find out about more intriguing things. S1 Ep 17The woman got hit by lightening , clinically flatlined and took back the control of her brain by neurosclupting with Lisa

Start with a simple meditation or a neuroplasticity course. We’ll meet you wherever you are comfortable”, says Lisa.In this episode of Shift with CJ, my guest is the founder of the Neurosculpting Institute and author of New Beliefs, New Brain, Lisa Wemberger. A member of the National Center for Crisis Management and other care associations, she has a private practice in Denver, CO, specializing in helping clients with stress disorders.Lisa Wimberger experienced the power of neuroplasticity first-hand. When conventional medicine offered no answers for her deadly seizures, she created her own regimen of meditation and life practices to heal herself. Today, Lisa has successfully taught her Neurosculpting method to veterans, first responders, and clients in the most stressful occupations.Neurosculpting IS the form of meditation she had to create to help her target an unknown trigger for this condition and rehearse a new script so she could circumvent another episode. It is the culmination of over thirty years of Lisa’s meditation practice, honed by what neuroscience currently knows about brain maps. Today, I have him on the show to learn amazing facts about our brain and Neurosculpting. During our podcasts, you will discover:Vacation and Regular Days-17:10“Why are we not happy in our regular lives? Why can’t every day feel like we are on vacation? “I asked Lisa.“I think we forget that it is just a frame of mind, so everything in life is like a lens, and imagine that today, you have your glasses, and lens of those glasses are your everyday lenses. You are going to experience life in many automated ways. Everyday expectations like food, work, social events, and a lot of those things that happen like the way they happened before, and they are your everyday lens, but all of a sudden, someone gives you a new pair of glasses. These will be your vacation glasses, and the lenses in those say ‘you are allowed 12 days off your to-do list’ and are allowed to have different kinds of fun that you do not do on regular days. In reality, nothing has changed but your frame of mind”, replied Lisa.Addiction of Stress- 40:50“Do you think people have started to get addicted to stress and its remedies?” I asked her“Yes, I do feel that. Stress is the most life-affirming experience we have. It is the basis of living; everybody has a stress response to calm them down. It is a motivation to protect yourself and make your life valuable. It also comes with a buzz of energy that makes us feel alive. Our brain then keeps us reminding in a stressful situation that there is a thing, which can make our lives a bit easier and make us feel more energetic and optimistic. The brain wants you to be efficient, and so the more you involve yourself in stress, the more automated messages are generated by the brain to make your life easier, which results in addiction”, replied Lisa.Find out about more intriguing things. “Our trademarked process of meditation involves five easy steps to relax the body while focusing the mind for stress regulation, pattern rewiring, and performance optimization,” says Lisa.Enjoy Listening! To know more about Lisa Wemberger:Website:https://www.neurosculpting.com/about/Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Author/Lisa-Wimberger-217432405062877/LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-wimberger-6331361YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/user/lisawimberger

Rewiring the brain and make it believe that I am safe is important as it can affect the nervous system. They are feeling anger, feeling rage, feeling jealousy, and not knowing why is a major concern, which youngsters should not ignore. People should not suppress their feelings and start to talk about their emotions with someone they trust”, replied Janna.Frequency of Pain-43:18“What frequency do you think stands above pain”? was the following question to Janna.“So one of my clients is a photographer, and she had visited her chiropractor weekly because of her bad headaches and shoulder pain. The breakthrough moment in her life came in when once she was shooting and was looking through her camera and the moment, in which she was witnessing the life of her client, the joy of her work and started appreciating it, her pain went away. Therefore, joy and the state of calmness, being at peace are the frequencies that are way much higher than pain,” she replied.Find out about more intriguing things.“If you suffer from anxiety or chronic pain, the 4 Second Freedom Breath will help you extinguish your pain 4 seconds”, says Janna.Enjoy Listening! To know more about Janna Arsenault:Website:https://www.painfreedommethod.com/Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/jannapainfreedommethod/LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/in/janna-arsenault-5b644589/Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/painfreedommethod/YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX203wxiFqjLO4Ra8Z9Q?viewas=subscriber

In my teenage years, I feared acceptance by society, and after 5-6 role changes, I discovered what I want to be, even though I believed that I am incapable of love. I sabotaged all my relationships, as I did not know that I would ever be good enough. I did not take care of myself physically and mentally. I lost many jobs until I realized and took action and control of my life and started loving myself. So taking responsibility is important as it builds your personality and makes you a better human being”, replied Dylan.Connection with Words - 32:50“Why do people mostly connect with words like security, connection, love, and all these positive words?” I asked Dylan.“I read in a book that a major change occurred in 2012 as we all thought that the end of the world is near. Words like compassion, love, commitment, etc., are heart-centered. But we all are human beings in the end, and we need hope and love to live. Even the pandemic made people leave their ego, go beyond, and help people. So presently, we see a shift in people from what looks good to what feels good in the world”, replied Dylan.Find out about more intriguing things.Dylan has expertise in Men's empowerment and is a Transformational Coach.Enjoy Listening! To know more about Dylan Hunter Olson :Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/deboshimmypimp/?hl=enFacebook:https://m.facebook.com/dylan.olson.5036LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/pub/dir/Dylan/HunterWebsite:https://iausm.com/event/authentic-brotherhood-with-dylan-hunter-olson/2021-06-09/

Health Optimization Medicine practice is a non-profit foundation that seeks to educate doctors and health practitioners to optimize health rather than treat disease. S1 Ep 13Mad Scientist of Muscle reveals Muscle Building and Fat Loss Secrets

"Unconventional training and innovation is my passion, and I want to help you succeed with it," says Nick.In this episode of Shift with CJ, my guest is a renowned personal trainer, bodybuilder, and professional fitness writer who has written for Men's Fitness, Reps Magazine, Muscle & Fitness, and hundreds of fitness websites all over the internet, the Mad Scientist of Muscle, Nick Nilsson. For more than 20 years, Nick has created unique, new exercises and training techniques and put together some of the most innovative muscle-building and fat-loss programs available anywhere. To make these outstanding programs and exercises, Nick puts to work his degree in Physical Education, covering advanced biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology. When you put his practices and programs to work, you'll see and feel exactly how this combination of science, practical knowledge, thinking outside the box, and just a little bit of insanity mesh to maximize every aspect of your training! In addition, he uses his experience as a former skinny person to help others build the bodies of their dreams, whether it be building muscle, losing fat, or both! As a result, he has helped thousands of people accomplish their goals and get results beyond the reach of traditional programs. Today, I have him on the show to learn some fantastic facts about muscle mass.During our podcasts, you will discover:Improving your Muscle Mass-06:45"Over the years, what have you found to be one of the best ways to increase the muscles?" I asked Nick."One of the approaches that I found the best is to follow a routine where you can control the overtraining. You are building up your volume over a few weeks. It is known as cumulating and intensification, but the idea is to grab yourself up and train with fewer sets and take less rest for few weeks, usually 3-4 weeks. This way, your body is doing more and more work and fighting to keep up with all the training you are doing. So when you go into the next phase and reduce the number of sets to half and take more rest, your body can lift heavy, and your strength power and you can improve your muscle mass in a very short time", replies Nick.Perfect rep count-25:39"How many reps would one squeeze in 15 minutes?" was my next question to Nick."A couple hundred, so if you are doing three rep sets in a 10 seconds rest, you are getting probably about 12 reps or so. So if you get through that for 10 minutes, that will bring your total to 120 reps right there which makes your body stretch out the work load depending upon the time you are able to spend on each level," Nick replies.Find out more intriguing things. "The training techniques and exercises you will find on this site will keep your motivation through the roof while you destroy your old personal bests. Hammering away at the same old exercises and programs is not an option," advises NickEnjoy Listening! To know more about Nick Nilsson:Website :https://www.madscientistofmuscle.com/Instagram:https://instagram.com/nicknilsson1?igshid=zuixufixcg3c Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/nicknilssonmadscientist?refsrc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.co.in%2F&_rdrYouTube :https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvJmk4PTNkXEEbb7JXha3IA

Otherwise, you can deplete the person, and they can have trouble. A full mineral spectrum occurs to keep them up to date and healthy. This process has to been done very safely to prevent harming a person”, replied David.Cholesterol is not the enemy-28:11“Why should we not shy away from cholesterol?” I asked David.“Most of the cholesterol in the body is made by the liver. A person needs cholesterol to make some important hormones in the body, such as cell membranes. It is a myth that cholesterol is harmful to the heart and causes cardiac arrest, in more than 50% of the people who had heart attacks had normal cholesterol percentage in their bodies. Her goal is to help you peel back the layers to discover the treasure within you, authentically be you, and live a purpose-driven life. Today, I have her on the show to learn some fantastic facts about perfectionism. During our podcasts, you will discover:Loneliness is a sense of emptiness- 26:11“How do you think we can collectively solve this problem of loneliness? “I asked Bianca“In 2020, many people needed help and therapy as it was a difficult year for most of us. Even now, the clinics are full of people because of the pandemic. People are depressed as they have nowhere to go in such a situation, and hence they feel lonely and seek help. Sense of loneliness was seen high in the population. People should understand they could be with people and still feel lonely, and it is a feeling of being alone that comes from inside, so the answer is not to be with people unnecessarily. Loneliness may decrease confidence, and the person may feel that they aren’t good enough. It's just a sense of emptiness in us; no external force affects loneliness, and people will have just to let go of that feeling”, she replied. Social Media and its Impacts-33:10“What do you think about social media and its impacts during the pandemic? “I asked her“It’s a love-hate relationship; social media has been beneficial during the pandemic with all sources and helplines available online. Over years, I have managed to reach a level in my personal development where I felt like I needed to share my knowledge with the world. says Siim Land.In this episode of Shift with CJ, my guest is a best-selling author, public speaker, high-performance coach, content creator, and a professional biohacker, Siim Land. He creates content about optimizing health, performance, longevity, and wellbeing with different biohacking techniques. Siim Land is from Estonia, and he has a degree in anthropology.Siim Land was born on a small island in the Baltic Sea called Saaremaa. Growing up in the countryside with beautiful natural surroundings, the man got to spend his childhood in a bit of a piece of paradise which you wouldn't think existed anymore in the industrialized world. Luckily, there are still a few places like these out there. The author of multiple books, Siim Land, is on a journey to bettering himself as a human being and improving humanity's overall condition. His purpose is not short of the seemingly unimaginable and impossible. Nevertheless, he continues his work and is confident in finishing what he has set out to accomplish. The future is bright as it is only the beginning of his lifelong quest.During our podcasts, you will discover:Adversity depends from person to person- 50:35“I believe there are benefits in doing things that you fear to do as it builds character and you get through rejections without any anxiety. Public speaking is one of the best ways to deal with it as it increases confidence and kills your fear. As per me, I try to avoid getting addicted or dependent on anything. Some people depend their mood on a cup of coffee as they are completely dependent on coffee which should not be the case because addiction of anything may harm in the future.”Muscle- Protein Synthesis- 01:02:53“Only way to increase Muscle-Protein synthesis is to exercise and eat protein. One other approach that I ask people to follow is reducing the muscle-protein breakdown as it is not only about how much protein you consume but also how much you break down. Whether you build muscle or not depends upon the balance between the synthesis and analysis, so if you are breaking down more, you will have a tough time building those muscles. “Find out about more intriguing things:“I believe that we should all be striving towards being our best at all times. That is also the purpose of my work. I dream of a world where we all can be stronger, smarter, more resilient, faster, and happier. The goal behind the Protein Fat and Fibre formula is not to stimulate glucose. This will help you retain better energy levels and more fat burning. Most people in America follow the opposite routine and focus on breakfast, such as bagels, slices of bread, or oatmeal with juice which at firsts feels like a good meal. Still, as soon as their blood sugar levels drop, their brain will send signals to have more glucose which is harmful to the body. Thus, the PFF formula is beneficial to follow, especially in breakfast.” Replied BenAn Irregular sleep pattern can increase breast cancer risk. What are your views on that? I asked Ben. - 29:30Studies have shown that a low amount of Melatonin increases the risk of cancer. I have a tip for the audience for their night time, put on blue light blocking glasses as blue light is the light that comes out of the fluorescent lights. It is also known as junk lights, and it takes resources away from other things and helps the brain relax. The body regulates cortisol which is a stress hormone, and it goes down, eventually assisting the body to produce melatonin naturally and have a good sleep.” Replied Ben.Find out more about fitness and fulfill your health potential with Ben Azadi.Ben is the host of a top 20 podcast, The Keto Kamp Podcast; and the fast-growing Keto Kamp YouTube channel.Enjoy listening to this podcast. To know more about Ben :Website :http://www.benazadi.comTwitter :https://mobile.twitter.com/thebenazadiInstagram :https://www.instagram.com/thebenazadi/?hl=enLinkedIn :https://www.linkedin.com/in/benazadiYouTube :https://m.youtube.com/user/SlickChromeBenAudiobooks :https://www.audible.in/?ref=AdbliprdrfromUS&source_code=AUDTM002080318002J&ipRedirectFrom=US&ipRedirectOriginalURL=author%2FBen-Azadi%2FB0786PXW5R

I would have done that, but the truth is that none of us can pass our subconscious resistance. Our brain must not make us uncomfortable or show us the real problem. They say if you can't see the problem, you can't find a solution, and that is the reason people require and should get professional help.”*The brain does not know the difference between reality and imagination-29:05*“When we go to the cinema, we sometimes get angry or happy and sometimes we even cry watching the films, when we know the movie isn’t the brain still responses in the same way. Sometimes the reactions are same regardless of the situation because the brain recollects the memory of something similar that has happened earlier.”Find out more intriguing things by listening to this podcast.Maria continues to give consultation to people and discuss their needs. S1 Ep 5From Dubai to the World with DJ Bliss

I have always been an overachiever; it’s a gift and a curse. The gift is to be multi-tasking, and the curse is that sometimes I feel it is important to focus on one thing and do that. Says, DJ Bliss. In this episode of Shift with CJ, I am joined by an Emirati disc jockey who has been felicitated with many awards and is world-famous, DJ Bliss. He has been referred to as the "Middle East's representative of Beats" by Dr. Dre and has toured internationally playing at venues in Mauritius, Paris, Barcelona, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.Marwan Parham Al Awadhi (commonly known as DJ Bliss) is an emcee, TV presenter, and radio personality working in Dubai. Besides being actively involved in the nightclub and DJ scene in Dubai, he is known for his music production, including co-producing Wyclef Jean and releasing his own single and compilation album "The Projects." The album was released on BMGI Middle East and was top 10 on the Middle East album chart of Virgin. He is also credited as one of the first Emirati DJs to go on a world tour.DJ bliss advises people to “Be yourself and be good to people as I feel the universe works in very mysterious ways and what goes around comes around. If you think there is a job that you could do for free, that’s what your passion is, and that’s where you need to work hard to make yourself happy. A person should have an attitude of gratitude, and success will come along. ““Do you meet many young people who see you as their idol and want to become like you?” I asked him.“Sure, I get a lot of people who say they want to become like DJ Bliss, and it’s an honor for me, but I have to say it takes a lot of energy and hard work to achieve a certain goal. It’s not like one day you wake up and make something your motive and believe that you can do it just because your idol can. You need to make the impossible possible by your own will and train your body and mind to focus and make it happen. If I see that hunger in someone to actually achieve their desires, I try to help them as much as I can.” Replied DJ Bliss. My next question to him was, “Has touring or irregular work caused you any depression or health issues, as according to a study, 60% of the musicians suffer that.”?“You will always meet different kinds of people in the world of entertainment. Everyone deals with their ups and downs. As for me, I always look forward to going to a party or any social event and anticipate the music as my passion for music has not faded even after so many years. No matter if it is a club of five hundred people or a concert of twenty thousand people, here is where I find my bliss, and I want people to find theirs. My mind is still set on being a DJ as this is where I belong.” was DJ Bliss’s answer.DJ Bliss continues to expand the boundaries of music and entertainment. S1 Ep 4Benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with Dr. Jason Sonners

“My goal is to lead the way in the field of Hyperbaric Oxygen, disseminating education and facilitating access to this incredible therapy.” Says DR. Jason. In this episode of Shift with CJ, I have with me DR. Jason Sonners who is on a mission to lead, change and transform the health of our community and for the upcoming generations. DR. Jason is the Clinic Director of NJ HBOT and HBOT USA and a Certified Hyperbaric Practitioner. He supports patients with a variety of autoimmune and neurological conditions, allergies, autism, cancer and many more.DR. Jason originally tried hyperbaric himself at a conference to work on a neuropathy that was not responding to chiropractic, nutrition, physical therapy and other methods. He was amazed by the results. Today, I have him with me to talk about the benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.“We could heal massive wounds and help the body regenerate on a better level with the help of a little extra oxygen and extra pressure and the human body will perform better.” Says DR. Jason after extensive research and experience. Can you please tell the audience about angiogenesis and nerve healing factors? I requested DR. Sonners.“When you heal or when your body is improving its performance there are all kinds of signaling that have to occur and your brain has to guide your body on what to do and communicate with the cells to tell what the plan is and so we use all of these different signaling factors. These are chemical messengers to inform your cells that help is on the way to carry more oxygen; they are like stimulating messengers that initiate the healing response.” He replied.“According to me, mitochondria are like engines or power plants if you can treat them right, they are going to produce an enormous amount of energy. What are your views on this topic Jason?” I asked.“I think as we look into research, we try to look for the commonality in a lot of different diseases like what do they have in common. So that if we could help just a few areas of a person's body, it will have numerous impacts. One of these common denominators is mitochondrial dysfunction and this is true for autism and spectrum-related disorders or other chronic diseases. So if we can improve this dysfunction of mitochondria by biogenesis we can help people to a tremendous level.” Said DR. Jason.Listen to this podcast to learn more about hyperbaric chambers and their benefits.Enjoy Listening! To know more about DR. S1 Ep 3Understanding PEMF with Dr. Robert Dennis

Where are you on the electromagnetic spectrum in terms of frequency? Get a better idea about the basics of PEMF from the professor himself. In this episode of Shift with CJ, my guest is Dr. Robert Dennis, publisher of scientific, peer-reviewed papers. He is an associate professor of biomedical engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a medical scientist and tissue engineer and an active consultancy in medical device design and product development.Robert is listed as an inventor on the NASA patents and during his work, his team was able to show clear and repeatable effects of PEMF on human neural cells in culture. He has worked with the aerospace and defense industries, the automatic industry and the medical device industry. Early in his career, he developed components and processes for the guidance and targeting systems for the Strategic Missile Defence System and the first generation of electronic automatic transmissions for the Ford Motor Company. He has consulted for many private corporations as well as NASA. Today, I have him talk about electromagnetic spectrums in terms of frequency.“There are some areas that are essential for life. You need electromagnetic energy; just to live life cannot exist without it. You must have radiated heat from the sun to have anything other than a frozen rock floating in space. Lower frequencies are important for signaling within the cell. A few hertz to a few 100 hertz that is something biologically derived.” Says Dr. Dennis after extensive research.I asked Robert about how wireless chargers of our phones can harm the cells of human beings as they have enough energy to break electrons and atoms.“There are about 93% of people with very severe crippling chronic pain who can see almost complete relief after using very low-frequency PEMF if it is designed correctly. If a cell is in a mode of growth, it is going to be systematically activating pathways that relate to growth.” He replied. He also added that “If you look at these very sharp narrow pulses they are coming about 100 pulses per second, if you take a slope of that pulse, you can actually take the derivative of that and it will tell you how much electrical energy you are putting into the field and this is called induction.”To know more about the benefits of the clinical version of PEMF, listen to this podcast and gain information about an intriguing topic.Enjoy listening!

S1 Ep 2Sensitivity is your Superpower with Dr. Karen Kan

“My mission is to empower sensitive people to harness their gifts as a superpower so they can shine their light and pull the world out of the darkness.” Says DR. Karen. In this episode of Shift with CJ, my guest is DR. Karen, a medical doctor and Doctor of Light Medicine. She is an expert in Spiritual Medicine and can help you train your innate healing gifts and extract your inner wisdom.A little over 15 years ago, DR. Karen quit her dream job teaching medical students and residents at UCLA in Los Angeles to move to Lake Placid. Little did she know that this endeavor was going to throw her headlong into a state of complete burnout. She developed chronic fatigue, depression and fibromyalgia, and became partially disabled. Through her deep depression, she had a spiritual epiphany and healed herself within two years using natural therapies and spiritual healing. Thus, she began sharing her spiritual insights and holistic health therapies with her clients. Today, I have her on to talk about how does she help highly sensitive soul harness their superpowers, express their soul's mission, and create joy in the process.Dr. Karen after doing extensive research says,” I've uncovered research that shows that 20% of people are highly sensitive. In my experience, they are more susceptible to these conditions as well as depression, anxiety and overwhelm. When you and I work together with Source, it's like being tapped into a spiritual super-computer where you can type in any question and receive answers within seconds.”I asked Karen what steps she took to heal herself and progress from having that voice that she is today."I can definitely tell you that I was not good at meditation, I have my own ways of connecting and I think I have consistently been keen on perusing such as self-improvement guides, motivational books. Thus, I realized to achieve something in life, I need to rebuild myself." She answered. She also added that” One should always entertain the thought of making a decision that will only make them happy and not think about what others say or expect you to do. I found a master in town and started taking energy healing lessons from her and that’s when I realized being sensitive is your superpower, you should learn the ability to connect to a source and get divine answers.”Kan bridges the gap between science and spirituality, listen to this podcast and hear all about her soul’s mission.Enjoy listening! To know about DR. S1 Ep 1How to Become a Better Leader with Ronald Rigggio

Does your Leadership Style influence the mental health and wellbeing of your team? Find out intriguing ways of mentoring from the Guru Of Leadership. In this episode of Shift with CJ, I am joined by the best in current leadership research and theory Mr. Ronald E. Riggio, Ph.D. He is the author of over 150 books, book chapters, and research articles in the areas of leadership, assessment centers, organizational psychology and social psychology.Professor Riggio has been at CMC since 1996. Prior to that, he worked in the Cal State and University of California systems for many years. He is a leading scholar and organizational psychologist, but his early background was in social psychology and nonverbal communication. Today, I have him on to talk about what it takes to be a leader.Ronald after doing extensive research says, “People focus on scientific and traditional methods while studying about leadership but from the last decade we have seen changes in the patterns and people have started embracing the new patterns”.He believes that a person should be a good person first in order to become a good leader. It has been four decades and from a researcher of relationships to the guru of leadership, Ronald has had one motto ie “Practice what you Preach”.Leadership is the relationship between leaders and followers. Without a solid team, a Leader won’t be able to maintain his position. Mentors should change their traditional methods and make their colleagues a part of all the important decisions that the pioneer makes.I asked Ronald about what happens when the team members do not trust their leader.“A good leader should always listen to their team and make them feel an important part of the organization, it’s a two-way street and in order to achieve a smooth working of the organization its mandatory for the leader and his mates to get along. Communication is very important to become a good leader” He replied. One of the things that made me curious was how some people cannot get enough sleep because of stress, as sleep to me is very important as it allows our brain to organize and consolidate memories.“Leaders get much stressed, they have a lot of responsibilities but the critical element is how to manage that stress. Leader development is necessary, as a leader needs to care for themselves to become an effective leader. Impression management is part of the process and a good leader should remember that.” Ronald replied.Ronald simplifies leadership, so no matter what your familiarity with the topic might be, you’ll find a fascinating entry point.Enjoy Listening! To know more about Professor Riggio, you can follow him at:Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ron-riggio-ph-d-9232394Twitter: @ronriggioWebsite: http://www.cmc.edu/kravis
